with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 62 respondents. The results show that both brand awareness and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Brand recognition is the most dominant brand awareness indicator, while discounts are the most influential promotion indicator. These findings highlight the importance of effective branding and promotional strategies in influencing the purchasing decisions of young consumers active on social media.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand awareness dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian rokok elektrik pada Generasi Z pengguna media sosial Twitter. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 62 responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik brand awareness maupun promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial maupun simultan. Brand recognition menjadi indikator brand awareness yang paling dominan, sementara diskon menjadi indikator promosi yang paling berpengaruh. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi branding dan promosi yang efektif dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen muda yang aktif di media sosial.

his research aims to determine: (1) the magnitude of the influence of innovation in increasing teacher professionalism; (2) the magnitude of the influence of teacher performance in increasing teacher professionalism; and (3) the magnitude of the influence of innovation and teacher performance together in increasing teacher professionalism. The population in this study were all public and private junior high school teachers in Bandar Pasir Mandoge District, namely 70 teachers. The entire sample was taken from the population, namely 70 people by taking samples by census. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The research results show that: (1) The results of testing the first hypothesis concluded that there was a positive influence between innovation on teacher professionalism of 41.25%; (2) The results of testing the second hypothesis can be concluded that there is an influence between teacher performance in increasing teacher professionalism by 57.61%; and (3) Innovation and teacher performance together have a positive influence in increasing teacher professionalism by 65.12%. Thus, the findings of this research support the opinion that the interaction between teacher performance and innovation has a direct positive effect in increasing teacher professionalism. Based on the results of hypothesis testing which accepted the three proposed research hypotheses as described above, a Theoretical Model of Teacher Professionalism was found which is the development of several theories describing the causalistic relationship between research variables that determine teacher professionalism which is the development of several theories, especially the Integrative Model of Organizational Behavior of Colquitt, LePine, and Wesson. Thus it can be stated that the innovation variable will result in increased teacher professionalism and also the teacher performance variable will result in increased teacher professionalism.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang selama ini terjadi di SMP Negeri dan Swasta Se Kecamatan Bandar Pasir Mandoge yaitu tentang profesionalisme guru yang tergolong masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) besarnya pengaruh inovasi dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru; (2) besarnya pengaruh kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru; dan (3) besarnya pengaruh inovasi dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri dan Swasta Se Kecamatan Bandar Pasir Mandoge yaitu 70 orang guru. Sampel yang diambil seluruh dari populasi yaitu 70 orang dengan mengambil sampel secara sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Inovasi terhadap Profesionalisme guru sebesar 41,25%; (2) Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan Profesionalisme guru sebesar 57,61%; dan (3) Inovasi dan Kinerja guru secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dalam meningkatkan Profesionalisme guru sebesar 65,12%. Dengan demikian temuan penelitian ini mendukung pendapat bahwa interaksi antara Kinerja guru dan Inovasi berpengaruh langsung positif dalam meningkatkan Profesionalisme guru. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menerima ketiga hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan sebagaimana telah diuraikan di atas ditemukan suatu Model Teoretis Profesionalisme guru yang merupakan pengembangan dari beberapa teori menggambarkan hubungan kausalistik antar variabel penelitian yang menentukan profesionalisme guru yang merupakan pengembangan dari beberapa teori, utamanya Integrative Model of Organizational Behavior dari Colquitt, LePine, dan Wesson. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa variebel inovasi akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya Profesionalisme guru dan juga variabel kinerja guru mengakibatkan meningkatnya Profesionalisme guru.

In contrast to previous research which focused more on teachers and school principals, this study pays special attention to the role of School Supervisor as a Strategic Position in Improving Quality education in the region but is often ignored in academic studies. Research this aims to find out: (1) the influence of work discipline on the performance of school supervisors; (2) the influence of supervisory competence on supervisor performance; and (3) the influence of work discipline and supervisory competence simultaneously on the performance of school supervisors. The population of this study is all school supervisors within the scope of the District Education Office Asahan, has 35 supervisors. The sample taken from the entire population was 35 supervisors by taking a census sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire filled out by respondents and processed using regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) There is a very significant positive influence between work discipline on supervisor performance of 0.5066 or 50.66% of the proportion of supervisor performance variance can be explained by the level of work discipline; (2) There is a very significant positive influence between supervisor competence on supervisor performance of 0.5938 or 59.38% of the proportion of supervisor performance variance can be explained by the level of supervisor competence; and (3) There is a positive influence between work discipline and supervisorcompetence together on supervisor performance of 0.7106 or 71.06%. Based on the result of the analysis against 35 shool supervisor, it was found that work discipline and competence supervisors have a significant and positive influence simultaneously on the performance of the supevisors of the Asahan Regency Education Office and these findings it is expected to provide new insights to the management education to improve the performance of school supervisor through Competency Development and Strengthening Work Discipline through Activities Education and Training.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang selama ini terjadi di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan yaitu tentang kinerja pengawas sekolah yang tergolong kurang baik ditinjau dari disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas sekolah. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih banyak berfokus pada guru dan kepala sekolah, penelitian ini memberikan perhatian khusus pada peran pengawas sekolah sebagai posisi strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah, namun sering kurang perhatian dalam kajian akademik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah; (2) pengaruh kompetensi pengawas terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah; dan (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas secara simultan terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengawas sekolah yang berada di lingkup Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan berjumlah 35 orang pengawas. Sampel yang diambil seluruh dari populasi berjumlah 35 orang pengawas dengan mengambil sampel secara sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang diisi oleh responden dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pengawas sebesar 0,5066 atau 50,66% proporsi variansi kinerja pengawas dapat dijelaskan oleh tingkat disiplin kerja; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara kompetensi pengawas terhadap kinerja pengawas sebesar 0,5938 atau 59,38% proporsi variansi kinerja pengawas dapat dijelaskan oleh tingkat kompetensi pengawas; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pengawas sebesar 0,7106 atau 71,06%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 35 pengawas sekolah, ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja pengawas Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan dan temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru kepada pihak manajemen pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengawas sekolah melalui pengembangan kompetensi dan penguatan disiplin kerja misalnya kegiatan Pendidikan dan Latihan.

gements, or any other forms of advertisement. This study addresses three key issues: (1) How are the legal regulations regarding notary, self-promotion structured in Indonesia and Germany? (2) How is the supervision of notary self-promotion conducted in both countries? (3) what is the urgency of reforming the regulations and supervision of notary self-promotion Indonesia in the future. This research employs a normative juridical approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection relies on literature and document studies (documentary study). The findings of this study reveal that: (1) Legal regulations concerning notary self-promotion in Indonesia and Germany are explicity governed by the 2015 Notary Code of Ethics and the German Federal Notarial Act (2) In Indonesia, the supervision of notary self-promotion is conducted by the Notary Honorary Council (Dewan Kehormatan Notaris – DKN), which oversees ethical compliance both within and outside the professional scope. (3) The urgency of reforming Indonesia’s regulations on notary self-promotion and supervision is essential to uphold professionalism, integrity and independence.

Abstrak: Suatu promosi jabatan merupakan suatu tindakan yang tidak diperbolehkan dalam jabatan Notaris, karena sudah tercantum dengan jelas di dalam kode etik profesi tentang larangan Notaris bahwa seorang Notaris dilarang melakukan promosi baik melalui media cetak, media karangan bunga dan media lainnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaturan hukum mengenai publikasi atau promosi diri Notaris di Indonesia dan Jerman?, bagaimana pengawasan publikasi atau promosi diri Notaris di Indonesia dan Jerman?, bagaimana urgensi pembaharuan terkait pengaturan publikasi atau promosi diri serta pengawasan Notaris di Indonesia pada masa yang akan datang?. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data yaitu: studi kepustakaan atau studi dokumen (documentary study). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pengaturan hukum mengenai publikasi atau promosi diri Notaris di Indonesia dan Jerman secara rinci diatur dalam Kode Etik Notaris Tahun 2015 (2) Pengawasan publikasi atau promosi diri Notaris di Indonesia dilakukan oleh Dewan Kehormatan Notaris (DKN) dimana pengawasan DKN mencakup aspek-aspek etika profesi notaris, baik dalam pelaksanaan jabatan maupun di luar jabatan. The research uses a normative juridical approach by reviewing two court decisions related to illegal timber transportation. The findings show that the elements of criminal liability are fulfilled in both analyzed cases. Furthermore, judicial considerations reflect efforts to enforce justice by assessing legality, intent, and environmental impact. This study emphasizes the importance of firm and proportional legal enforcement to preserve forest sustainability and deter forestry-related criminal acts.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis pertanggungjawaban pidana dan pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pengangkutan hasil hutan kayu tanpa dilengkapi dokumen sah sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2013 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Perusakan Hutan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menelaah dua putusan pengadilan yang berkaitan dengan pengangkutan kayu ilegal. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa unsur-unsur pertanggungjawaban pidana telah terpenuhi dalam kedua kasus yang dianalisis. Selain itu, pertimbangan hakim mencerminkan upaya penegakan hukum yang berkeadilan serta mempertimbangkan aspek legalitas, niat, dan dampak lingkungan. Kajian ini menekankan pentingnya penegakan hukum yang tegas dan terukur dalam menjaga kelestarian hutan serta menimbulkan efek jera terhadap pelaku tindak pidana kehutanan.

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) berperan dalam proses penegakan hukum di Indonesia melalui pendekatan filsafat hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan studi literatur terhadap regulasi hukum dan referensi akademik terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun AI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan presisi dalam sistem hukum, kehadirannya juga menimbulkan tantangan serius, terutama dalam aspek keadilan substantif, pertanggungjawaban hukum, dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Dari sudut pandang filsafat hukum, pemanfaatan AI semestinya tunduk pada nilai-nilai dasar hukum seperti keadilan, kebebasan, dan tanggung jawab moral. Oleh karena itu, regulasi berbasis nilai menjadi urgensi untuk menjamin bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi ini tidak menyimpang dari prinsip-prinsip dasar hukum serta nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.

The study employs a qualitative approach using library research and content analysis methods, concentrating on three main areas: first, public responses both supportive and critical that have surfaced on social media; second, the perspective of Islamic ecological jurisprudence (fiqh al-bi’ah) on the exploitation of natural resources; and third, the concrete steps taken by Muhammadiyah in reflecting ecological jurisprudence in its approach. The findings indicate that, despite notable public resistance, Muhammadiyah does not simply abandon Islamic foundational values in accepting the mining concession. Through the five principles of maqasid al-shari’ah and institutional strategies such as the formation of professional business entities, Muhammadiyah strives to develop an ethical ad responsible model for resource management.

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji dinamika sosial dan keagamaan yang muncul pasca-pemberian izin usaha pertambangan oleh pemerintah kepada ormas keagamaan, dengan fokus khusus pada Muhammadiyah. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kepustakaan dan analisis isi, dengan fokus pada tiga bidang utama: pertama, tanggapan masyarakat yang mendukung maupun mengkritik yang mengemuka di media sosial; kedua, perspektif fikih ekologi Islam (fiqh al-bi’ah) tentang eksploitasi sumber daya alam; dan ketiga, langkah konkret yang ditempuh Muhammadiyah dalam merefleksikan fikih ekologi dalam pendekatannya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun ada penolakan dari masyarakat, Muhammadiyah tidak serta merta meninggalkan nilai-nilai dasar Islam dalam menerima konsesi pertambangan. Melalui lima prinsip maqasid al-shari’ah dan strategi kelembagaan seperti pembentukan badan usaha profesional, Muhammadiyah berupaya mengembangkan model pengelolaan sumber daya yang etis dan bertanggung jawab.

containing verbal humour expressions. The results of this study indicate six types of verbal humour out of the twelve types identified in Shade's theory (1996). The findings of this study reveal six types of verbal humour out of the twelve types identified in Shade's theory (1996). The most frequent type is wit, followed by sarcasm and satire, while irony, parody, and farce are the least frequent, with only one occurrence each. This study also identifies four out of ten translation strategies from Gottlieb's theory (1991) applied in the film, with paraphrase being the most dominant, followed by condensation and transfer, and the least frequent expansion strategy, which is two times. This study concludes that studying various types of verbal humour is very important because there are multicultural differences in conveying humorous meanings. This study emphasizes that various translation strategies must successfully maintain the meaning of humour. This study provides valuable insights into the field of linguistics, into the types of verbal humour and translation strategies in film subtitles.

This research aims to understand how group communication practices play a role in building and maintaining intergenerational cohesiveness in the Pemalang Selatan Honda Classic Community (PESHOK). A qualitative approach through case studies, data is collected using source triangulation. The analysis was carried out using bona fide theory to identify the characteristics of groups that have flexible membership boundaries and are closely related to the social context. The findings of the study revealed that cohesiveness in the community is maintained through open communication, equal deliberation, and solidarity practices such as regular meetings, team spirit, and the needs of fellow members across generations based on family values. The process of identity negotiation between generations is also seen to play an important role in strengthening a sense of attachment and ownership to the community.

Abstrak: Komunikasi lintas generasi dalam komunitas berbasis hobi menjadi aspek penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan dan kohesivitas, terutama di tengah perubahan sosial dan perkembangan teknologi yang terus bergerak cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana praktik komunikasi kelompok berperan dalam membangun dan mempertahankan kohesivitas antar generasi di Komunitas Pemalang Selatan Honda Klasik (PESHOK). Pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus, data dikumpulkan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teori Bona Fide untuk mengidentifikasi ciri kelompok yang memiliki batas keanggotaan yang lentur dan keterkaitan erat dengan konteks sosial. Temuan penelitian mengungkap bahwa kohesivitas dalam komunitas terpelihara melalui komunikasi terbuka, musyawarah yang setara, dan praktik solidaritas seperti pertemuan rutin, semangat tim, kebutuhan sesama anggota lintas generasi yang dilandasi nilai-nilai kekeluargaan. Proses negosiasi identitas antara generasi juga terlihat memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat rasa keterikatan dan kepemilikan terhadap komunitas.

s designed using a quasi-experimental methodology. With samples of grade V students from SDN Jatijajar 01 and SDN Jatijajar 02, the study's population consisted of SDN Jatijajar students. Questionnaires, observation sheets, unstructured interviews, and documentation were among the methods utilized to collect data. The Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Independent Sample T-test, Simple Linear Regression Test, and Paired Sample T-test were among the data analysis methods employed. The findings of this investigation show that: (1) With the help of interactive videos, students' learning independence varies in the guided inquiry approach. H0 is rejected while Ha is accepted based on the Independent Sample T-test findings, which indicate a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (2) Students' learning independence is impacted by the guided inquiry model with interactive video assistance. The significance value, which is 0.001 <0.05, indicates that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Using guided inquiry models with the use of interactive films increases students' learning freedom. With a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 from the paired sample t-test, Ha is accepted and H0 is denied. It is clear that the interactive video-assisted guided inquiry methodology works well to help pupils at Jatijajar 01 State Elementary School become more independent learners.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kemandirian belajar yang meningkat melalui penggunaan model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video interaktif oleh siswa kelas V di SDN Jatijajar 01. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan populasi siswa SDN Jatijajar, dengan sampel siswa kelas V dari SDN Jatijajar 01 dan SDN Jatijajar 02. Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen. Angket, wawancara tidak terstruktur, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah metode pengumpulan pada data. Analisis data juga menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji sampel T bebas, uji regresi pada linier sederhana, dan uji sampel T berurutan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan dalam kemandirian belajar siswa dalam model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video interaktif. Hasil Uji Sampel pada Independen T juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0.001 di bawah 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, (2) Terdapat juga pengaruh model inkuiri pada terbimbing berbantuan video interaktif terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, dan (3) Terdapat peningkatan dalam kemandirian belajar siswa dalam model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video interaktif. Dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0,05, uji sampel ganda t menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha juga diterima. Model inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan video interaktif meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa SD Negeri Jatijajar 01.
