e population in this study is all of class XI SMA GKPI Padang Bulan Medan as many as 30 people because the population is small, namely only 30 people, so the entire population becomes the research sample, namely as many as 30 people with the sampling technique. The data collection instrument for variable X is a questionnaire which consists of 20 items. With the 4 aptions that were previously tested to determine validity and reliability while the instrument variable Y Documentation was in the form of a list of student scores (DKN) in schools. The results of the normality test analysis requirements of the PAK teacher's role data are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained X2count < X2table (22.33 <43.77) and PAK learning outcomes are normally distributed with the calculation results obtained X2count < X2table (18.85 <43.77) . The results of the data linearity test of the role of PAK teachers in forming character are linear with the equation Y = 22.77 + 1.22x which is linear. The results of the correlation test obtained rcount of 0.453 consulted with the price of criticism r at a significant level of 5% with a total of 30 respondents obtained rtable of 0.361, because rcount > rtable (0.453 > 0.361) this shows that there is an influence of the role of PAK teachers in the formation of class student character XI GKPI Padang Bulan Medan private high school T.A 2022/2023. Furthermore, to test the significant correlation is done using the statistical test formula (t test) to obtain a tcount of 3.41. This price is then consulted with ttable at a significant level of 95% of 1.69, because tcount > tthickness (3.41.169 α=0.05 with dk = n-2 (30-2=28) obtained a ttable of 1.69 because tcount > t table (3.41> 1.69) this shows that there is a significant influence of the role of the PAK teacher in the Formation of the Character of Class XI Students of the GKPI Padang Bulan Medan private high school T.A 2022/2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keabsahan penagihan hutang sebelum jatuh tempo serta akibat hukum yang timbul dari praktik tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penagihan hutang sebelum jatuh tempo bertentangan dengan Pasal 1759 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata karena hak kreditur untuk menagih baru lahir setelah utang mencapai waktu jatuh tempo. Tindakan tersebut tidak dapat dikategorikan sebagai wanprestasi, melainkan lebih tepat dikualifikasikan sebagai perbuatan melawan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 1365 KUH Perdata. Selain itu, praktik tersebut juga melanggar prinsip perlindungan konsumen dalam sektor jasa keuangan yang diatur oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Hoaks berbasis AI berdampak luas terhadap individu, seperti gangguan psikologis dan kerusakan reputasi, serta terhadap negara melalui ancaman pada keamanan nasional dan kepercayaan publik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembaruan peraturan yang secara eksplisit mengatur unsur dan bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana atas hoaks berbasis AI. Pemerintah juga perlu memperkuat upaya pencegahan dan perlindungan dengan meningkatkan literasi digital, pengawasan konten berbasis AI, serta memberikan pemulihan hukum bagi korban untuk menjaga stabilitas sosial dan keamanan nasional.

nganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran PKN terhadap kepedulian sosial peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar di Pasir Pengaraian, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV, V, dan VI yang berjumlah 120 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 89 peserta didik yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan berdasarkan indikator dari Zubaedi (2022) untuk variabel kepedulian sosial dan Syamzaimar (2025) untuk variabel kualitas pembelajaran PKN, yang telah divalidasi dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha 0,87. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan pengujian prasyarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pembelajaran PKN terhadap kepedulian sosial peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,672, nilai t hitung 11,586, nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), serta nilai R² sebesar 0,451. Uji Glejser menunjukkan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas (sig. > 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran PKN yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan dengan pengamalan Islam merupakan faktor penting dalam pembentukan kepedulian sosial peserta didik di Pasir Pengaraian.

All students of class X MIPA, even semester, Gajah Mada Mandiri Private High School, Medan from both classes constitute the majority of the population in the essay. Cluster random sampling was used to collect samples, with X MIPA1 and X MIPA2 acting as the experimental and control groups, respectively, with a total of 32 participants each and a teaching model that emphasizes in-depth learning with short lessons. The instrument used in this study was an essay test with approximately 10 validated topics. Data analysis of Lhitung-Ltabel and Fhitung-Ftabel showed that both data sets had a normal and homogeneous distribution. Analysis of two similar government agencies will be carried out next. The results of both classes were normally and uniformly distributed. Because tcount > ttable, the results of the one-tailed t-test for alpha = 0.05 and dk 62 produced tcount = 21.27 and ttable 1.99. This shows that there are significant benefits from using interdisciplinary learning with an inquiry model to support the student process in semester X of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the academic year 2022/2023.

Academic Year 2022/2023. The form of this research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all students of class XI MIPA at SMA Swasta Gajah Mada Medan Academic Year 2022/2023. The sample in this study was taken using cluster random sampling, namely the experimental class of 30 students implemented to the Jigsaw cooperative mastery model assisted by PhET and the control class of 28 students implemented to the DI version. This observation tool uses an essay test with ten proven questions used in this study. The average pre-test score of the experimental class is 32.89 with a normal deviation of 2.99 and the average post-test score is 84.33 with a normal deviation of 2.72. These figures are based entirely on research findings. The suggested pretest ratings and desired deviations for the manipulation style were 35.44 and 3.82, respectively , and the intended posttest ratings were 71.33 and 5.93. Lcount Ltable was accepted for each instruction with a daily distribution, even as Fcount obtained Ftable for homogeneous elegance. The results of the statistical test (t-party test ) and dk 56 found that the initial abilities of the 2 lessons were the same because tcount < ttable, or -0.84 1.94, is true. The population of this study was all students of class X MIA semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan which includes 2 subjects with a total of 30 students. Sampling was carried out by General Sampling where the number of samples was equal to the number of populations, so that the sample in this test changed to 15 students of class X MIA 1 as an experimental model, who were taught to use Canva. Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical.
