There are many choices of schools with a variety of different offerings provided. That way, many parents of students are confused by the many choices of types of schools for their children. This study aims to provide recommendations for the best elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district based on the criteria desired by prospective students by applying the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method to a system The SAW method helps in solving simple unstructured problems so that by applying the SAW method a more effective decision-making process can be carried out. The data used as alternative data are elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district. The criteria used in decision making include accreditation, facilities, extracurricular activities, number of classrooms, number of students, and distance between schools.

Abstrak: Salah satu aspek pendidikan utama seperti pendidikan sekolah dasar yang tahap awal bagi anak untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Sekolah Dasar jenjang pendidikan pertama memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan sikap, keterampilan, serta minat dan bakat siswa. Setiap tahun ajaran baru, siswa dan orang tua akan memilih sekolah terbaik sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Ada banyak pilihan sekolah dengan beragam penawaran berbeda yang disediakan. Dengan begitu, banyak orang tua siswa yang bingung dengan banyaknya pilihan jenis sekolah untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah.

Optimal results are obtained when Mr is higher than the Cr values. Abstrak: Distribusi menjadi hal penting berwirausaha, salah satunya pada bidang pertanian untuk pendistribusian benih sampai lokasi tujuan. Permasalahan sering ditemui dalam proses pendistribusian adalah efektifan, efisiensi waktu dan jarak tempuh. Sehingga penelitian akan membangun perangkat lunak dengan memasukan data titik lokasi awal dan beberapa lokasi tujuan agen konsumen ditambahkan secara dinamis. Parameter jarak menggunakan latitude-longitude terintegrasi pada google maps yang mendeteksi keberadaan lokasi, selanjutnya diketahui generasi kromosom atau jalur distribusi terbaik dengan rute minimum. Pendekatan Heuristic menggunakan Algoritma Genetika meniru konsep evolusi biologis deretan struktur pertukaran informasi secara acak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat mendistribusikan jenis benih dengan pilihan bobot yang telah terbagi dalam wilayah lokasi. Satu wilayah lokasi terdapat beberapa lokasi toko ditambahkan secara dinamis, dengan proses yang sudah ditentukan titik awal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada proses penentuan rute lokasi saja. Hasil pengujian jumlah populasi rata-rata nilai fitness cenderung bersifat tetap dari nilai sebelumnya selisih 1-10 nilai fitness dan iterasi optimum dengan 9-12 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness 44,2. Hasil optimum didapatkan ketika Mutation rate (Mr) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai Crossover rate (Cr). Maka, Algoritma Genetika bisa digunakan untuk TSP jalur distribusi benih pengujian menghasilkan evaluasi fitnes 1:2 untuk Algoritma Genetika dibandingkan dengan estimasi jarak biasa digunakan.

Proses pengangkutan juga menjadi mahal jika ternak tidak laku dipasar ternak. Aplikasi Marketpalce hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website mengatasi semua permasalahan penjualan konvensional. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Pada Aplikasi juga di sediakan berbagai jenis qurban dan aqikah, baik pembelian hewan qurban dan aqikah seperti biasa ataupun pilihan paket qurban dan aqikah yang sudha dimasak oleh penjual. In choosing the development of learning models requires a decision support system method in choosing the best using the AHP method. This method can analyze a number of criteria and alternatives in choosing the best learning model development which is determined through the calculation process. This model is easier and more effective to produce the best. The AHP method is able to produce the selection of learning model development with several selection criteria and influential alternative choices. The result of the highest ranking is a priority on criteria and alternatives in achieving the goal of choosing a learning model at STMIK Royal Kisaran.

STMIK Royal merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi komputer di Kisaran yang ingin mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswanya. Dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran memerlukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih yang terbaik menggunakan metode AHP. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. Metode AHP mampu menghasilkan pemilihan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan beberapa kriteria seleksi dan alternatif pilihan yang berpengaruh. Hasil perangkingan tertinggi merupakan prioritas pada kriteria dan alternatif dalam pencapaian tujuan memilih model pembelajaran di STMIK Royal Kisaran.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in July the first 2019, retail red chili prices are set at Rp 62,099 per kilogram. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.

Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembudidayaan bibit cabai menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making dalam menetukan bibit cabai unggul. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi kepada para petani cabai mengenai alternatif pemilihan bibit cabai unggul.

5 Constitution. The threshold requiring a party or coalition to hold 20% of DPR seats or 25% of the popular vote has been controversial for limiting voter choice and reinforcing oligarchic dominance. Using a normative legal research method, the study applies doctrinal interpretation through grammatical, systematic, historical, and teleological approaches to evaluate whether the threshold is consistent with constitutional democracy. The analysis identifies a disconnect between the legislative rule and the constitutional concept of sovereignty residing with the people, informed by theories of democracy, sovereignty, and progressive legal thought. While procedurally legitimate, the threshold lacks substantive constitutional validity because of its exclusionary impact on political participation. The study proposes four reform options: repeal, proportional adjustment, judicial reinterpretation, and constitutional amendment. These reforms would realign electoral rules with democratic principles and restore voters’ political agency. A doctrinal reinterpretation model is offered, framing the threshold as a regulatory instrument rather than a rigid barrier, advocating a legal structure that promotes inclusivity and reflects the people’s general will.

The data is gathered by observation, questionnaires with five possible answers on a Likert scale score choice form that are distributed to twelve teachers, and documentation as a supplementary method. The data is analyzed using a straightforward linear regression test that includes Spearman rank correlation and the determination coefficient test, t test, or partial test, and F test, or simultaneous test. According to the study's findings, (H_0) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, indicating a strong and positive relationship between the aspects of teacher discipline and the quality of teaching and learning process. This is supported by the Spearman rank correlation coefficient value of 0.6137. Based on the R Square value of 0.517 obtained from the simple linear regression test, there is a 51.7% impact of the teacher discipline aspects on the quality of teaching and learning process. The results of the t test shows that the variable aspects of teacher discipline have a significant impact on the quality of the teaching and learning process (t value (3.269) > t table (1.812) with a significance of 0.008 <0.05), and the results of the F test shows that the F value is 10.683 with a significance of 0.008 <0.05.

The population of this study was all students of class X MIA semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan which includes 2 subjects with a total of 30 students. Sampling was carried out by General Sampling where the number of samples was equal to the number of populations, so that the sample in this test changed to 15 students of class X MIA 1 as an experimental model, who were taught to use Canva. Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical. After getting knowledge about ending, the post-test changed to finished for both lessons and the average trial cost changed to 80.79 with an average difference of 8.68 while for the elegance of manipulation the publication test cost became 72.67 with a current deviation of 8.15.
