Adapun metode yang diterapkan pada proses peramalan ini adalah menggunakan Weighted Moving Average yang dapat membantu merekomendasikan berapa jumlah persediaan yang dapat disediakan dimasa yang akan datang dengan tingkat kesalahan dibawah 5%. Untuk menunjang penelitian ini berjalan dengan baik, maka data yang dibutuhkan adalah data pengguna, data periode, data kue, dan data penjualan kue.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan serta implementasi program diet dan aktivitas fisik pada penderita diabetes mellitus melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus pada satu pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa pengaturan diet berbasis prinsip 3J (jumlah, jenis, dan jadwal makan) serta aktivitas fisik rutin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kadar gula darah dari 245 mg/dL menjadi 165 mg/dL dalam waktu 4 minggu. Penurunan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi yang diberikan efektif dalam membantu pengendalian kadar gula darah serta meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien terhadap pola hidup sehat.
Hypertension is one of the most common noninfectious diseases that affects the elderly. Hypertension is also a leading cause of serious complications such as stroke, heart failure, and kidney disease. Non-pharmacological approaches such as the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) method have been proven effective in lowering blood pressure by reducing stress and increasing self-awareness. This study aims to determine the effect of relaxation therapy with the MBSR method on reducing blood pressure among elderly patients with hypertension. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The design used was a pre-test post-test design. The sample consisted of 30 elderly selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The study was conducted from April 14th to June 3rd, 2025. The intervention given was an MBSR treatment program for two months, eight sessions, including mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the intervention. The data were analyzed using the paired t-test. The results showed a significant decrease in systolic blood pressure of P< 0.000 and diastolic blood pressure with P < 0.011 after intervention. The average reduction in systolic blood pressure was 5.13 mmHg, and in diastolic blood pressure was 4.63 mmHg. These findings indicate that the MBSR therapy is effective in helping elderly individuals manage hypertension through stress reduction and enhanced self-awareness

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and student writing skill assessment sheets. The percentage of teacher activity obtained in Cycle I was 80% and increased in Cycle II with a percentage of 92.5%. The average observation of student activities in Cycle I was 72.5% and increased in Cycle II with an average of 85%. The completion of student writing skill learning outcomes in Cycle I was 44% with an average learning outcome of 62, increasing to 84% in Cycle II with an average learning outcome of 78. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' descriptive text writing skills

Data diperoleh melalui survei dan penilaian masyarakat terhadap 10 merek kendaraan, kemudian dihitung rata-rata solusi (AV), jarak positif (PDA), jarak negatif (NDA), normalisasi, dan skor akhir (Appraisal Score/AS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Royal Enfield (A9) menjadi alternatif terbaik dengan skor 0,74716, diikuti oleh Yamaha (A6) dengan skor 0,55006, dan TVS (A10) dengan skor 0,52727. Peringkat tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi kapasitas mesin besar dan tahun produksi terbaru. academic year. The study was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 22 students who were involved in learning activities using instructional pictures and number-pocket media to strengthen conceptual understanding. Data were collected through observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and teacher reflections. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes and participation. Initial observations showed low understanding of norms and rules, reflected in students’ low discipline, responsibility, and adherence to class regulations. After the implementation of picture media in Cycle I, students’ average score increased from the pre-cycle score of 46.2% to 71.1%. In Cycle II, after using more varied and engaging visual media, students’ average score further improved to 79,36%, surpassing the minimum completeness criteria. The use of picture media was effective because it facilitated concrete understanding, increased motivation, and encouraged active engagement. The study concludes that picture-based media enhances students’ cognitive, affective, and behavioral competencies in learning. It is recommended that teachers integrate more innovative visual media to create meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable learning experiences in civics education and other subjects

est-posttest design. The sample of this study was all students of class III of UPTD SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 25 people. The research instrument used in this study was a learning outcome test instrument, the data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Data from the initial conditions before the treatment was carried out until after the treatment was carried out showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Before the treatment, the average score was 68 and after the treatment, the average score was 84. It can be concluded that the student learning outcomes before the treatment were given were still not reaching the KKTP, namely 25 students (100%) and after the treatment, student learning outcomes increased, namely 26 students (100%) had scores above the KKTP. Based on the results of the hypothesis test with a significance level of 0.05 and a t table of 2.060, the calculated t is 11.238. Thus, t count > t table 11.238 > 2.060, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Quiziz-based interactive media on Civics learning outcomes in grade III at the UPTD of SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar
