t menyebabkan ketimpangan akses terhadap sumber daya penting, seperti pendidikan yang berkualitas, layanan kesehatan yang memadai, pemenuhan gizi yang seimbang, serta lingkungan sosial yang aman dan mendukung. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan tidak meratanya kesempatan bagi anak-anak untuk mencapai pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif, emosional, serta sosial secara optimal, terutama bagi anak-anak yang berasal dari keluarga dengan status sosial ekonomi rendah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam dampak kesenjangan sosial terhadap pertumbuhan anak melalui telaah berbagai perspektif teoretis dan temuan empiris dari penelitian terdahulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menelaah buku, jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional, laporan kebijakan, serta publikasi lembaga terkait yang relevan dengan isu pertumbuhan anak dan ketimpangan sosial. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif guna mengidentifikasi pola, faktor dominan, dan hubungan antara kesenjangan sosial dan tumbuh kembang anak.
Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak dari keluarga dengan status sosial ekonomi rendah memiliki risiko yang lebih tinggi mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan, seperti kekurangan gizi dan stunting, kesulitan belajar, tekanan emosional, rendahnya rasa percaya diri, serta keterbatasan keterampilan sosial. Selain itu, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan orang tua dan kualitas lingkungan tempat tinggal turut memperkuat ketimpangan perkembangan anak antar kelompok sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan yang komprehensif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan yang berfokus pada pengurangan kesenjangan sosial melalui peningkatan akses pendidikan, layanan kesehatan, pemenuhan gizi, serta perlindungan sosial, guna menjamin tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal dan berkeadilan.

The machine learning methods used are classification and recommendation algorithms, especially K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Collaborative Filtering, to predict the products that are most likely to be of interest to users. The development process follows the Agile Development model, with stages of UI/UX design, backend system integration, and model accuracy testing. The results of the evaluation showed that the recommended system implemented was able to increase the relevance of the product display by up to 85%, as well as provide a better personalized experience for users. The system development method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model, which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collection, creation, testing, and distribution. This system presents computer education materials in the form of text, images, audio, and video to make them more engaging and understandable for students. System testing was conducted using the black box method and questionnaires with teachers and students to determine the system's feasibility and effectiveness. The test results indicate that this multimedia learning system is able to increase student interest and understanding of the computer education material. This system is expected to make the learning process more enjoyable, interactive, and efficient, and support the achievement of Informatics learning objectives at the junior high school level.
