dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada 97 responden yang dipilih secara purposif. Seluruh data penelitian kemudian diolah dan dianalisis melalui metode regresi linear berganda dengan dukungan software SPSS. Strategi digital marketing terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Customer engagement juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel independen tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square)=0,568. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Strategi Digital Marketing dan Customer Engagement mampu menjelaskan sebesar 56,8% variasi Keputusan Pembelian konsumen, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil riset diperkuat bahwa optimalisasi memasarkan produk dengan digital dan peningkatan Customer Engagement memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk lokal pada era digital.

Findings indicate that academic resilience among santri develops through the interaction of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, self-regulation skills, and social support from peers, teachers, and dormitory caregivers. The disciplined, communal, and religious environment of pesantren strengthens adaptive coping mechanisms, particularly in managing academic pressure, demanding study schedules, and religious obligations. International literature highlights that interpersonal support and religious culture enhance students’ psychological resilience and academic engagement. Moreover, spiritual routines such as prayer and scriptural study function as emotional regulation tools that promote mental stability. The review also reveals that pesantren’s intensive instructional methods foster long-term academic perseverance, although they may increase stress when not accompanied by adequate social support. Overall, this study underscores that academic resilience among santri is a product of the holistic ecology of Islamic boarding school education. Therefore, strengthening resilience requires integrated strategies that simultaneously develop psychological, social, and spiritual capacities.

dilatarbelakangi oleh pergeseran konsumsi berita ke platform digital serta tantangan media lokal seperti PRMN dalam bersaing dengan portal berita besar untuk menarik dan mempertahankan perhatian audiens.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang pernah mengakses konten PRMN dalam format video maupun teks. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedua variabel independen terhadap engagement audiens.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa format video YouTube dan format teks website sama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap engagement audiens, baik secara parsial maupun simultan,temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi keterlibatan audiens dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua format tersebut, sehingga menegaskan peran penting keduanya dalam membentuk perilaku audiens digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa format video dan teks memiliki peran yang sama penting dalam meningkatkan minat, memperpanjang durasi interaksi, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif audiens seperti like, komentar, dan share. Optimalisasi kedua format secara saling melengkapi dapat membantu PRMN meningkatkan engagement audiens sekaligus memperkuat daya saing di lanskap media digital.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital perusahaan meliputi pemanfaatan media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok, penggunaan Google Ads dan artikel SEO, serta penerapan pendekatan content marketing dan engagement yang terstruktur. Strategi tersebut terbukti efektif meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan melalui tiga tahapan: kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang fleksibel, sistematis, serta budaya kerja kolaboratif menjadi faktor pendukung utama. Evaluasi menggunakan bauran pemasaran 7P menunjukkan bahwa setiap elemen strategi berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, sementara analisis SWOT membantu mengidentifikasi faktor kunci keberhasilan dan kendala yang mempengaruhi implementasi strategi. However, the implementation of PBL requires careful planning, high teacher skills, and adequate resources. With the right strategy, PBL can be an effective learning approach to prepare students for real-world challenges.
