ical study of the Lamongan Regency Government and Bojonegoro Regency Government). This research was conducted in Lamongan and Bojonegoro involving 40 employees of BPKAD Lamongan and BPPKAD Bojonegoro as respondents. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression. This technique is processed with SPSS 25 to analyze several hypotheses. The intercorrelation model between the three variables in this research reveals that human resource competency, implementation of government accounting standards and implementation of regional financial accounting systems have a significant correlation with the quality of regional government financial reports.
Abstract:Knowing the economic condition of society is important to measure the success of a country's economic development. Per capita income, as the average income received by the population, is an indicator of economic welfare.…
The relationship between per capita income, economic growth, and inflation reflects societal well-being. This study analyzes the impact of per capita income and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia from 1998 to 2023. The aim is to determine the effect of per capita income and inflation on economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that per capita income and inflation significantly affect economic growth. Per capita income has a positive impact, while inflation significantly influences economic growth. This study recommends economic policies that consider the effects of per capita income and inflation to promote sustainable economic growth. The research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from BPS and the World Bank. The variables studied are economic growth (dependent variable), per capita income (independent variable X1), and inflation (independent variable X2). Data were collected from documents and annual reports, with validity from official sources and reliability tested over 26 years. Data analysis shows that independent variables affect the dependent variable by 50.9%. The results indicate that per capita income and inflation significantly influence Indonesia's economic growth. Economic policies should consider these two factors to achieve sustainable economic growth.

sticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research results concluded that training partially influences work performance with a calculated t value of 5.085> t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, competency has no effect on work performance with a calculated t value of 0.223 < t table 2.009 and a sig value of 0.824 > 0.05. Simultaneously training and competency influence performance. This can be seen from the F test results which show that the calculated F value is 27.522> F table 3.18 and the sig value is (0.000 <0.05). Then it was discovered that based on the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted R square value was 0.510 or 51%. This can be explained by the fact that the training and competency variables have 51% of the ability to explain the work performance variable and there is still 49% of the variance explained by other variables.

vice quality to the taxpayers compliance of motor vehicles in District Southeast Aceh. The population used in this study is taxpayers who own motorized vehicles registered at the SAMSAT Office in Southeast Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data from the result of distributing questionnaires. The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. With the result of this study it is hoped that the Southeast Aceh District SAMSAT office will continue to improve its performance so that people have confidence in paying taxes

ype of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2018 - 2022. Samples were collected using the purposive sampling method. The amount of data observed was 92 companies, resulting in 46 companies or 230 observation data. Data were processed using the Eviews 10 Statistical Program to test hypotheses using logistic regression analysis. The results reveal that KAP size, audit tenure, audit fee, company size, and financial performance simultaneously influence audit quality, then the results of the t statistical test show that audit fees and company size have a positive effect on audit quality, but KAP size, audit tenure and financial performance have no effect on audit quality.

n the brand to remain strong in mind and in accordance with customer expectations, which creates loyalty to the brand owner. The indicators used to measure customer loyalty due to confidence in the brand, namely a repeat purchase on a particular brand, the habit of consuming certain brands, pleasure in a particular brand, steadiness on specific brands, assuming the specific brand is the best and recommend a particular brand to others. The results showed the model of linear regression equation Y = 11.962 + 0,605X, with a very significant t-test and test of determination R2 = 0.427. The conclusion that confidence in the brand significantly positively affects customer loyalty amounted to 42.7%, and other factors determine the remaining 57.3%.

d to enhance employee performance, especially in carrying out operational tasks that require punctuality and responsibility. This study uses a quantitative method with a simple linear regression approach to test the effect of work discipline (independent variable) on employee performance (dependent variable). The sample used in this study consists of 40 respondents, who are employees of the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency.
The results of the study show that the t-value for work discipline (X) is 8.479, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.026. In addition, the significance value for work discipline (X) is 0.000, which is smaller than the probability value of 0.005. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Police Pamong Praja and Fire Department of Merauke Regency. These findings indicate that the better the work discipline of employees, the higher the performance produced. This study provides important contributions in understanding how work discipline can play a role in improving employee performance in government institutions, particularly in the fire department sector.

parents or guardians of early childhood living in Seran Hamlet. The research method used is a quantitative approach with direct data collection. The research sample consisted of 28 early childhood. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the simple regression method to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, namely Gadget Use, and the dependent variable, namely Early Childhood Behaviour. The results showed that there is a correlation and influence between the use of Gadgets and early childhood behaviour, with a correlation coefficient that exceeds the alpha (5%) significance level, namely 0.45> 0.05. Based on the analysis conducted, the results showed that the use of Gadgets has a negative relationship with early childhood behaviour, with a significance level of -91.289. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of Gadgets has a negative impact on early childhood behaviour in Seran Hamlet.
