ucture, and processes in its management ensures that IT is utilized as optimally as possible to meet current and future needs of the organization. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kubu Raya Regency utilizes IT in carrying out public service activities using the SIPEMUDA Application. An information system audit is needed to improve system performance. In this study, using the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) to determine whether the organization's needs have been supported by management and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management to determine suggestions for improvement. Capability level assessment in this study using COBIT Performance Management. The results of the capability assessment are that there are 6 processes reaching level 1, 33 processes reaching level 2, 28 processes reaching level 3, 18 processes reaching level 4, 7 processes reaching level 5 while the level that does not meet the capabilities is 19 processes. Furthermore, the results of process recommendations that do not meet the capabilities are prioritized using the Action Priority Matrix.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan TI dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, mendorong kemudahan dalam pelayanan publik dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau dan efisiensi kinerja. Tata kelola TI yang mencakup kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi, dan proses, dalam pengelolaannya untuk memastikan bahwa TI dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi saat ini dan yang akan datang. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kubu Raya memanfaatkan TI dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan publik menggunakan Aplikasi SIPEMUDA. Audit sistem informasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) menentukan apakah kebutuhan organisasi sudah didukung oleh pengelolaan serta Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management untuk menentukan saran perbaikan. Penilaian level kapabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT Performance Management. Hasil penilaian kapabilitas yaitu terdapat 6 proses mencapai level 1, 33 proses mencapai level 2, 28 proses mencapai level 3, 18 proses mencapai level 4, 7 proses mencapai level 5 sedangkan level yang tidak memenuhi kapabilitas yaitu 19 proses untuk diberikan rekomendasi. Selanjutnya hasil rekomendasi proses tersebut diprioritaskan menggunakan Action Priority Matrix.

Evaluation is a necessity for companies to move forward and develop in facing business competition. One method of evaluating that can be used objectively is extracting information through a stored database. This study intends to analyze the factors that affect profit outcomes based on profit-based data. The data will be analyzed using method Bayes. Through this method will get a pattern that affects profits. However, it is not easy to analyze data with this method because of the large amount of data that will cost a lot of time and time. So to simplify the analysis, researchers use tools in analyzing the data the results of the benefits of rapidminer software. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, rapidminer software can help and make it easier to produce probabilities to be predicted. The results of this study are from the set test conducted, the prediction of profit results can be ascertained to be achieved and the possibility of certainty is reached 0.59% and the possibility of not reaching 0.41%.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Salah satunya penerapan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan didunia industri yaitu untuk evaluasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Evaluasi merupakan suatu keharusan bagi perusahaan untuk terus maju dan berkembang menghadapi persaingan usaha. Salah satu cara mengevaluasi yang dapat dugunakan secara objektif yaitu penggalian informasi melalui database yang tersimpan.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan berdasarkan data hasil keuntungan. Data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metodeneive bayes. Melalui metode ini akan mendapatkan pola yang mempengaruhi keuntungan.Namun tidaklah mudah dalam menganalisis data dengan metode ini dikarenanakan banyaknya data yang akan menghabiskan biaya dan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka untuk mempermudah analisis tersebut, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu dalam menganalisis data hasil keuntungan yaitusoftware rapidminer.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, software rapidminer dapat membantu dan mempermudah menghasilkan probabilitas untuk dijadikan prediksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari uji set yang dilakukan, prediksi hasil keuntungan dapat dipastikan tercapai dan kemungkinan kepastian tercapai 0,59% serta kemungkinan tidak tercapai 0,41%.

35 respondents taken from the population. seen from the F test obtained Tcount 14.405 > Ftable 3.285 with sig 0.000 <α 0.05, indicating that H0 is rejected and H1 is recognized, which means job satisfaction and work climate together have a significant effect on the variable morale. Judging from the results of the t test, it is very clear that the tcount of the morale variable is 3.181 greater than the Ftable of 1.692 with a possible t of 0.003 which means it is more significant by 0.05 on the morale variable. the variable of job satisfaction is seen from the variable of work enthusiasm. on the work climate variable, a tcount of 4.363 is greater than a ttable of 1.692 with a probability of sig 0.000 which is imperfect with the furthest level of importance reaching 0.05, so that the work climate variable is more or less visible than the work spirit variable. The Adjusted R Square value obtained means 0.441, this figure indicates that 44.1% of morale (reliable variable) can be explained by job satisfaction and work climate.

Liquidity and solvency ratios were chosen as the primary analytical tools in this study. The analysis results indicate that PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, where current assets can adequately cover current liabilities. The liquidity ratio during the period 2019 to 2022 showed a positive increase, reaching an average of 297% in 2022. However, there was a decline in the solvency ratio, especially in the debt-to-equity ratio, which decreased from an average of 1.05% in 2019 to 0.78% in 2022. This situation can affect the company's ability to bear high risks, especially due to high premiums. Therefore, PT. Askrindo needs to take steps to increase capital and ensure efficient use of assets to strengthen its overall financial position. In conclusion, although PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, so the company needs to increase capital and improve its solvency ratio. This is expected to increase creditor and investor confidence and strengthen the company's ability to face future risks.

In studying this event, this research investigates the factors that influence extreme weather in Manado, observing sea surface temperature data, streamlines, air observations, the Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The analysis shows that the positive SOI and negative IOD phenomena significantly impact extreme weather in the region. Cumulonimbus (Cb) clouds drove the atmospheric conditions formed on January 27 and 28 2023 and air flows from the Indian Ocean which brought wet air masses into Indonesian territory. High sea surface temperatures, reaching 28-29°C, also play a role in the intensive growth of rain clouds. est-posttest design. The sample of this study was all students of class III of UPTD SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar in the 2025/2026 academic year, totaling 25 people. The research instrument used in this study was a learning outcome test instrument, the data obtained were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Data from the initial conditions before the treatment was carried out until after the treatment was carried out showed an increase in student learning outcomes. Before the treatment, the average score was 68 and after the treatment, the average score was 84. It can be concluded that the student learning outcomes before the treatment were given were still not reaching the KKTP, namely 25 students (100%) and after the treatment, student learning outcomes increased, namely 26 students (100%) had scores above the KKTP. Based on the results of the hypothesis test with a significance level of 0.05 and a t table of 2.060, the calculated t is 11.238. Thus, t count > t table 11.238 > 2.060, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Quiziz-based interactive media on Civics learning outcomes in grade III at the UPTD of SD Negeri 124392 Pematangsiantar
