Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi fikih ibadah pada mahasiswa Sekolah Dai Hidayatullah (SDH), khususnya dalam praktik wudhu, shalat, dan puasa, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap mahasiswa, ustadz pengampu fikih ibadah, serta pengelola program pembinaan keagamaan di SDH. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran fikih ibadah di SDH dilaksanakan melalui integrasi pembelajaran formal, pembiasaan praktik keagamaan, dan pembinaan karakter dalam lingkungan pesantren yang religius. Perspektif fikih ibadah mahasiswa tergolong baik, ditandai dengan pemahaman terhadap tata cara ibadah sekaligus tujuan dan hikmah yang terkandung di dalamnya. Implementasi fikih ibadah dalam praktik keagamaan sehari-hari juga tergolong baik, terutama pada ibadah yang didukung sistem pembinaan yang terstruktur, meskipun masih ditemukan variasi tingkat konsistensi antar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi fikih ibadah dipengaruhi oleh integrasi pembelajaran, pembiasaan ibadah, keteladanan pendidik, dan lingkungan religius yang kondusif. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan pentingnya penguatan pembelajaran fikih yang integratif untuk mengembangkan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik secara seimbang.

Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kesadaran menutup aurat memerlukan peran aktif guru PAI yang didukung oleh sinergi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik.

Historical approaches and methodological frameworks are employed to structure arguments systematically, covering the basic Islamic concept of women’s roles, the methodology applied in the literature review, analysis of social dynamics and relevant case studies, and critical discussion of challenges and opportunities faced by women in the public sphere. This study also identifies internal and external factors that influence women’s roles, ranging from geographical context to public policy developments. The findings show that interpretations of the concept of equality in Islam have shifted over time and are shaped by socio-political dynamics. This research is expected to stimulate further academic debate on women’s roles in the public sphere and contribute to more inclusive policies. This article explores various historical and contemporary dimensions that shape the role of Muslim women in the public sphere, highlighting both the potential and challenges in translating Islamic values of equality into policy and social practice. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-empirical case study approach. Primary data were collected directly from the field through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, while secondary data were obtaied through participatory observastion and-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, national regulitions. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation of development officers, spiritual mentors and inmates. The research results show that the Islamic spiritual guidance model is implemented through religious lectures, learning to read the Koran, Islamic studies, congregational prayers, dhikr, and daily moral development. Guidanceis carried out on a scheduled basis and involves cooperation between correctional institutions and religious leaders. Islamic spiritual guidance has a positive influence on changes in the attitudes and behavior of inmates, such as increasing discipline, awareness of worship, mutual respect, and decreasing deviant behavior in the correctional environment. Supporting factors in implementing this program include support from officers and enthusiasm of the inmates, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities and a lack of spiritual mentors.

This article aims to describe the implementation of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services to strengthen the mental and spiritual health of patients at Padangsidimpuan Indonesian National Armed Forces Hospital. Services provided include spiritual guidance, religious motivation, prayer guidance, individual counseling, and emotional support for patients and their families. Through an Islamic approach, counselors strive to help patients increase their patience, sincerity, optimism, and inner peace in facing their illness and treatment. The results of the service implementation indicate that Islamic Guidance and Counseling contribute positively to patients' psychological and spiritual well-being. Patients who receive support tend to have a better zest for life, lower anxiety levels, and a stronger ability to accept and cope with their health conditions. Furthermore, spiritual guidance activities also help patients maintain their religious practices during treatment, providing a sense of comfort and increasing hope for recovery. The presence of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services in hospitals not only complements existing healthcare services but also plays a crucial role in achieving holistic and humane care. Therefore, strengthening these services requires continued development to optimally support patients' mental and spiritual well-being and improve the overall quality of healthcare.

repeated service usage during the 2023–2025 period, indicating a decline in customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 133 Al-Matuq Islamic Boarding School Laundry customers selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by AMOS 26. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.647; p < 0.001), price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (β = 0.313; p = 0.002), price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (β = 0.443; p < 0.001), and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (β = 0.197; p = 0.035). In contrast, service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty (β = 0.077; p = 0.544). These findings indicate that customer satisfaction plays an important role in increasing customer loyalty, while service quality contributes more through increasing customer satisfaction than directly to loyalty. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of consistently improving service quality and setting prices that are in accordance with the benefits received by customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in a sustainable manner

that all processes, policies, and operational activities of takaful companies are implemented in accordance with sharia regulations, while supporting the principles of transparency, accountability, fairness, and protection of participants' rights. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by adopting the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines. The databases used are Scopus and Google Scholar with the keywords "Shariah Governance", "Islamic Governance", "Takaful Industry", "Takaful Governance", and "Shariah Governance in Takaful". Through the process of identification, screening, and feasibility assessment, 7 articles that meet the inclusion criteria were obtained for thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of sharia governance in the takaful industry is determined by five main elements: the role and competence of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS), the sharia compliance and audit system, the corporate governance mechanism, the transparency of information disclosure based on AAOIFI standards, and the support of the regulatory framework. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of the concept of sharia governance in the Islamic insurance industry as well as practical recommendations for regulators, takaful operators, and Sharia Supervisory Boards.
