The research started with the planning stage which involved analyzing user requirements and formulating system objectives. Next, a system analysis stage was conducted to understand the business processes, information flow, and functional requirements of the system. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi “Akhlak”, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, kuesioner dan observasi digunakan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 45 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil hipotesis Budaya Organisasi “Akhlak” diperoleh nilai thitung 6,768 > ttabel 2,018 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,005 yang secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil hipotesis Disiplin Kerja diperoleh nilai thitung 3,511 > ttabel 2,018 dengan sig 0,001 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil hipotesis Budaya Organisasi “Akhlak” dan Disiplin Kerja diperoleh dengan nilai Fhitung 51,105 > Ftabel 3,219 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Besarnya pengaruh determinasi Budaya Organisasi “Akhlak” dan Disiplin Kerja sebesar 70,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tahapan mulai dari merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan, observasi dan refleksi, yang dilakukan dari siklus I sampai siklus II dan seterusnya sampai diperoleh rekomendasi, hasil belajar peserta didik dan daya serap klasikal peserta didik pada siklus belajar terakhir tuntas. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 15 Kerinci. Jumlah peserta didik kelas VIII yang diteliti sebanyak 16 orang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 07 Januari 2023 – 05 Februari 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran seni musik materi bernyanyi lagu daerah secara unisono mengalami peningkatan, mulai dari siklus I ke siklus II, Hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan selama menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Peningkatan hasil belajar tampak pada jumlah peserta yang mencapai KKM bertambah banyak dan meningkat sebesar 32,14%. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar di siklus I sebesar 71,66 dan pada siklus II rata- rata hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 85,69. Kemudian tanggapan dan sikap peserta didik terhadap model problem based learning yang diterapkan sangat positif.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang telah menerima pelayanan dari para pegawai kantor Kelurahan Karang Anyar yang berjumlah 105 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 orang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji kuesioner adalah uji validitas reliabilitas serta normalitas, sedangkan untuk menguji sampel menggunakan uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan nilai yang lebih besar dibandingkan nilai F tabel, yaitu 88,427 > 3,11 sehingga variabel kompetensi intelektual dan fisik secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji parsial untuk variabel kompetensi intelektual adalah sebesar 5,127 dan variabel kompetensi fisik sebesar 3,656 keduanya lebih besar dibandingkan dengan t tabel yaitu 1,990. Hal ini berarti variabel kompetensi intelektual dan fisik memberikan pengaruh sebesar 51,2% dan 36,5% terhadap kinerja pegawai. Besar koefisien determinasi kedua variabel adalah 0,689, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 68,9% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi intelektual dan fisik sedangkan sisanya 31,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

ted Moving Average method with a weighting of 1:2:3, based on historical data from January 2025 to June 2026. A quantitative approach with time series forecasting technique was applied. Accuracy was evaluated using Mean Absolute Deviation, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. The results show that the forecasted rice stock requirement for July 2026 is 1,456.67 kg. The accuracy evaluation yielded a Mean Absolute Deviation of 78.22, Mean Squared Error of 9,288.15, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error of 5.71%, which is classified as highly accurate. In conclusion, the Weighted Moving Average method is suitable as a decision-support tool for rice stock management at Warung Grosir Giran.

The method used in this study is Naive Bayes, a technique in Data Mining that utilizes probability and statistics to predict future outcomes based on previous data. This method was chosen due to its advantage in predicting graduation rates from concrete data, ensuring the results are reliable and applicable for future predictions. The dataset used in this study includes graduation data for SDN 016528 BP Mandoge students for the 2019/2020 academic year, comprising 171 students, with 120 students used for training data and 51 students for testing data, achieving a model accuracy of 98%.
