this innovation in supporting sustainable urban transport development, particularly in relation to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 11. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using secondary data collected from scientific literature, official reports, and regulatory documents. The analysis was conducted using George C. Edward III’s policy implementation framework, focusing on communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The finding indicate that this innovation contributes positively to environmental management and promotes public participation in waste reduction while improving transport accessibility. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including limited fleet availability, inadequate infrastructure, fragmented communication, and key to integrity between payment system. These constraints affect service efficiency and user satisfaction. Therefore, strengthening policy coordination, improving infrastructure, enhancing human resource capacity, and optimizing public communication are necessary to support the sustainability and effectiveness of this innovation. This study highlights that integrated and adaptive public transport innovations are essential in achieving inclusive, efficient, and sustainable urban mobility in line with SDGs 11.

This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach combined with bibliometric analysis to identify, map, and synthesize relevant research developments related to the quality of the service environment, modernization of fuel retail services, perceived value by consumers, and purchasing decisions. Research data was obtained from various reputable scientific articles indexed in academic databases such as Scopus and Google Scholar with a range of publications of the last ten years. The literature selection process is carried out systematically through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility, and inclusion using the PRISMA guidelines. Bibliometric analysis is used to map research trends, author collaboration, and keyword linkages analyzed using VOSviewer software. The results of the study show that increasing servicescape such as facility comfort, cleanliness, physical design, and the availability of supporting facilities is able to increase consumer perception of gas station services. In addition, service modernization through payment digitalization, self-service systems, and technology-based service innovations also strengthen customer experience. The combination of these two factors has been proven to increase perceived value which ultimately encourages consumers to make a decision to purchase Pertamax Series products. The findings of this study make a conceptual contribution to the development of a study of consumer behavior in the energy retail sector and provide practical implications for petrol station managers in designing strategies to improve service quality and modernize facilities to increase consumer preference for high-quality fuels.

Sona, formulate a capacity building strategy, as well as identify obstacles and solutions that can be done. The results of the research are expected to be practically useful for business actors in production management, as well as make a theoretical contribution to the development of production management science in MSMEs. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews with owners, employees, and customers, supplemented by observation and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through reduction, presentation, and inductive conclusions, so as to be able to describe the real conditions of the business and develop the right optimization strategy. The results of the study show that UD. Sona has made efforts such as setting up production flows and scheduling planning. However, limited machinery, unstable supply of raw materials, and marketing that has not been maximized are still obstacles. three main objectives: (1) to determine the form of human resource policies implemented to improve performance quality, (2) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these policies, and (3) to formulate appropriate strategies to improve employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the implemented human resource policies include training and competency development, performance assessment based on work indicators, and a reward system and work discipline. Supporting factors for the implementation of these policies include leadership support, active employee participation, and the availability of a training budget. However, there are also inhibiting factors such as a lack of professional human resources, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure, and low work motivation among some employees. The strategies implemented to improve performance quality include strengthening supervision, developing a collaborative work culture, improving the quality of training, and regular evaluation of policy implementation. This study concludes that appropriate and consistent human resource policies play a crucial role in building more optimal employee performance within the service environment.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of demand and supply on the balance of the consumer goods market in Makassar. This study adopts a quantitative approach by using primary data from 250 respondents, consisting of 200 consumers and 50 traders with questions using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis is carried out with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25, as well as involving validity testing, reliability and classic assumption testing. Research findings show that the demand and supply variables have a positive and significant effect on the market balance with an Adjusted R² of 0.285. Together, the two variables explain 28.5% variation in market balance. This result shows that the increase in demand and the availability of the supply of consumer goods are the key to maintaining price stability in the local market.

One factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is the availability of online reviews on the platform. This study aims to analyze the role of online reviews as a mediating variable in fashion product purchasing decisions on Shopee. Online reviews serve as a source of information that helps consumers evaluate product quality, seller reputation, and the level of satisfaction of previous users. The research method used was a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers who had previously purchased fashion products. The collected data was then analyzed using a path analysis model to examine the direct and indirect relationships between factors influencing purchasing decisions. The results show that online reviews play a significant role as a mediator in the decision-making process. Consumers tend to trust other users' real-life experiences more than solely the seller's product description. Positive reviews increase consumer interest and confidence in a product, while negative reviews can delay or even cancel a purchase decision. These findings confirm that the presence of online reviews is not only a supporting factor but also serves as a bridge, mediating the relationship between consumer perceptions of a product and the final purchase decision. The implication of this research is that sellers on Shopee need to pay attention to product and service quality to generate positive reviews, thereby increasing purchase conversion rates.

This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of educational access and learner participation through the equivalency education program at PKBM Minda Utama, Bandung City. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving PKBM managers, tutors, and learners. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that educational access was strengthened through flexible learning schedules, simplified administrative requirements, and continuous program socialization to the community. Learner participation was reflected in active engagement during learning activities, supported by communicative, contextual, and needs-based learning approaches. The success of the program was supported by managerial commitment, tutor competence, and increasing public awareness of the importance of education, while economic constraints, work demands, and limited facilities remained challenges. The study concludes that educational access and learner participation are interrelated dimensions that determine the success of equivalency education programs. Therefore, strengthening both dimensions should be viewed as an integrated effort to improve the effectiveness of equivalency education and support lifelong learning

Data analysis is carried out by collecting/organizing raw data (data collection), condensing data (data condensation), presenting data (data display), drawing conclusions/verification. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the principal's management in improving the religious character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Palopo is carried out through four integrated management functions, namely: (a) Planning which is realized in the preparation of routine religious programs such as Al-Qur'an literacy (15-minute tadarus), congregational prayer, and commemoration of Islamic holidays, (b) Organization is carried out by clearly dividing tasks to religious teachers as coordinators, assisted by homeroom teachers and involving the active role of OSIS and Rohis as technical implementers, (c) Implementation is carried out by integrating the program into school activities and providing direct motivation and role models to enforce religious discipline, and (d) Supervision is carried out through checking attendance at congregational prayers and providing direct reprimands to students who are less religious. (2) Factors that influence the success of this implementation include internal factors, such as the principal's leadership commitment, teacher discipline, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, as well as external factors that include support from parents and the community. Overall, the success of the principal's management is greatly influenced by strong collaboration between all school residents and the surrounding environment.
