So from that, to support the learning process it is necessary to apply the use of the internet in a healthy and safe manner. Healthy and safe use of the internet can protect internet users to avoid dangers and crimes that occur in cyberspace or are committed online. The use of the internet among adolescents is dominated by use in social media. Therefore, teenagers need to be given an understanding of using the internet safely and healthily in order to create a good learning process. This coaching is carried out on adolescents in Pesona Rhabayu housing, Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. This socialization provides understanding and solutions for adolescents in using the internet wisely so that they can improve learning and be error-free in using the internet so as not to damage the nation's young generation.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi komputer dalam membantu kehidupan manusia semakin berkembangan dengan sangat pesat. Perkembanan teknologi ini juga didukung dengan teknologi internet yang mana dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Perkembangan internet juga dapat mendukung dalam proses masa belajar dan mengajar. Karena internet merupakan komponen komputer dalam jaringan komputer yang dapat menghubungkan komponen tersebut di seluruh jaringan komputer dunia. Maka dari padahal tersebut untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran perlu diterapkan penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman. Penggunaan internet secara sehat dan aman dapat melindungi para pengguna internet untuk terhindar dari bahaya dan kejahatan yang terjadi di dunia maya atau dilakukan secara online. Penggunaan internet dikalangan remaja didominasi oleh penggunaan dalam media sosial. Maka dari hal tersebut para remaja perlu diberikan pemahaman dalam menggunakan internet dengan aman dan sehat agar tercipta proses belajar yang baik. Pembinaan ini dilakukan pada remaja pada Perum Pesona Rhabayu Kelurahan Patam Lestari Kecamatan Sekupang Batam. Sosialisasi ini memberikan Pemahaman dan solusi bagi remaja dalam memanfaatkan internet dengan bijak sehingga dapat meningkatkan belajar dan bebas dari kesalahan dalam memanfaatkan internet agar tidak merusak generasi muda bangsa.

The training was carried out at the Pesona Rhabayu Housing Community of Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. The training was conducted by monitoring and tutorials on how to use social media properly, including information dissemination on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE) so that the community has a legal basis for using social media. The first result of this dedication is that people's understanding of the ITE Law can be seen from discussions and questions and answers, secondly, people's ability to access and utilize social media for business facilities by forming a social media group as a forum for the community to promote their efforts.

Abstrak: Pembinaan pemanfaatan software aplikasi untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi ini bertujuan agar pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Center Kota Batam Kepri bisa memahami dan memanfaatkan software aplikasi tersebut dan mengetahui cara penggunaan software aplikasi di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, pembinaan software application ini akan sangat dibutukan bagi pengurus Organisasi dan anggota PKK yang berminat untuk mempelajarinya. Target utamanya dari pembinaan ini bisa menghasilkan masyarakat yang bisa akan teknologi dan memahami penggunaan Software aplikasi tersebut. Jenis dan kapasitas program aplikasi yang diperlukan tentu akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tidak sedikit orang menggunakan program aplikasi sebagai bahan untuk memperoleh hasil pencarian dari suatu pokok permasalahan. Pengaplikasian tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya adalah sistem terkomputerisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas suatu aplikasi, hasilnya memberikan solusi serta mengambil keputusan untuk beberapa pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK yang belum mengerti pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer serta menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pembinaan pada pengurus dan anggota PKK dengan dua pertemuan selama sebulan. Hasil dari pembinaan ini adalah pengurus dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Kepri sudah mengetahui cara penggunaan dan pemanfaatan software application.

Melihat akan pentingnya peranan bahasa Inggris di PT. wledge sharing and collaboration among stakeholders remain limited, so best practices and experiences have not been fully leveraged. A Knowledge Management System (KMS) based on knowledge sharing is needed to support information exchange and the development of sustainable tourism. The methodology used in this study is the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) approach combined with Design Thinking. The research steps included an evaluation of the existing infrastructure, the formation of a knowledge management team, knowledge collection, the design of a KMS prototype, and the development of that prototype. The results of the study indicate that a knowledge-sharing-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) prototype was successfully developed to meet the needs of tourists and tourism stakeholders in Batam City. The system built is capable of facilitating the management, storage, and exchange of knowledge among stakeholders in a more integrated manner. The implementation of the KMS also enhances collaboration and supports the decision-making process in the development of tourism products and services. These findings indicate that a KMS can serve as an effective solution in supporting sustainable tourism development in Batam City.

Abstrak: Pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Kota Batam menghadapi beberapa tantangan. Pengetahuan dan informasi terkait pariwisata masih tersebar di berbagai pemangku kepentingan sehingga koordinasi belum berjalan secara optimal. Berbagi pengetahuan dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan masih terbatas, sehingga pengalaman dan praktik terbaik belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Diperlukan Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMS) berbasis knowledge sharing untuk mendukung pertukaran informasi dan pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Siklus Hidup Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan (KMSLC) yang dikombinasikan dengan Design Thinking. Langkah-langkah penelitian mencakup evaluasi infrastruktur yang sudah ada, pembentukan tim manajemen pengetahuan, pengumpulan pengetahuan, perancangan prototipe KMS, serta pengembangan prototipe KMS tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe Knowledge Management System (KMS) berbasis knowledge sharing berhasil dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan wisatawan dan pemangku kepentingan pariwisata di Kota Batam. Sistem yang dibangun mampu memfasilitasi pengelolaan, penyimpanan, dan pertukaran pengetahuan antar pemangku kepentingan secara lebih terintegrasi. Implementasi KMS juga meningkatkan kolaborasi dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan produk dan layanan pariwisata. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa KMS dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Kota Batam.

E-grocery provides a variety of services, delivery services, and ease of use of applications to users. The design of the E-Grocery system significantly provides several operational advantages such as making data processing easier to trace and building personal relationships with customers and couriers so that they become closer. This is the company's competitiveness in selling their daily needs. This research aims to provide benefits to the community, sellers, and couriers to make it easier to shop for daily necessities such as fruits, vegetables, and other necessities, and also to help reduce the unemployment rate of the community by becoming a courier for delivery orders. The design of the E-Grocery system uses the agile method, with the software modeling language using UML. The result of this research is the E-grocery application, an android-based mobile application. With the e-grocery application, sales have been digitized to facilitate the distribution of daily goods to busy working people.

Abstrak : Sejak Virus Covid-19 melanda telah terjadi penurunan mobilitas masyarakat di pasar tradisional Kota Batam, banyak yang terkena Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (Phk). Kota Batam sendiri, khususnya daerah Tiban, mayoritas masyarakatnya adalah pekerja, dengan kesibukan dari pagi sampai sore bahkan tak jarang hingga malam hari, membuat masyarakat memiliki sedikit waktu untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari – hari ke pasar. Saat ini, E-grocery mulai banyak bermunculan memungkinkan orang-orang untuk berbelanja kebutuhan sehari-sehari secara online. E-grocery menyediakan berbagai macam pelayanan, layanan pesan antar, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi kepada pengguna. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery secara signifikan memberikan sejumlah kelebihan operasional seperti pemrosesan data menjadi lebih mudah ditelusuri, dapat membangun hubungan personal dengan pelanggan dan kurir sehingga menjadi lebih dekat. Hal ini merupakan daya saing perusahaan dalam menjual kebutuhan sehari – hari mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberi kemanfaatan kepada masyarakat, penjual dan kurir untuk mempermudah dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sehari - hari seperti buah - buahan, sayur mayur, serta kebutuhan lainnya, juga membantu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran masyarakat dengan menjadi kurir pengantaran pesanan. Perancangan sistem E-Grocery menggunakan metode agile, dengan bahasa pemodelan perangkat lunak menggunakan UML. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi E-grocery yang merupakan Aplikasi mobile berbasis android. Dengan adanya aplikasi E-grocery maka penjualan sudah digitalisasi sehingga memperlancar pendistribusian produk harian kepada masyarakat yang sibuk bekerja.

This study aims to predict the birth rate in the city of Batam to help the government with the family planning program. The data used is the annual data on the number of births in the city of Batam in 2016-2020 at The Civil Registry Office. To facilitate the analysis of research data, the data were tested using Matlab R2015b. In this study, the training process was carried out using 3 network architectures, namely 4-10-1, 5-18-1, and 4-43-1. Of these 3 architectures, the best is the 4-43-1 architecture with an accuracy rate of 91% and an MSE value of 0.0012205. The Backpropagation method can predict the amount of population growth in the city of Batam based on existing data in the past.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk diindonesia yang setiap tahun meningkat dengan pesat, maka untuk membantu pemerintah mengendalikan jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk melalui program keluarga berencana khususnya dikota Batam. Penelitian ini menjelaskan dan memaparkan tentang salah satu metode Jaringan Syarat Tiruan yaitu Backpropagation, dimana metode ini dapat memprediksi apa yang akan terjadi masa yang akan datang dengan menggunakan data dan informasi dimasa lalu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi tingkat kelahiran di kota Batam sehingga membatu pemerintah untuk perencanaan keluarga berencana. Data yang digunakan yaitu data tahunan jumlah kelahiran di kota Batam pada tahun 2016-2020 pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil. Untuk mempermudah analisis data penelitian maka, data diuji menggunakan Matlab R2015b. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan proses pelatihan menggunakan 3 arsitektur jaringan yaitu 4-10-1, 5-18-1, dan 4-43-1. Dari ke-3 arsitektur ini yang terbaik adalah arsitektur 4-43-1 dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 91% dan nilai MSE 0,0012205. Metode backpropagation mampu memprediksi jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk di kota Batam berdasarkan data yang ada dimasa lalu.
