The analysis reveals an increase in built-up land area from 171.29 hectares (7.31%) in 2015 to 395.66 hectares (16.89%) in 2025, while non-built-up land experienced a decline. These findings indicate a rapid development rate and highlight the importance of sustainable spatial planning. In conclusion, understanding the patterns and intensity of land cover changes in Tiakur City is crucial for evaluating spatial planning policies and improving infrastructure development planning for the future.

purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies for interactive education at the school and to identify the factors that support and hinder the implementation of these strategies. To provide an understanding of interactive education marketing strategies, data was obtained through field observations and in-depth analysis. The research results show that product, price, promotion, and people are the main indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. Through school public relations and appropriate pricing, this strategy aims to create a good image. It was found that people's involvement and promotion are important factors in the success of educational service marketing. Nevertheless, the research also found several obstacles. This includes financial difficulties and a lack of public knowledge about interactive education.

collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys of 50 respondents who met the criteria. Data analysis using multiple linear regression shows that family income, mother's education level, and access to social assistance programs significantly affect family economic resilience. The data processing in this research uses Descriptive Statistical Analysis to describe the economic characteristics of families, such as income, expenditure, and welfare indicators. The results of this study indicate that early marriage has a significant impact on the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village, as reflected in decreased income and increased health burdens. These findings also highlight the importance of women's economic empowerment programs and improved access to education as efforts to enhance the welfare of families involved in early marriage. Interventions targeting education, health, and changes in social norms are crucial for improving the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village.

the prevalence of hypertension by utilizing nonpharmacological therapies, such as consuming young coconut water consumption. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of young coconut water consumption on reducing high blood pressure in menopausal women. A nonrandomized controlled trial study with a pretest-posttest control group design was chosen as the design of this study, which was conducted at the Community Health Center of Pekalongan, East Lampung Regency. A consecutive sampling technique was used to select eligible participants among menopausal women diagnosed with mild and moderate hypertension by medical personnel, totalling 16 treatment groups and 16 control groups. The treatment group was given the intervention of consuming young coconut water 300 ml morning and evening for seven days and taking standard hypertension medication. Meanwhile, the control group took standard hypertension medication. Participants had their blood pressure checked using an aneroid tensimeter before and after treatment. Data were analysed using a paired t-test with a confidence level (α) of 0.05 to prove the treatment effect on blood pressure reduction. The results found that the treatment of drinking young coconut water affected reducing systole blood pressure (p-value 0.016) and diastole (p-value 0.007). The average decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure pre and post-treatment was 11.25 mmHg and 9.87 mmHg after participants were controlled by taking standard hypertension medications. Drinking young coconut water can be used as a companion option for hypertension treatment by the community.

Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. Employees at the Hilimegai Subdistrict Office of South Nias Regency work for 8 hours a day, from 8 am to 4 pm, and always follow the rules that apply in their office.

The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.
