South Lampung District, KKN is intervened through Entrepreneurship Training for Management and Members of Karang Taruna. The training will motivate Karang Taruna members to continue to innovate and adapt to market conditions, dare to try new products, maximize services and expand markets to face competition and create new, more creative markets. Karang Taruna as a youth organization has a strategic role in developing villages. Karang Taruna Bumi Asih Village is committed to improving youth welfare through Entrepreneurship training to provide various skills and knowledge to spur innovative and inspiring creativity. The method applied is the ABCD (Assets Base Community Development) Pattern with stages; Discovery, Dreams, Design, and Destiny. With the ABCD pattern, youth organizations are directed to be able to recognize and identify social problems that occur, understand, formulate and implement appropriate resolution techniques. With training, Karang Taruna administrators and members will have a strong organizational foundation, be visionary, and have integrity in directing a better life in society. Karang Taruna's real actions can direct the lives of the younger generation in a way that can reduce the unemployment rate in Bumi Asih Village.

Karang Taruna Desa Bumi Asih berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemuda melalui pelatihan Kewirausahaan guna membekali berbagai keterampilan dan pengetahuan guna memacu kreatifitas yang inovatif dan inspiratif. Situbondo Regency, situated along the Pantura Road, remain undigitized, thereby hindering their potential to expand their customer base. Therefore, through the use of the WordPress platform, the 206 Community Service Students Group of Jember University introduced e-DIMMA, which stands for ‘Electronic List of Wringin Anom UMKM’ with the aim of providing information related to potential UMKM in the Wringin Anom Village area along with supporting data related to the products of the UMKM concerned. Thus, e-DIMMA will simplify the process for consumers to access information necessary for conducting buying and selling transactions. We use a method of science and technology diffusion, which involves three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of activities commences with the analysis of problems, the socialization of work programs, the collection of data from UMKM, the development of websites, the training of website administrators, and the evaluation process. We will coordinate with the village government to assess the effectiveness of creating UMKM websites for product marketing with the goal of increasing market access for partner.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada suatu daerah salah satunya usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Desa Wringin Anom, Kecamatan Panarukan, Kabupaten Situbondo yang terletak di sepanjang Jalan Pantura memiliki banyak UMKM yang belum terdigitalisasi sehingga potensi peningkatan konsumen belum sepenuhnya optimal. Oleh karena itu, melalui pemanfaatan platform WordPress Kelompok Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat 206 Universitas Jember memperkenalkan e-DIMMA yang merupakan singkatan dari Elektronik Daftar UMKM Wringin Anom dengan tujuan menyediakan informasi terkait UMKM berpotensi di wilayah Desa Wringin Anom dengan disertai informasi penunjang terkait produk dari UMKM yang bersangkutan. Sehingga, akan memudahkan konsumen dalam mengakses informasi hingga melakukan transaksi jual beli. Metode yang digunakan berupa difusi ipteks dengan tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan analisis masalah, sosialisasi program kerja, pengumpulan data UMKM, pembuatan website, pelatihan admin website dan evaluasi. Efektifitas pembuatan website UMKM sebagai sarana untuk pemasaran produk akan dikoordinasikan dengan pemerintah desa dengan capaian berupa peningkatan akses pasar bagi mitra.

glish vocabulary. It used quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. Conveniently, one class was taken as the sample of this current activity which consisted of fourteen participants coming from different grades of elementary school. A Dictation test was administered as pretest and posttest before and after intervention to portray the young learners’ achievement level. The result showed that using thematic pictures was significantly impactful in enriching young learners’ English vocabulary mastery (.00 < .05). Ultimately, some pedagogical implication were also addressed accordingly in this present activity to young learners, future facilitators as well as researchers.

Abstrak: Mayoritas pembelajar muda di Indonesia memiliki masalah dengan penguasaan kosakata Bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah penggunaan gambar tematik dapat memperkaya kosa kata bahasa Inggris pelajar muda atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Mudahnya, satu kelas diambil sebagai sampel kegiatan kali ini yang terdiri dari empat belas peserta yang berasal dari berbagai tingkatan sekolah dasar. Tes Dikte diberikan sebagai pretest dan posttest sebelum dan sesudah intervensi untuk menggambarkan tingkat prestasi pelajar muda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan gambar tematik memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam memperkaya penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris pelajar muda. Pada akhirnya, beberapa implikasi pedagogis juga dibahas dalam kegiatan ini kepada pelajar muda, fasilitator masa depan, serta peneliti.

The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Digitalisasi telah menjadi elemen penting dalam era modern ini, terutama bagi perusahaan yang ingin tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di berbagai sektor industri. Namun, banyak perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan besar karena ketergantungan pada metode manual dalam mengelola berbagai aspek operasional, termasuk administrasi gudang. Masalah-masalah seperti keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan ketidakakuratan data sering kali muncul akibat dari penggunaan metode tradisional tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada observasi dan wawancara. Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. This proposal will then be submitted to the LPPM (Institute for Research and Community Service) as the coordinator of P2M activities. The quality of the P2M proposal significantly influences the implementation of these activities. Therefore, the quality and quantity of P2M proposal creation can be improved through training. This article will discuss the training conducted with the main objective of enhancing the ability of lecturers to prepare research and community service proposals within the Aceh Polytechnic environment. The training aims to ensure that lecturers can create proposals that meet administrative standards, thereby obtaining approval and support from the LPPM of Aceh Polytechnic. By improving the lecturers' ability to prepare proper and correct proposals, the quality and quantity of research and community service at Aceh Polytechnic will significantly increase.

Abstrak: Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (P2M) adalah elemen krusial yang dapat dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan sistem administrasi di perguruan tinggi, sebelum dapat memulai program P2M ini maka diperlukan serangkaian proses termasuk pembuatan proposal yang baik dan benar yang nantinya akan diserahkan kepada pihak LPPM selaku koordinator kegiatan P2M. Pembuatan proposal P2M yang berkualitas akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap terlaksananya kegiatan P2M ini, terkait hal tersebut kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan proposal P2M dapat ditingkatkan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan. Artikel ini akan membahas pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lingkungan Politeknik Aceh. Pelatihan ini bertujuan memastikan dosen mampu membuat proposal yang memenuhi standar administrasi, sehingga bisa mendapatkan persetujuan dan dukungan dari LPPM Politeknik Aceh. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan dosen dalam menyusun proposal yang baik dan benar maka juga akan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Politeknik Aceh akan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

plishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.

r that reason, this community service activity highlighted the impact of TOEFL preparation class on the non EFL learners’ achievement. One class was used as the sample of this activity in which it consisted of twenty students coming from different major in one of private universities in Palembang, southern region of sumatera. Descriptive analysis with experimental design was used. A test was administered to see whether or not there was a significant improvement on the non EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score achievement. The results revealed that achievement level of the participants were in the elementary and intermediate category. Besides, statistically there was a significant improvement on the EFL learners’ TOEFL-like score intervened by the provision of TOEFL preparation class. Thus, it could be further concluded that TOEFL preparation class was impactful on the non EFL undergaduates’ English achievement.

ealizing this, the Margadana Kelurahan thematic maps need to be realized for information disclosure, and the need to optimize the potential of the region for the short, medium, and long term. There is a need for integration between RW and RT in order to provide data and information to make it more efficient. In community service, remote sensing is used, followed by FGDs with local community leaders, namely the urban village administration and RW representatives. The purpose of community service apart from facilitating the sharing and exchange of data/information between Community Leaders can also assist in making safe thematic maps which can be used as the basis for spatial planning based on their potential. The people of the Margadana Urban Village can also participate in the process of planning, utilizing, and controlling the spatial use of their urban village area based on their potential.

Abstract: Kelurahan Margadana merupakan salah satu wilayah adminstratif yang berada di Kota Tegal. Belum tersedianya informasi spasial tentang batas kelurahan, batas RW, dan informasi penting lainnya yang dianggap perlu. Menyadari hal ini, maka peta tematik Kelurahan Margadana perlu diwujudkan keterbukaan informasi, dan kebutuhan pengoptimalan potensi wilayah untuk jangka pendek, menengah maupun panjang. Diperlukan adanya keterpaduan antar RW dan RT dalam rangka penyediaan data dan informasi agar lebih efisien. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan dengan cara melakukan penginderaan jauh, dilanjutkan dengan FGD dengan tokoh masyarakat setempat, yakni pihak kelurahan dan perwakilan RW. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat selain dengan memfasilitasi sharing dan tukar data/informasi antar Tokoh Mayarakat juga dapat membantu dalam pembuatan peta tematik berkeselamatan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar penataan ruang berdasarkan potensinya. Masyarakat Kelurahan Margadana juga dapat berperan serta dalam proses perencanaan, pemanfaatan, dan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang wilayah kelurahannya berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki.
