n by the weak implementation of corporate governance principles, particularly in terms of transparency, accountability, and independence. In addition, violations of the prudential principle and weak internal controls led to investment decisions being made without adequate risk considerations and opened opportunities for collusion between internal and external parties of the company. The findings of this study emphasize that fraud is a direct consequence of governance system failure rather than merely the actions of individuals. Therefore, this study recommends the need for comprehensive governance reform through strengthening risk management, enhancing the transparency of investment reporting, and implementing independent oversight mechanisms to prevent similar cases in the future.

Competitive advantage proved to be an important mediator in improving customer value. However, business performance and innovation are not always effective in mediating the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage or customer value. The findings indicate that while business performance and innovation are important, they should be viewed as part of a more holistic approach to business strategy.This research concludes that companies should focus on strategies that integrate competitive advantage through various elements, such as innovation, product quality, and marketing. Good strategic planning and effective implementation are key to achieving and maintaining competitive advantage and increasing customer value. s used by teachers, their application in learning activities, and factors that affect the effectiveness of learning speaking skills. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed that teachers used several learning strategies, namely communicative strategies, group discussions, presentations, questions and answers, and role plays. The strategy is applied to increase students' speaking courage, ability to convey ideas, and their involvement in the learning process. However, the effectiveness of the strategy is still influenced by several obstacles, such as low student confidence, limited learning media, and suboptimal feedback by teachers. This study concludes that the teaching strategy of Indonesian teachers has been able to support the improvement of students' speaking skills, but still requires continuous innovation, especially in media development, strengthening motivation, and providing opportunities for wider speaking practice.

he low motivation and ability of students to understand news texts, especially in Indonesian learning which requires students to be able to analyze information critically and systematically. Infographic media was chosen as an alternative because it has attractive visual characteristics, is concise, and is able to present complex information in a more understandable way. The research method used was a pseudo-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class that obtained learning using infographic media and the control class that obtained conventional learning. Data collection techniques include learning motivation questionnaires, news text comprehension tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity), t-test, and MANOVA test to see the effect simultaneously. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class on the aspect of learning motivation, where the experimental class had a higher average motivation score after the use of infographic media. In addition, students' understanding of news texts in the experimental class also increased significantly compared to the control class. MANOVA's analysis strengthens the finding that infographic media has a simultaneous effect on students' motivation to learn and comprehension of news texts. Thus, this study concludes that infographic media is effectively used as a learning medium in news text materials. Infographics not only increase students' motivation to learn, but also help students understand the content of the news more comprehensively. These findings recommend the use of innovative visual media in Indonesian learning to improve the quality of students' learning processes and outcomes.

eteness of medical record documentation, particularly in the emergency department, is an indicator of service quality that requires serious attention. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of completeness of identification, authentication, recording, and important reporting in the medical records of emergency patients diagnosed with hypertension at Wangaya Regional Hospital, Denpasar City. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The population was all 330 medical records of emergency patients diagnosed with hypertension. A sample of 199 files was drawn using a probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling approach. The results showed that completeness of identification reached 100%, authentication reached 176 documents (88.44%), recording reached 174 documents (84.44%), and reporting reached 159 documents (79.90%). It can be concluded that identification had the highest level of completeness, while reporting had the lowest level of completeness. Researchers suggest that hospitals increase outreach and supervision of medical staff, especially in emergency installations, regarding the importance of completeness and timeliness of filling out medical record documents.

The objective of this research is to examine how eWOM credibility, quantity, and quality impact purchase intention, with brand image as the mediating variable and situational context as the moderating variable in the study of the Shopee application in West Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected from 500 respondents who are users of the Shopee application in West Java. The research results show that eWOM quantity has the greatest influence on purchase intention, followed by brand image, which has been shown to be a significant mediator. On the other hand, eWOM credibility and quality do not have a direct impact on purchase intention. Furthermore, situational context as a moderating variable does not have a significant impact on the relationship between eWOM quantity and brand image. This study helps e-commerce businesses create better data-driven marketing strategies. To build trust and encourage customer purchasing decisions, it is important to increase the number of reviews, enhance brand reputation, and improve the quality and credibility of the reviews.
