Abstract: This study explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the development of the heritage tourism destination Taman Sari Yogyakarta. As a cultural site with rich historical and architectural values, Taman Sari… ri has great potential to become a leading historical tourism destination through the application of modern digital technologies. This research is highly relevant in the context of the Society 5.0 era, where digital transformation and multi-stakeholder collaboration through the pentahelix model (government, academia, business sector, community, and media) are key approaches in sustainable tourism governance. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify the potential of AI application in enhancing the attractiveness of Taman Sari as a heritage tourism site, (2) to analyze the role of local communities in the digital transformation of the destination, and (3) to formulate a structured collaborative strategy for the development of AI based heritage destinations. The research employs a qualitative method using data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants included representatives from government, local communities, academia, tourism businesses, and tourists. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data and identify patterns and meanings related to stakeholder participation and partnership. The findings indicate that AI can serve as a tool for cultural preservation and enhancement of tourist experiences, through features such as historical chatbots and augmented reality. However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among local communities, and weak inter-stakeholder collaboration. The study also finds that local communities have the potential to act as agents of digital literacy if actively involved in training programs and AI-based tourism management. The research concludes that developing heritage tourism destinations like Taman Sari requires strong synergy among stakeholders through the formation of inclusive digital collaboration forums. AI technology can be a valuable medium for cultural preservation when implemented in a contextual, participatory, and sustainable manner.

Shopee, as a popular e-commerce platform in West Java, faces challenges… ges in increasing user purchase intention, particularly with an approach based on review communication and brand image. The objective of this research is to examine how eWOM credibility, quantity, and quality impact purchase intention, with brand image as the mediating variable and situational context as the moderating variable in the study of the Shopee application in West Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method. Data were collected from 500 respondents who are users of the Shopee application in West Java. The research results show that eWOM quantity has the greatest influence on purchase intention, followed by brand image, which has been shown to be a significant mediator. On the other hand, eWOM credibility and quality do not have a direct impact on purchase intention. Furthermore, situational context as a moderating variable does not have a significant impact on the relationship between eWOM quantity and brand image. This study helps e-commerce businesses create better data-driven marketing strategies. To build trust and encourage customer purchasing decisions, it is important to increase the number of reviews, enhance brand reputation, and improve the quality and credibility of the reviews.

M. Al Hafis, Qanita Adetya, Ayu Fitri Yani, Muhammad Azhar Riza, Zulfan Efendi
Abstract: Sales forecasting is a crucial component of operational strategy and inventory management in the culinary industry, particularly for businesses dealing with raw materials that have short shelf lives. The Sate Padang Hapis… s business faces the challenge of unpredictable monthly fluctuations in consumer demand, which often lead to supply imbalances, overproduction, or lost profit opportunities due to stockouts. This study aims to implement and analyze the accuracy of the Single Moving Average (SMA) quantitative forecasting method in predicting Sate Padang Hapis sales volumes for June 2026. Model performance was evaluated by assessing mathematical accuracy across two time-interval variations: 3-month and 5-month moving averages. Projection error rates were rigorously measured using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) parameters. The analysis reveals that the Single Moving Average model with a 5-month interval yields projections closest to actual data, achieving the lowest error rates (MAD: 28.00; MSE: 1,304.00; MAPE: 2.28%). Implementing this forecasting model provides management with an objective basis for decision-making, enabling the effective and efficient optimization of raw material logistics and supply management.
