kik Julidar which since 25 years ago made and sold rakik. There are so many types of rakik that there are minimarkets with different business actors. This makes the rakik not sold out at the convenience store and has an effect on the amount of production. This research was conducted to assist the Usaha Rakik Julidar in predicting the amount of production using Fuzzy Tsukamoto inference method. This research creates a web-based application to help predict the amount of production by looking at incoming demand and the number of workers available. From the prediction results with Fuzzy Tsukamoto, if the demand is 125 packs and the number of workers is 35 people, then the total production to be done is 140 packs. By obtaining a clear amount of production, this application really helps Usaha Rakik Julidar in maximizing production.

Abstrak: Industri rumah tangga khususnya di sektor kuliner banyak tumbuh dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Banyak pelaku usaha menghasilkan produk yang sama dengan pelaku usaha lainnya, sehingga sering terjadi persaingan. Salah satunya adalah Usaha Rakik Julidar yang sejak 25 tahun yang lalu membuat dan menjual rakik. Banyak sekali jenis Rakik yang ada minimarket dengan pelaku usaha yang berbeda. Hal ini membuat rakik tidak terjual habis di minimarket dan berpengaruh pada jumlah produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu Usaha Rakik Julidar dalam melakukan prediksi jumlah produksi dengan menggunakan metode inferensi fuzzy Tsukamoto. Penelitian ini membuat aplikasi berbasis web untuk membantu melakukan prediksi jumlah produksi dengan melihat permintaan yang masuk dan jumlah pekerja yang tersedia. Dari hasil prediksi dengan fuzzy Tsukamoto, jika permintaan sebanyak 125 bungkus dan jumlah tenaga kerja 35 orang, maka jumlah produksi yang harus dilakukan adalah 140 bungkus. Dengan diperolehnya jumlah produksi yang jelas, aplikasi ini sangat membantu Usaha Rakik Julidar dalam memaksimalkan produksi.

Pisang merupakan salah buah yang paling banyak di konsumsi oleh masyarakat. Adapun petani tanaman buah pisang pada dasarnya mempunyai cara untuk menentukan ciri-ciri tersendiri atau karakter untuk menentukan buah bagus atau baik dan layak untuk dikonsumsi. Banyak kadang petani atau peminat buah susah menentukan buah yang terbaik pada buah pisang, dengan adanya alternatif yang ada sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode FMCDM untuk memilih buah terbaik dari buah pisang. Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) adalah suatu metode pengambilan keputusan yang bertujuan untuk menetapkan alternatif keputusan terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu yang akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan software di atas, diperoleh hasil yaitu alternatif (A3) memperoleh nilai total integral terbesar dibandingkan denganalternatif-alternatif yang lain.

iate to improve the efficiency of forecasting to be carried out, this is supported by the development of increasingly mobile technology, where digital marketing marketing research institutions estimate that in 2018 the number of active smartphone users in Indonesia is more than 100 million people. This fantastic amount can be utilized by the development of mobile-based information systems for forecasting. Predictions of a forecast can be realized by using several methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is one of them. This method provides predictions for the future by utilizing previous data and giving different weights for each data used. The level of confidence in forecasting can be determined by measuring the error percentage of the forecasting obtained. The higher the error rate can be interpreted that the forecasting results obtained are increasingly unreliable or inaccurate, and vice versa. This forecasting technique can be applied in various fields of work, including in forecasting rubber production. By obtaining forecasting data on rubber production in the future, of course, it can provide an overview of future work steps, so that it can increase the company's work productivity. Based on this, the researchers intend to build a mobile-based forecasting application system, so that it can be installed in a mobile device later, especially mobile technology with the Android operating system.

Abstrak: M-Forecasting atau Mobile Forecasting dapat diartikan sebagai peramalan berbasis mobile. Peramalan disini berarti memprediksi suatu keadaan dimasa mendatang. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dalam peramalan dianggap tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peramalan yang akan dilakukan, hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi mobile yang kian pesat, dimana lembaga riset digital marketing emarketer memperkirakan pada 2018 jumlah pengguna aktif smartphone di Indonesia lebih dari 100 juta orang. Jumlah yang fantastis ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis mobile untuk peramalan. Prediksi dari sebuah peramalan dapat terwujud dengan penggunaan beberapa metode. Metode Weighted Moving Average adalah salah satunya. Metode ini memberikan prediksi masa depan dengan memanfaatkan data-data terdahulu dan memberikan bobot yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap data yang digunakan. Tingkat kepercayaan peramalan dapat diketahui dengan mengukur persentase eror dari peramalan yang diperoleh. Semakin tinggi tingkat eror dapat diartikan bahwa hasil peramalan yang diperoleh semakin tidak dapat dipercaya atau tidak akurat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Teknik peramalan ini dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang pekerjaan, termasuk dalam peramalan produksi karet. Dengan memperoleh data peramalan produksi karet dimasa mendatang tentunya dapat memberikan gambaran untuk langkah-langkah kerja kedepannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi peramalan berbasis mobile, sehingga dapat dipasang diperangkat mobile nantinya, khususnya teknologi mobile dengan sistem operasi android.

legal basis for JC rights, the consistency of judicial decisions in granting those rights, and the necessity for legal reform. Using a normative juridical approach supported by document analysis and expert interviews, the study examines Law No. 31/2014, SEMA No. 4/2011, and recent judicial decisions, including the high-profile cases of Richard Eliezer and Abdul Khoir. Findings reveal that while legal provisions exist, the absence of detailed indicators, formal mechanisms for status determination, and binding multi-institutional coordination leads to implementation gaps. Judicial discretion remains unchecked, resulting in unequal treatment of justice collaborators with similar contributions. The study concludes that a lex specialis law is urgently needed to standardize definitions, evaluation mechanisms, and inter-agency protection schemes. Recommendations include harmonization of technical norms, incorporation of JC recognition in verdicts, and alignment with UNCAC and UNTOC standards. This would strengthen legal certainty, uphold the principle of nulla poena sine lege, and enhance the effectiveness of the criminal justice system in addressing serious crimes through systemic cooperation.

nderstanding of science concepts in grade V elementary school students of SDN Panaragan 2 Bogor City. The method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) method. This research begins with a needs analysis, making an E-LKPD design, validation by experts, and revising the E-LKPD, after which the E-LKPD is tested on a limited basis and evaluated. The study results show that the effectiveness of E-LKPD based on science literacy has met the criteria very feasible by obtaining a percentage of media experts of 88%, 95% from linguists, and 94% from material experts. Meanwhile, a limited trial conducted on 30 students in class V received a response with a percentage of 93% and a teacher response with a percentage of 92%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that science literacy-based E-LKPD is very feasible to be used by students and teachers as teaching materials on water cycle materials in grade V of Elementary School.

The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire consisting of 20 items. With 4 options that were first tested to determine the validity and reliability while the instrument for variable Y Documentation is in the form of a list of student grades (DKN) at the school. The results of the analysis requirements for the normality test of the Role of PAK Teachers' data are distributed normally with the calculation results obtained as X2 count . < X 2 table (22.33 < 43.77) and the PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained being X 2 count < X 2 table (18.85 < 43.77). The results of the linearity test of the data on the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x, which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained r count of 0.453 consulted with the critical price r at a significance level of 5% with the number of respondents being 30 people, the r table was obtained of 0.361, because the calculated r > r table (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the Role of PAK Teachers in Character Formation of Class XI students of Medan Adventist Private High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. Furthermore, to test the significance of the correlation, a statistical test formula (t-test) was used, obtaining a calculated t of 3.41. The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.

The method used was a direct practice method for students by implementing health protocols during the pandemic. In addition, a wireless-based network makes it easier for students to access the internet anywhere. The implementation of the network installation consists of several units of RJ-45 connectors on UTP cables, access point configuration, and Mikrotik hotspot server configuration. With the presence of a wireless network in the SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Sanggul environment, it will make it easier for students and teachers to access the internet.
