Exploring The Role of Transformational Leadership in Enhancing Employee Engagement: a Qualitative Study in Contemporary Work Environments

Abstract: The rapid transformation of contemporary work environments driven by digitalization, hybrid work systems, and evolving workforce expectations has intensified the need for effective leadership approaches that foster employee… yee engagement. This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership in enhancing employee engagement within contemporary organizational contexts using a qualitative research design. Guided by a phenomenological approach, data were collected through in depth semi structured interviews with employees who had direct supervisory relationships in digitally mediated or hybrid work settings. Thematic analysis revealed four major themes: visionary inspiration and meaningful work, individualized support and psychological safety, intellectual stimulation and professional growth, and trust based relationships and organizational identification. The findings indicate that transformational leadership strengthens employee engagement by cultivating meaningfulness, empowerment, trust, and intrinsic motivation, which collectively enhance employees’ physical, cognitive, and emotional involvement in their work roles. The study extends existing leadership and engagement theories by providing contextualized insights into how transformational leadership is experienced in modern organizational environments. Practically, the findings highlight the importance of developing transformational competencies among leaders to sustain engagement and performance in increasingly complex and interconnected workplaces

The Effect of Profitability and Company Value on Stock Prices in Health Sector Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange for The Period 2020-2024

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of profitability and firm value on stock prices in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. A quantitative approach with a documentation… umentation method was employed in this research. The population consisted of all health sector companies within the specified period, while the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique based on predetermined criteria, resulting in a total of 15 companies. Data were analyzed using panel data regression through the Economic Views (EViews) 12 software. The findings of this study indicate that, profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices of health sector companies for the 2020–2024 period. Similarly, firm value (Tobin’s Q) also shows a positive and significant influence on stock prices within the same period

The Relationship Between Learning Styles and Learning Motivation Towards Academic Achievement of Students of The Faculty Of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar

Sampling was carried out using a simple purposive sampling technique so that 44 students were obtained. Data collection used an online questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the partial test (t-test) concluded that learning styles had a significant effect on academic achievement and learning motivation had a significant effect on academic achievement. Based on the F test, it was concluded that learning styles and learning motivation jointly influenced the learning achievement of FEB students at Makassar State University. Therefore, teachers are advised to analyze student learning styles in determining teaching methods and always motivate students to increase the intensity of their learning efforts.

Abstract: In the digital era, entrepreneurship has undergone significant transformation, particularly in human capital management. This study explores strategies for human capital development within digital entrepreneurial environments,… ments, focusing on digital skills training, collaborative learning, and flexible work arrangements. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis. The findings indicate that entrepreneurs who adopt digital-based human capital development strategies experience improvements in workforce skills, innovation, and business productivity. However, challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and digital literacy gaps remain significant barriers, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study highlights the role of leadership and digital platforms as solutions to overcome these obstacles. The findings provide valuable insights for business practitioners and policymakers in designing more effective and sustainable human capital development strategies in the digital age.

Effectiveness of Utilization of Home Yard Land in Supporting Food Availability in Rural Areas

Abstract: The problem of national food security is something that needs to be addressed sustainably by society and the government, especially in rural areas. To support food availability for the community, land is needed that can… be used for food development. One alternative is to use the yard of the house. Home gardens not only function as areas that provide beauty and coolness, but also as productive land that supports national food security by empowering local potential, both in rural and urban areas. Apart from that, the use of the yard also contributes to improving the family's economy. This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

Semen Indonesia Unit Tonasa, a major player in the cement manufacturing industry, faced challenges in managing its large and diverse workforce, including slow recruitment processes, inconsistent performance evaluations, and inefficient data management. To address these challenges, the company adopted cloud-based HR management systems, automated recruitment tools, and performance management software, allowing for real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making. The results of this digital transformation were notable: recruitment time was reduced by 30%, performance evaluations became more transparent and objective, and employee engagement increased through self-service portals and online learning platforms. The integration of real-time data analytics enabled HR managers to make more informed decisions, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Despite facing resistance to change and technical challenges related to system integration, the company effectively managed the transition through comprehensive training and ongoing support. This study demonstrates how digital tools can optimize HR processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve organizational performance. The success of PT. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially and simultaneously on increasing sales of culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI)… PI) Makassar City. This study employs quantitative research methodologies. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews using questionnaires and documentation of activities. The population as well as the sample in this study were 50 culinary MSME business actors located at the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The employed data analysis techniques encompass multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially influenced the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). Abstract: By taking into account the function of brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image as intervening variables, this study seeks to assess the impact of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention of SOMETHINC products.… ucts. A common marketing tactic for influencing consumer views and behavior toward specific products is celebrity endorsement. This study employs a survey methodology, collecting information from participants using questionnaires that are given to those who are familiar with SOMETHINC goods and have interacted with relevant celebrity endorsements. Utilizing statistical analysis techniques like multiple linear regression and path analysis, hypotheses are tested. The findings demonstrated that brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image are significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement. In this situation, brand attitude has been shown to mediate between celebrity endorsement and intention to repurchase. A similar association between celebrity endorsement and repurchase intention is mediated by brand credibility and brand image. These results demonstrate that celebrity endorsements can positively affect consumers' perceptions of SOMETHINC products by enhancing brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image. These factors in turn influence consumers' desire to repurchase the product. In order to maximize the efficacy of this marketing strategy, businesses should carefully evaluate the choice and management of celebrity endorsements as well as the development of positive brand attitudes, brand credibility, and brand image.

The method used is Willingness to Pay (WTP) Analysis using Conditional Valuation Method (CVM). As a result, the average I WTP is IDR 5,788.46 per month and the total IWTP is IDR 5,788.46 per month. 1,724,961.54 per month. The annual economic value of this urinary tract in Rangomali village is IDR 20,699,538.5. Governments are expected to implement payment of environmental services for water use and modernization of source management.
