ecent decades, with increasingly fierce competition among leading manufacturers. OPPO, a Chinese technology company founded in 2004 and part of BBK Electronics Corporation, has demonstrated significant competitiveness in the global market despite facing challenges in maintaining its market share from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, analyzing primary data from OPPO's official documents and secondary data from industry reports and academic literature. Findings show that OPPO implements production sharing in strategic geographic locations, with design and development centralized in China and manufacturing spread across countries that offer labor or infrastructure advantages. The study shows that OPPO's global expansion follows the Uppsala Model of internationalization, starting with culturally and geographically close markets such as Southeast Asia before expanding to more distant regions. Through technology-based supply chain optimization, digital integration, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI)-based coordination systems, OPPO has developed the ability to manage complex global networks while overcoming geopolitical challenges and supply chain disruptions. This research contributes to understanding how technology companies from developing countries leverage the Global Value Chain to enhance international competitiveness, providing insights into the relationship between supply chain strategy and the success of global expansion in the highly competitive smartphone industry.

Based on the above problem conditions, making a garbage robot can increase the interest of cafe visitors to dispose of garbage in its place, by utilizing a type of qualitative research method and the results of research testing on the electronics module in the design of a garbage robot found that the interface system between Android and the robot utilizes a 5VDC voltage, with pins RX-TX and TX-RX, as well as all outputs in the form of SG90 servo using 5VDC supply and IC L298 mini supplied with 7.4 VDC voltage. So that one of the advantages of the garbage robot design is that it is able to operate both remotely and in a stopped condition.

Abstrak: Sampah plastik dan botol plastik juga merupakan sampah yang memiliki masa larut atau masa terurai yang sangat lama. Seperti cafe atau tempat makan yang berada di jalan Merbo Desa Bagan Asahan Kecamatan Tanjung Balai Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki sekitar 5 cafe dan tidak termasuk pedagang kaki lima. Untuk wilayah Asahan memiliki jumlah penduduk 118.750 jiwa, dengn asumsi produk sampah berkisar 356.250 l/hr, dan jumlah sampah 160m3/hr. Berdasarkan kondisi masalah diatas pembuatan robot sampah bisa menambah minat para pengunjung cafe untk membuang sampah pada tempatnya, dengan memanfaatkan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif dan hasil pengujian penelitian pada modul elektronika pada perancangan robot sampah mendapati bahwa sistem interface antara android dengan robot memanfaatkan tegangan 5VDC, dengan pin RX-TX dan TX-RX, serta seluruh output berupa servo SG90 menggunakan supply 5VDC dan IC l298 mini disupply tegangan 7.4 VDC. Sehingga salah satu kelebihan dari rancangan robot sampah yaitu mampu beroperasi baik dikendalikan jarak jauh ataupun dalam kondisi berhenti.

vel of consumer interest in buying, which means the company’s sales turnover is higher and the company’s cash receipts will increase. Determining which consumers deserve credit is not easy. Companies need a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help determine the creditwhorthiness of potential customers. The decision making calculation method used in this study is a simple additive weighting method with 5 criteria, namely discipline, down payment, monthly income, credit guarantee, and residence of status. The system was built using the PHP MySQL language and Sublime Text as the programming code. And the object-oriented system modeling language used is UML (Unifed Modelling Language). By using this SAW Method, it is hoped that the final result will be obtained as a tool to determine the credit extension to potential consumers who are eligible to be given.

Abstrak :PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Kisaran merupakan perusahaan yang produknya bergerak di bidang perdagangan yang menjual barang elektronik dan furniture secara cash maupun kredit. Pemberian kredit dapat memberikan keringanan kepada konsumen, sehingga menimbulkan besarnya minat konsumen untuk membeli, yang berarti omset penjualan perusahaan menjadi lebih tinggi dan penerimaan kas perusahaan akan meningkat. Menentukan konsumen yang layak diberikan kredit bukanlah hal yang mudah.Perusahaan membutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan kelayakan pemberian kredit untuk calon konsumen. Metode perhitungan pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan 5 kriteria yaitu kedisiplinan, uang muka, penghasilan perbulan, jaminan kredit dan status tempat tinggal. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa PHP MySQL dan Sublime Text sebagai koding pemrogramannya.Serta bahasa pemodelan sistem berorientasi objek yang digunakan adalah UML (Unifed Modelling Language). Dengan menggunakan metode SAW ini, diharapkan mendapatkan hasil akhir sebagai alat bantu untuk menentukan pemberian kredit kepada calon konsumen yang layak diberikan.

This PKM program has a desire to carry out future cooperation in the form of knowledge exchange for the development of pesantren to become more modern, structured and advanced.

Abstrak: Dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan jumlah santri baru dan keinginan yayasan untuk modernisasi, program ini menyasar kendala-kendala seperti pembatasan penggunaan elektronik, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, dan kemampuan teknis pendidik yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode pemaparan teoritis, dan diskusi interaktif untuk memberikan pandangan baru tentang transformasi pembelajaran dengan tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meski pengenalan teknologi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen, masih diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan pengembangan platform pembelajaran yang lebih atraktif. Program PKM ini memiliki keinginan yaitu dapat melaksanakan kerjasamkdepannya dalam bentuk pertukaran ilmu untuk pengembangan pesantren menjadi lebih modern, terstruktur dan maju.

Abstrak : Toko Elektronik Santi merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual kebutuhan produk elekronik bagi masyarakat. Toko ini memerlukan prediksi yang bisa memperkirakan jumlah barang yang akan dijual, pada Toko ini sering mengalami kurangnya persediaan produk eIekronik yang akan dibeIi peIanggan. Dalam perancangan sistem menggunakan metode peramalan DoubIe Moving Average (DMA) untuk proses pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan jumlah stok produk elekronik yang akan dijual untuk buIan berikutnya. Aplikasi Peramalan ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman visualbasic net 2010 dengan database microsoft office acces. Dari pembuatan sistem dapat dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengendalikan permintaan yang optimal dan ekonomis dan dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta dapat memprediksi jumlah permintaan produk elekronik pada periode yang akan datang di Toko Elektronik Santi sehingga hasil prakiraan peramalan tersebut dapat membantu usaha dagang agar tidak terjadi kehabisan stok permintaan produk elektronik pada Toko Elektronik Santi.

It started with analyzing the needs, studying the students, designing the product, developing the e-module, getting expert validation, and then testing the e-module on energy transformation. The results from the experts in media, language, and subject matter showed that the e-module using Heyzine flipbooks was valid for use, with an average percentage of 96%. In the testing phase, 32 students provided responses that were highly suitable for use, with an average percentage of 96%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the e-module learning material using Heyzine flipbooks on the topic of energy transformation developed in this study is proven to be valid, easy, and engaging for students to use, and highly suitable for study.

Dalam konteks ini, abstrak ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyelesaian sengketa pajak dan mengidentifikasi dampak dari adanya putusan Pengadilan Pajak Nomor PUT/002728.12/2019/PP/M.XIB Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif dimana menganalisa hukum normatif dan mengkaji secara mendalam untuk menjawab rumusan masalah serta mendiskripsikan hasil penelitian. Temuan utama mencakup ketidakpatuhan PT. Samsung Electronics Indonesia terhadap aturan pembayaran pajak serta dampak negatif dan positif atas putusan sengketa pajak. Hasil analisis ini menyatakan bahwa dilakukan sanksi penyegelan PT. Samsung Electronics Indonesia serta dijatuhkan sanksi administrasi denda dan bunga. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang sengketa pajak, dan mengetahui dampak dari sebuah putusan sengketa pajak.
