In this case, the acceptance of new partner candidates is quite often held to carry out survey and population census activities. The partner acceptance process is less effective because it still uses the manual method, namely the approach between existing partners. So we need a decision support system that can help election performance to be more effective. The basic concept of the Simple Addictive Weighting method is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings for each alternative on all criteria or attributes. The purpose of this research is to build and design a data processing application for prospective new partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Asahan district to get an assessment according to the specified criteria. The results of the research conducted produced the best alternative decision, namely Ruslan Efendi with a score of 0.975 and Yenni Yulistina with a value of 0.95. based on these results can assist the Central Bureau of Statistics in determining the assessment of potential new partners so that they can provide a reference in decision making. In accordance with the criteria required by the Central Bureau of Statistics.

Abstrak: Badan Pusat Statistik merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang melayani masyarakat dalam menyediakan data statistik yang akurat. Badan Pusat Statistik Setiap tahunnya Badan Pusat Statistik menerima mitra baru. Mitra yang melakukan pengolahan data yang sudah dilakukan pada data dilapangan.. Dalam hal ini, penerimaan calon mitra baru cukup sering diadakan untuk menjalankan kegiatan survei dan sensus penduduk. Proses penerimaan mitra ini kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dan pendekatan antara mitra yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu kinerja pemilihan menjadi lebih efektif. Konsep dasar dari metode Simple Addictive Weighting mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja untuk setiap alternative pada semua kriteria atau atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membangun dan merancang sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data calon mitra baru di Badan Pusat Statistik kabupaten Asahan yang tepat untuk mendapatkan penilaian yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sebuah keputusan alternatif terbaik yaitu Ruslan efendi dengan nilai 0.975 serta Yenni Yulistina dengan nilai 0.95. berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat membantu pihak Badan Pusat Statistik dalam menentukan penilaian calon mitra baru sehingga dapat memberikan acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak Badan Pusat Statistik.

At marriages, various age groups are often found registering at the KUA. This research was conducted using the Data Mining technique through the K-Means Clustering Model to determine the age grouping of marriage which aims to make it easier for the Office of Religious Affairs in educating the prospective bride and groom from a future perspective and an economic perspective in terms of having a child. The research dataset is data on prospective wedding brides at KUA Rawang Lama, Panca Arga in 2022 with a total of 102 samples, by forming 3 clusters, namely: the Ideal cluster of 76 prospective wedding brides (age 19-30 based on husband's age and age 18-25 based on age wife), a good cluster of 20 prospective marriage brides (age 28-44 based on husband's age and age 24-37 based on wife's age), and a risky cluster of 6 prospective marriage brides (age 49-72 based on husband's age and age 39-58 based on wife's age), and produces a Silhouette Score of 0.57.

Abstrak: Pernikahan merupakan hubungan sebagai suami dan istri antara seorang laki-laki dan perempuan untuk membentuk sebuah keluarga. Terdapat beberapa syarat dalam pernikahan yang wajib dipenuhi baik secara agama maupun secara hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Untuk melakukan pernikahan, calon kedua mempelai harus mendaftarkan diri pada Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) terdekat, KUA merupakan lembaga yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah untuk menangani masalah pernikahan. Pada pernikahan sering ditemukan berbagai kalangan umur yang mendaftarkan diri di KUA. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Data Mining melalui Model K-Means Clustering untuk menentukan pengelompokkan umur pernikahan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pihak KUA dalam mengedukasi calon mempelai pernikahan dalam sudut pandang masa depan dan sudut pandang ekonomi dalam hal memiliki seorang anak. Dataset penelitian ini adalah data calon mempelai pernikahan pada KUA Rawang Lama, Panca Arga pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 102 sampel, dengan membentuk 3 klaster yaitu : cluster Ideal sebanyak 76 calon mempelai pernikahan (usia 19-30 berdasarkan umur suami dan usia 18-25 berdasarkan umur istri), cluster baik sebanyak 20 calon mempelai pernikahan (usia 28-44 berdasarkan umur suami dan usia 24-37 berdasarkan umur istri), dan cluster beresiko sebanyak 6 calon mempelai pernikahan (usia 49-72 berdasarkan umur suami dan usia 39-58 berdasarkan umur istri), dan menghasilkan Silhouette Score 0.57.

We use a data set with 61 data and process the data with orange 3.30 application to see the difference between SVM using linear (SVM-L), polynomial (SVM-P), RBF (SVM-R) and sigmoid (SVM-S) kernel with naïve bayes. We use a cross validation technique with various folds to measure the classification results and a convusion matrix to measure the data training classification results. Naïve bayes scores the highest in terms of accuracy and SVM-R scores the highest in terms of F1, precision and recall. SVM-P scores the lowest in terms of accuracy, F1, precision and recall. Naïve bayes scores the highest in terms of proportion of predicted for true negative class and proportion of actual for true positive class. SVM-S scores the highest in terms of proportion of predicted for true positive class and proportion of actual for true negative class. SVM-P scores the lowest in both proportion of predicted and proportion of actual.

Abstrak: Kredit macet merupakan resiko yang sering dialami koperasi simpan pinjam, sehingga perlu dilakukan survei terhadap calon debitur agar kredit menjadi sehat. Dengan menggunakan data pemberian kredit sebelumnya, support vector machine dan naïve bayes digunakan sebagai metode klasifikasi untuk memberikan keputusan macet atau tidaknya kredit anggota koperasi Mutiara Sejahtera. Data set yang berjumlah 61 data diolah menggunakan aplikasi Orange 3.30 dan dilihat perbandingan antara metode SVM dengan kernel linear, polynomial, RBF dan sigomoid dengan metode naïve bayes. Cross validation dengan jumlah fold bervariasi digunakan sebagai nilai ukur klasifikasi dan convusion matrix digunakan sebagai nilai ukur klasifikasi data training. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah naïve bayes memiliki nilai accuracy tertinggi dan SVM kernel RBF memiliki nilai F1, precision dan recall tertinggi. SVM kernel polynomial memiliki nilai terendah untuk accuracy, F1, precision dan recall. Naïve bayes memiliki nilai tertinggi untuk proportion of predicted (PoP) kelas true negative dan proportion of actual (PoA) kelas true positive. SVM kernel sigmoid memiliki nilai tertinggi untuk PoP kelas true positive dan PoA kelas true negative. SVM kernel polynomial memiliki nilai terendah baik untuk PoP maupun PoA true negative dan kelas true positive.

Therefore, this study has goal to compare the music steaming applications’ user experience of the Joox and Spotify by using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. There are 6 scales assessed by UEQ, including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires and obtained as many as 104 responses that could be processed. The results show that both applications have positive impressions which are indicated by the average value of each scale greater than 0.8. This indicates that these two applications are considered quite fun, effective, easy to understand, and innovative. However, the comparison’ results show that between Spotify and Joox is not significantly different, with Spotify scores slightly better than Joox.

Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, cara masyarakat mendengarkan musik juga mengalami perubahan dengan munculnya banyak aplikasi streaming musik. User experience suatu aplikasi berperan penting untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pengguna aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membandingkan user experience dari aplikasi streaming musik Joox dan Spotify dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Terdapat 6 skala yang dinilai oleh UEQ yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring dan diperoleh sebanyak 104 jawaban yang bisa diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua aplikasi memiliki impresi positif yang ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata setiap skala lebih besar dari 0.8. Artinya kedua aplikasi ini dinilai cukup menyenangkan, efektif, mudah dipahami, dan inovatif. Meskipun demikian, hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara Spotify dan Joox tidak terlalu signifikan, dengan nilai Spotify sedikit lebih unggul daripada Joox.

Abstrak: Menyebarnya virus covid-19 yang terjadi sejak awal tahun 2020 mengakibatkan pelarangan berkumpul/berkerumun, salah satu dampak pada dunia pendidikan adalah diberlakukannya perkuliahan online/e-learning. Beberapa aplikasi e-learning yang di gunakan adalah classroom dan googlemeet, hal ini tentu mengakibatkan perubahan minat belajar terhadap mahasiswa. Perubahan tersebut terekam dalam nilai dari perkuliahan online yang telah berjalan selama dua semester yang mana dapat diekstrak menjadi pengetahuan dengan bantuan data mining rough set dan aplikasi rosetta. activities involve DNS services such as financial fraud, phishing, malware, and malicious activity, etc. Fortunately, in DNS there is a record with the name time to live which can be used to detect a query or the address accessed from the user is a normal query or an abnormal query. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the correlation value between time to live and abnormal queries on passive DNS data using the Binary Logistic Regression model. The results showed that the Binary Logistic Regression method could model the correlation between TTL, elapsed, and bytes which have an optimal model F1 Score of 0.9997 and also have a condition close to the ideal state by using the Precision-Recall Curve (PRC) graph plot.

Abstrak: DNS memegang peranan yang vital di dalam berjalanya service di internet. Hampir seluruh layanan di internet berada di bawah kendali DNS seperti email, ftp, app web dll. Jadi, tidak mengherankan bahwa berbagai kegiatan jahat melibatkan layanan DNS seperti financial fraud, phising, malware dan aktivitas malicious dll. Untungnya, di dalam DNS tersimpan sebuah record dengan nama time to live yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi sebuah query atau alamat yang diakses dari user tersebut bersifat query normal atau query tidak normal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai korelasi antara time to live dengan query tidak normal pada data passive DNS dengan menggunakan model Binary Logistic Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Binary Logistic Regression dapat memodelkan korelasi antara TTL, elapsed dan bytes yang memiliki model optimal F1 Score sebesar 0.9997 dan juga memiliki kondisi hampir mendekati keadaan ideal dengan menggunakan plot grafik Precision Recall Curve (PRC).

In the selection of doctoral scholarships for potential lecturers, there is still subjectivity in their selection manually. As a supporting medium in determining the selection of potential lecturers to obtain doctoral education foundation scholarships and testing the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method to provide scholarship recommendations for prospective lecturers. The selection process uses the SMART method because this method is able to solve multi-criteria problems from the foundation, in this case the Chancellor of the Indonesian Community Development University. Furthermore, the criteria are processed using an application built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages to test these criteria. From the application built, it can be concluded that Yuanita, M.Si with a score of 0.7342 and Khairuddin Tampubolon, M.Si with a score of 0.6311 are entitled to get a doctoral education scholarship from the foundation. Abstrak: Peran dosen di perguruan tinggi adalah salah satu bagian paling berpengaruh dari kualitas mahasiswa yang dihasilkan. Kualifikasi pendidikan dosen juga merupakan aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan. Pemilihan beasiswa yayasan dalam bentuk pendidikan doktor saat ini memiliki masalah dalam memilih calon dosen. Dalam pemilihan beasiswa pendidikan doktoral untuk dosen potensial masih ada subjektivitas serta dalam seleksi mereka secara manual. Sebagai media pendukung dalam menentukan seleksi dosen potensial untuk memperoleh beasiswa yayasan pendidikan doktoral dan menguji metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) untuk memberikan rekomendasi beasiswa bagi calon dosen. Untuk proses seleksi menggunakan metode SMART karena metode ini mampu menyelesaikan masalah multi-kriteria dari yayasan dalam hal ini Rektor Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia. Selanjutnya, kriteria diproses menggunakan aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan mysql untuk menguji kriteria ini. Dari aplikasi yang dibangun dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Yuanita, M.Si dengan nilai 0,7342 dan Khairuddin Tampubolon, M.Si dengan nilai 0,6311 berhak mendapatkan beasiswa pendidikan doctoral dari yayasan. Kemudian keputusan subyektif dan terkomputerisasi dapat diperoleh dalam penelitian ini.

design involving 82 participants, organized into two equally sized groups, namely the experimental and control groups. Data collection was conducted through speaking assessments administered prior to and following the treatment. The findings showed that students who received the treatment achieved better improvement in speaking skills than those in the control group. The average score achieved by the experimental group increased from 63.90 to 83.12, whereas the control group’s mean score rose from 66.15 to 74.34. The hypothesis test results revealed a significance value below 0.05 (p < 0.001), providing evidence of a statistically significant difference between the groups. The results point to the fact that the Wordwall application was effective in enhancing students’ speaking skills.. Consequently, Wordwall can be considered an effective technology-based learning tool for promoting speaking skill development in English language learning.
