The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.

Abstrak: Guru Dan Staf SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkring Kecamatan Medang Deras dituntut bersifat dinamis terhadap perkembangan teknologi yang sangat berkembang pesat agar peserta didiknya mampu berkembang dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang sudah tersedia seperti aplikasi powerpoint. Dalam penggunaan aplikasi microsoft powerpoint dengan menggunakan slide presentase di SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkring Kecamatan Medang Deras ini belum optimal dengan kurangnya kemampuan guru dan staf dalam menyajikan presentasi dengan menggunakan media presentasi. Hal ini dari Tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dan staf tersebut sebagai penambahan pendalaman materi microsoft powerpoint agar memberikan skill pada aplikasi ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan materi, memastikan tempat dan fasilitas pendukung, menjelaskan teori tentang materi dengan cara praktek langsung, pembuatan media pembelajaran siswa dan juga kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi serta tanya jawab di ruangan kelas.

Abstrak: Perancangan modul amplifier 12 Volt yang diadakan di SMK Negeri 5 kota tanjungbalai, mendapatai dari 80 siswa yang mengikuti pengabdian yang dilakukan, lebih dari 75 siswa berhasil menyelesikan project perakitan amplifier 12 V dan tergologn kategori berhasil, dan 3 siswa hanya mampu menyelesaikan project amplifier, tetapi tidak bisa menyala dan 2 siswa lagi tidak bisa menyelesaikan sampai akhir. Pelatihan perancangan modul amplifier 12 V, ini bertujuan untuk menambah kompetensi siswa untuk meningkatkan hardskill dibidang praktikum, khususnya dibidang produktif jurusan teknik audio video yang ditekuni sesuai jurusan yang diambil. Pokok bahasan dalam pengabdian di SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungblai, membahas tentang sistem kerja amplifier 12 volt, perancangan scematik ke board PCB , pengujian komponen elektronik dengan menggunakan multitester digital dan pengujian amplifier dengan menggunakan input dari jack handphone dan oscilloscope.

process has traditionally relied on experience and subjective judgment, which may lead to less optimal decisions. This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting fast-moving drug suppliers using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The WP method is applied because it is capable of processing multiple criteria simultaneously through structured weighting, including demand frequency, delivery lead time, remaining shelf life, purchase price, and profit margin. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP and MySQL. The results show that the implementation of the Weighted Product method successfully produces preference values and accurate supplier rankings, enabling the system to correctly determine the most optimal fast-moving drug supplier based on the defined criteria. Therefore, the developed system can assist the owner of Annisa Pharmacy in making more precise, objective, and structured inventory procurement decisions.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan stok obat fast moving di Toko Obat Annisa memerlukan ketepatan dalam menentukan supplier agar ketersediaan obat tetap terjaga dan risiko overstock maupun out of stock dapat diminimalkan. Selama ini, proses pemilihan supplier masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan supplier obat fast moving menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Metode WP digunakan karena mampu mengolah beberapa kriteria secara simultan melalui pembobotan yang terstruktur, meliputi frekuensi permintaan, lead time, sisa masa kedaluwarsa, harga beli, dan margin keuntungan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Weighted Product mampu menghasilkan nilai preferensi dan perankingan supplier secara objektif, sehingga sistem berhasil menentukan supplier obat fast moving yang paling optimal sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pemilik Toko Obat Annisa dalam mengambil keputusan pengadaan stok obat secara lebih tepat, objektif, dan terstruktur.

This study compares two methods, namely Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which have similarities in weighting criteria to produce more effective rankings. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach with numerical data analysis. This study aims to describe the comparison of the two methods in the decision support system for choosing majors at SMKS DAAR Muhsinin. The results of the study show that the use of more effective methods in the application system can make decision-making easier. The conclusion of this study is that the application of MFEP methods can improve accuracy and efficiency in the course selection process.

Abstrak: Pemilihan jurusan di SMAS YPK Kedaisianam sebelumnya masih menggunakan sistem manual yang kurang efektif dalam menentukan jurusan yang tepat bagi siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem baru yang lebih mudah dan akurat. Sistem ini diharapkan membantu guru bimbingan konseling dalam memberikan solusi pemilihan jurusan kepada siswa. Penelitian ini membandingkan dua metode, yaitu Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang memiliki kesamaan dalam pembobotan kriteria untuk menghasilkan peringkat yang lebih efektif. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data berbasis angka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbandingan kedua metode tersebut dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan jurusan di SMKS DAAR Muhsinin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode yang lebih efektif dalam sistem aplikasi dapat mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode MFEP dapat meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi dalam proses pemilihan jurusan.

There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

The research method used in this study is qualitative and semi-quantitative methods by conducting case studies. Data collection was carried out by interview/FGD, and the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that the risk of manpower is at high and very high levels. The results of the study will provide recommendations to the manpower component (driver) in the form of risk mitigation and can be used by companies in managing operational risk on postal networks, especially in the manpower component (driver).

Pos Logistik Indonesia memiliki kerjasama dalam bidang Jaringan Postal, yaitu kerjasama dalam mengirimkan barang atau kiriman pada waktu tertentu, jumlah tertentu dari satu titik ke titik lain sesuai dengan surat perintah dari mitra. Komponen pada jaringan Postal meliputi: Man Power, Kendaraan, Pengendalian Operasional Postal, dan Biaya Operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan dan akar masalah yang menimbulkan potensi kejadian risiko pada komponen Jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver) dan mengetahui seberapa tinggi dampak risikonya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan semi kuantitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara/FGD, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa risiko pada manpower berada pada level high dan very high. Hasil penelitian akan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap komponen manpower (driver) berupa mitigasi risiko dan dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan risiko operasional pada jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver).

EA aims to meet the gap between the needs of stakeholders and the availability of government administration services. The journal's focus on the design of this SPBE EA is on the SPBE Service Domain in the Electronic-Based Government Administration Service. The design is carried out using a combination of references to the SPBE Presidential Regulation and the National SPBE Master Plan Attachment and one of the main components of the EA framework, namely TOGAF ADM. This design produces an output in the form of an Electronic-Based Government Administration Service Catalog. It is expected to be used as a reference in developing technology in the Regency Government Sukabumi both from practical contributions and academic contributions.

Abstrak: Dalam rangka meningkatkan tingkat kematangan Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) dan mematuhi Peraturan Presiden No. 95 Tahun 2018, Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi perlu melakukan standarisasi terhadap perancangan SPBE agar dapat terimplementasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi secara optimal. Salah satu kerangka kerja yang bisa digunakan untuk merancang Arsitektur SPBE yaitu menggunakan Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA bertujuan untuk memenuhi kesenjangan antara kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan dengan ketersediaan layanan administrasi pemerintahan. Fokus jurnal pada perancangan EA SPBE ini yaitu pada Domain Layanan SPBE di bagian Layanan Administrasi Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik. Perancangan yang dilakukan memanfaatkan kombinasi antara referensi pada Perpres SPBE dan Lampiran Rencana Induk SPBE Nasional serta salah satu komponen utama framework EA yaitu TOGAF ADM. Perancangan ini menghasilkan keluaran berupa Katalog Layanan Administrasi Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dan diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan pengembangan teknologi di Pemkab. Mengingat pentingnya penggunaan sistem informasi Karma Simanis maka diperlukan suatu pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan kesesuaian fungsional dan usability untuk mengetahui nilai kualitas sistem yang digunakan dari segi fungsionalitas dan tingkat kegunaan. Dalam melakukan pengukuran kualitas terdapat beberapa model yang dapat digunakan menjadi pedoman untuk melakukan pengukuran perangkat lunak. ISO/IEC 25010 adalah model kualitas yang dapat digunakan sebagai standar untuk mengukur kualitas perangkat lunak.. Proses pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah dirancang dengan menggunakan sub karakteristik functional suitability dan usability pada aspek sistem yang diukur. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi Karma Simanis memiliki nilai kelayakan sistem sebesar 75,99% yang terdiri dari kualitas kesesuaian fungsional sebesar 75,85% dan nilai kualitas usability sebesar 76,09%.
