Efforts can be made to reduce the incidence, such as taking blood pressure measurements or health checks, counseling about hypertension and treatment or handling to lower blood pressure. The village of Danurejo, especially in the hamlet of Japunan, is ranked fourth and fourth for people with hypertension. Lack of knowledge about hypertension management is one of the causes. This activity aims to increase public knowledge about hypertension and control the increase in blood pressure with herbal plants that are proven to reduce blood pressure, namely cucumber and celery. The results of the analysis with a comparison table, the results obtained that there are changes between before and before the administration of herbal medicines and health education. The average before the measurement of blood pressure is smaller than before the intervention, thus showing the influence of the administration of herbal medicine and health education. The implications of giving herbal medicines and health education can be used to increase the knowledge of citizens regarding hypertension management, so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstrak: Penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyakit bersifat menetap dan pembunuh nomor satu di dunia. Hipertensi dapat menyerang hampir semua golongan masyarakat diseluruh dunia, dimana jumlah masyarakat yang mengalami hipertensi semakin bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan angka kejadian hipertensi diantaranya melakukan kegiatan pengukuran tekanan darah atau pemeriksaan kesehatan, penyuluhan mengenai penyakit hipertensi dan pengobatan atau penanganan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah. Desa Danurejo terutama di dusun Japunan menjadi peringkat keempat untuk penderita hipertensi. Rendahnya pengetahuan tentang manajemen hipertensi menjadi salah satu penyebabnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dan mengontrol peningkatan tekanan darah dengan tanaman herbal yang sudah terbukti dapat menurunkan tekanan darah yaitu mentimun dan seledri. Hasil analisis dengan tabel perbandingan, didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perubahan antara sebelum dan sesudah pada pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan. Rata-rata sesudah pengukuran tekanan darah lebih kecil dari sebelum intervensi, sehingga menunjukan adanya pengaruh dari pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan. Implikasi pemberian obat herbal dan pendidikan kesehatan dapat di terapkan untuk meningakatkan pengetahuan warga terkait manajemen hipertensi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia.

The more criteria for poor and vulnerable families that were met, the priority for BLT village fund recipients. BLT priority assessment based on the aspect of the criteria that apply by law is implemented using PhpMyadmin. The development of a web-based information system made it easier to inform villagers of the names of BLT priority recipients based on the reasons that had been collected and then ranked. The resulting system helps employees of the Pagar Jati Village office to inform BLT recipients in a technological system built with the water fall method including data collection, problem analysis, design, testing and system evaluation.

Abstrak: Pendemi mengakibatkan perekonomian menurun drastis, bahkan banyak warga yang kehilangan sumber mata pencaharian. Pemerintah secara langsung mengucurkan dana dalam bentuk Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kecurigaan adanya ketidakadilan bagi warga desa penerima BLT. Perlu adanya sistem yang transparan menginformasikan kriteria penerima BLT. Semakin banyak kriteria keluarga miskin dan rentan yang dipenuhi, menjadi prioritas penerima BLT dana desa. Penilaian prioritas BLT berdasarkan aspek kriteria yang berlaku secara undang-undang diimplementasikan menggunakan PhpMyadmin. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web mempermudah menginformasikan pada warga desa nama-nama penerima prioritas BLT berdasarkan alasan-alasan yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu diranking. Sistem yang dihasilkan membantu pegawai kantor Desa Pagar Jati menginformasikan penerima BLT secara sistem teknologi yang dibangun dengan metode water fall meliputi pengumpulan data, analisa permasalahan, perancangan, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem.

The speaker made explanations about the application of Microsoft Power Point 2010, then utilizing the results of Microsoft Power Point 2010 applications, so that they are interesting as well as examples of their application in business applications. after that practice directly using the application. Some important points are explained and practiced in this activity, namely the design of interactive learning media, how to arrange the display to be interesting, and the addition of tools integrated in power points, conversion to videos. Community service activities at the Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) completed on 5-6 October 2018 and attended by twenty students, two tutors and three administrative staff. The material delivered to participants reached 90% of all multimedian concepts and learning media. Based on the results of the discussion and testing of the participants through questions and discussion, that ± 95% had mastered and understood the material presented.

Abstrak: Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak dalam pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran. Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan memiliki sudah modul yang bagus. Namun dalam penerapan aplikasi perkantoran di dunia nyata belum dibahas khususnya untuk Microsoft Power. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi materi dan praktek. Pemateri melakukan penjelasan-penjelasan tentang aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010, pemanfaatan hasil aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010 sehingga menarik serta contoh-contoh penerapannya dalam aplikasi bisnis, setelah itu praktek langsung menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Beberapa point penting yang dijelaskan serta dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu perancangan media pembelajaran interaktif, cara merangkai tampilan agar menarik, dan penambahan tool terintegrasi pada power poin, konversi ke vidio. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri Computer Telah selesai dilaksanakan tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2018 dan dihadiri oleh peserta didik sebanyak dua puluh orang, tutor sebanyak dua orang serta bagian administrasi sebanyak tiga orang. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta mencapai 90% dari semua konsep multimedian dan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan dilakukannya pengujian terhadap peserta dengan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan diskusi, bahwa ±95% telah menguasai dan memahami materi yang disampaikan.

Jenis dan kapasitas program aplikasi yang diperlukan tentu akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tidak sedikit orang menggunakan program aplikasi sebagai bahan untuk memperoleh hasil pencarian dari suatu pokok permasalahan. rolling stock due to manual procedures, which can lead to data inaccuracy, procurement delays, and the risk of stockouts. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) system that integrates stock monitoring and procurement processes. The Reorder Point (ROP) method is applied to determine the optimal reorder point based on average demand, lead time, and safety stock. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results show that the JelitaMed system is able to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management, simplify the structured procurement submission process between the admin, owner, and supplier, and support decision-making in maintaining the availability of consumable medical devices and drugs. Thus, the implementation of E-SCM combined with the ROP method is a practical solution to improve inventory control in small-scale health clinics.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan persediaan alat dan obat medis habis pakai memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan operasional layanan kesehatan. Namun, Jelita Dental Care masih menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan dan pengendalian stok akibat prosedur manual, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan data, keterlambatan pengadaan, serta risiko kekurangan persediaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pemantauan stok dan proses pengadaan. Metode Reorder Point (ROP) diterapkan untuk menentukan waktu pemesanan ulang yang optimal berdasarkan permintaan rata-rata, lead time, dan safety stock. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem JelitaMed mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan, mempermudah proses pengajuan pengadaan secara terstruktur antara admin, owner, dan supplier, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menjaga ketersediaan alat dan obat medis habis pakai. Dengan demikian, penerapan E-SCM yang dikombinasikan dengan metode ROP menjadi solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan pengendalian persediaan pada klinik kesehatan skala kecil.

several issues, including frequent stock recording errors, difficulties in preparing financial reports, delays in identifying minimum stock levels, and the absence of structured historical data. This study aims to develop a web-based digital recording system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in inventory management. The system was developed using the Agile (Scrum) methodology through three sprints covering the creation of login modules, stock and transaction recording, reporting, minimum-stock notifications, and interface refinement. System design was formulated using use case diagrams, flowcharts, database modeling, and interface prototypes based on the Laravel framework. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demonstrated high user satisfaction, with 90% of respondents stating that the system is easy to use, 85% reporting faster administrative processes, and 95% acknowledging improved reporting accuracy. The system also increased recording efficiency by 66%—from 3 minutes to 1 minute per transaction—and reduced stock recording errors from 15% to 2% per month. The results indicate that implementing a web-based digital recording system significantly enhances the operational performance of SMEs.

Abstrak: Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) Dazry Harapan merupakan UMKM di Kota Jambi yang bergerak pada produksi parfum laundry dan masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual berbasis buku tulis. Metode konvensional tersebut menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti tingginya kesalahan pencatatan stok, hambatan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, keterlambatan identifikasi stok minimum, serta ketiadaan rekap data historis yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pencatatan digital berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi manajemen persediaan. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile (Scrum) melalui tiga sprint yang mencakup pembangunan modul login, pencatatan stok, transaksi, laporan, notifikasi stok minimum, serta penyempurnaan antarmuka. Desain sistem dirumuskan menggunakan use case diagram, flowchart, perancangan database, dan prototipe antarmuka berbasis Laravel. Hasil pengujian melalui User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang tinggi, yaitu 90% menilai sistem mudah digunakan, 85% merasakan percepatan proses pencatatan, dan 95% menilai laporan yang dihasilkan lebih akurat. Efisiensi waktu pencatatan meningkat sebesar 66%, dari 3 menit menjadi 1 menit per transaksi, sedangkan tingkat kesalahan pencatatan menurun dari 15% menjadi 2% per bulan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi sistem pencatatan digital berbasis web mampu meningkatkan kualitas operasional UMKM secara signifikan.

The model was extended by incorporating two external variables: Information Quality and Complexity. This explanatory quantitative research employed the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method involving 60 respondents who are civil servants, consisting of teachers and administrative staff. The results reveal that Information Quality has a positive and significant influence on both Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), while Complexity does not show a significant effect on either variable. Furthermore, PEOU and PU have a positive impact on Attitude Toward Use (ATU), which subsequently affects Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Behavioral intention, in turn, strongly influences Actual Use (AU). These findings indicate that teachers’ acceptance of the SINAGA digital attendance system in educational settings is primarily driven by information quality and users’ positive attitudes rather than by system complexity. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of TAM application in the educational context. Practically, it provides valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of SINAGA implementation through better information quality and enhanced user experience.
