The results of the study found that when the user places the KTP on RC522, the condition of relay 1 will become NC to turn on the motorcycle's ignition system, then relay 2 will turn on the motorcycle's starter for 5 seconds, then it will turn off automatically. for relays, arduino provides pure 5VDC voltage. The conclusion from this study , RFID cards and KTP is have different serials, and different numbers, RFID cards have a serial combination of 9 numbers and letters, while KTP has a serial combination of 27 numbers and letters.

Abstrak : Sepeda motor menjadi pilihan utama dan terjangkau untuk mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia, kendaraan roda dua dipilih sebagai transportasi yang umum digunakan. Indonesia memiliki banyak pengguna sepeda motor, tahun 2019 sebanyak 112. 771. 136 unit. Tahun 2020 sebanyak 115. 023. 039 unit, dan tahun 2021 sebanyak 120 .042 .298 unit. Banyak nya sepeda motor, meningkatkan pencurian sepeda motor (curanmor), dan kecelakaan yang diakibatkan penggunaan dibawah umur. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk meminimalisir curanmor, dan pemakaian sepeda motor oleh anak dibawah umur, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mendapati ketika user meletakan KTP pada RC522, maka kondisi relay 1 akan menjadi NC untuk menyalakan sistem pengapian sepeda motor, kemudian relay 2 akan menyalakan stater sepeda motor selama 5 detik, kemudian akan mati secara otomatis. untuk relay, arduino memberikan tegangan 5VDC murni. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini,kartu RFID dan KTP memiliki serial yang berbeda, dan jumlah yang berbeda, kartu RFID memiliki serial kombinasi 9 angka dan huruf, sementara untuk KTP memiliki serial kombinasi 27 angka dan huruf.

nerally carried out in the family sphere and is driven by women. Home industries need to receive support from the provincial government to survive and increase the scale of production. To make support for home industries more targeted, this research summarizes several criteria related to the conditions of home industries and the businesses they run. In Bangka Belitung Province there are several types of businesses that are run on a home industry scale. Based on the condition of the home industry which has multiple criteria and multiple alternatives, this research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method and Expert Choice software as data processing aids. The results of data processing show that industrial business is the highest alternative with a weight of 24.7% and the highest criterion is strategy at 23.7%. These results indicate that the largest portion of home industry business actors is engaged in the industrial sector and to encourage the progress of the home industry the most important factor is strategy, namely understanding the type of business they are involved in, labor-intensive industries, paying attention to production factors, electricity capacity, and business operations. While the next stage is to design a user interface for a web-based system as a means of collecting home industry data.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Bangka Belitung secara khusus melihat kriteria apa saja yang dapat mendukung dan menghambat perkembangan industri rumah tangga. Industri rumah tangga merupakan industri kecil yang umumnya dilakukan dalam lingkup keluarga dan digerakkan oleh perempuan. Industri rumah tangga perlu mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah provinsi agar bisa bertahan dan meningkatkan skala produksinya. Agar dukungan industri rumah tangga lebih tepat sasaran, penelitian ini merangkum beberapa kriteria terkait kondisi industri rumah tangga dan usaha yang dijalankannya. Di Provinsi Bangka Belitung terdapat beberapa jenis usaha yang dijalankan dalam skala industri rumah tangga. Berdasarkan kondisi industri rumah tangga yang memiliki banyak kriteria dan banyak alternatif, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan software Expert Choice sebagai alat bantu pengolahan data. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa bisnis industri merupakan alternatif tertinggi dengan bobot 24,7% dan kriteria tertinggi adalah strategi 23,7%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa porsi terbesar pelaku usaha industri rumah tangga bergerak di sektor industri dan untuk mendorong kemajuan industri rumah tangga faktor yang paling penting adalah strategi yaitu memahami jenis usaha yang digeluti, industri padat karya, pembayaran, memperhatikan faktor produksi, kapasitas listrik, dan operasional usaha. Sedangkan tahap selanjutnya adalah merancang antarmuka untuk sistem berbasis web sebagai sarana pendataan industri rumahan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah.

Abstrak: Distribusi menjadi hal penting berwirausaha, salah satunya pada bidang pertanian untuk pendistribusian benih sampai lokasi tujuan. Permasalahan sering ditemui dalam proses pendistribusian adalah efektifan, efisiensi waktu dan jarak tempuh. Sehingga penelitian akan membangun perangkat lunak dengan memasukan data titik lokasi awal dan beberapa lokasi tujuan agen konsumen ditambahkan secara dinamis. Parameter jarak menggunakan latitude-longitude terintegrasi pada google maps yang mendeteksi keberadaan lokasi, selanjutnya diketahui generasi kromosom atau jalur distribusi terbaik dengan rute minimum. Pendekatan Heuristic menggunakan Algoritma Genetika meniru konsep evolusi biologis deretan struktur pertukaran informasi secara acak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat mendistribusikan jenis benih dengan pilihan bobot yang telah terbagi dalam wilayah lokasi. Satu wilayah lokasi terdapat beberapa lokasi toko ditambahkan secara dinamis, dengan proses yang sudah ditentukan titik awal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada proses penentuan rute lokasi saja. Hasil pengujian jumlah populasi rata-rata nilai fitness cenderung bersifat tetap dari nilai sebelumnya selisih 1-10 nilai fitness dan iterasi optimum dengan 9-12 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness 44,2. Hasil optimum didapatkan ketika Mutation rate (Mr) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai Crossover rate (Cr). Maka, Algoritma Genetika bisa digunakan untuk TSP jalur distribusi benih pengujian menghasilkan evaluasi fitnes 1:2 untuk Algoritma Genetika dibandingkan dengan estimasi jarak biasa digunakan.

Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. This price increased by 21.76 percent when compared to the average price of chili in June 2019. In recent months the price of chili has increased very high, this is due to the reduced yields of chili farmers. Increasing the supply of chili is reduced and can not meet market needs. To control the soaring chili prices, the government is making important imports from India. The problem experienced by local farmers is the selection of superior chili seeds. The process of selecting chili seeds carried out so far by farmers is still by manual and traditional methods. Because this adds to the knowledge that is qualified to choose superior chili seeds based on certain criteria and which choices of chili seeds are suitable for cultivation. The process of cultivating chili seeds becomes more complete with maximum results. The technology used is using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method in determining superior chili seeds. From this method, it is expected to provide a solution to the chili farmers about the alternative selection of superior chili seeds.

Abstrak: cabai merupakan tanaman yang banyak kita jumpai di Indonesia, biasanya digunakan sebagai bumbu masakan dan penguat rasa pada makanan. Cabai termasuk anggota genus Capsium. Banyaknya peminat cabai membuat kebutuhan akan cabai semakin tinggi di Indonesia cabai digunakan dalam berbagai bidang seperti obat-obatan, bumbu masakan dan industri makanan. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada bulan juli pecan pertama 2019, harga cabai merah eceran tercatat Rp 62.099 per kilogram. Harga tersebut mengalami kenaikan sebesar 21,76 persen jika dibandingkan rata-rata harga cabai pada juni 2019. Beberapa bulan terakhir ini harga cabai mengalami lonjakan yang sangat tinggi hal tersebut karena berkurangnya hasil panen para petani cabai. Sehingga pasokan cabai berkurang dan tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Dalam rangka mengendalikan harga cabai yang melonjak tinggi pemerintah melakukan impor cabai dari India. Masalah yang dialami oleh para petani lokal yaitu pemilihan bibit cabai unggul. Proses pemilihan bibit cabai yang dilakukan selama ini oleh petani masih dengan cara manual dan tradisional. Hal tersebut mereka lakukan Karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang mumpuni untuk memilih bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dan beberapa pilihan alternatif bibit cabai mana yang cocok untuk dibudidayakan. Sehingga dengan demikian proses pembudidayaan bibit cabai menjadi lebih singkat waktunya dengan hasil yang maksimal. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making dalam menetukan bibit cabai unggul. Dari metode tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi kepada para petani cabai mengenai alternatif pemilihan bibit cabai unggul.

5 Constitution. The threshold requiring a party or coalition to hold 20% of DPR seats or 25% of the popular vote has been controversial for limiting voter choice and reinforcing oligarchic dominance. Using a normative legal research method, the study applies doctrinal interpretation through grammatical, systematic, historical, and teleological approaches to evaluate whether the threshold is consistent with constitutional democracy. The analysis identifies a disconnect between the legislative rule and the constitutional concept of sovereignty residing with the people, informed by theories of democracy, sovereignty, and progressive legal thought. While procedurally legitimate, the threshold lacks substantive constitutional validity because of its exclusionary impact on political participation. The study proposes four reform options: repeal, proportional adjustment, judicial reinterpretation, and constitutional amendment. These reforms would realign electoral rules with democratic principles and restore voters’ political agency. A doctrinal reinterpretation model is offered, framing the threshold as a regulatory instrument rather than a rigid barrier, advocating a legal structure that promotes inclusivity and reflects the people’s general will.
