This is where the need for certainty of law in settling the dispute in question arises, and how the Constitutional Court's decision for certainty of law can be realized in Islamic banking disputes. The research method used is descriptive normative. Research results explain that the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 93/PUU/X/2012 confirms certainty of law by deleting dualism of authority justice, making the Religious Court as an institution the sole authority to finish Islamic banking through track litigation. Thus, it can be concluded that this decision cancels the explanation of Article 55 paragraph (2) of the Sharia Banking Law, eliminates forum selection to the District Court; however, it still allows non-litigation settlement, such as Sharia arbitration. The settlement process of disputes in Islamic banking, as arranged in Article 55 paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of the Sharia Banking Law, has given duties and authorities to courts in the neighborhood religious courts.

ini adalah 30 responden yang merupakan klien yang pernah membeli barang desain pendukung. Teknik pemeriksaan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan strategi kajian informasi penting. Penelitian asosiatif yang fokus penelitiannya adalah hubungan atau pengaruh sebab akibat, khususnya hubungan atau pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, merupakan klasifikasi lain dari jenis penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui nilai r tabel adalah 0,439 dimana nilai Cronbach alpha dari Green Promoting adalah 0,747 dan nilai Cronbach alpha dari Procurement Choice adalah 0,746 yang lebih penting dari 0,06. Nilai t tabel sebesar 2,048, nilai signifikansi (0,000) berada dibawah (kurang dari 0,05), dan nilai t hitung Green Marketing (X) sebesar 5,020. Nilai t-nya berasal dari n-2 (30-2): 28. Jadi hitung, tabelnya adalah 5.020, 2.048. Variabel independen green marketing mempunyai koefisien determinasi sebesar 47,4% terhadap variabel dependen keputusan pembelian. Sisanya sebesar 52,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Dimensi Green Product memberikan pengaruh sebesar -3,6% terhadap keputusan pembelian, dimensi Green Price memberikan pengaruh sebesar 7,5 persen, dimensi Green Place memberikan pengaruh sebesar 15,4%, dan dimensi Green Promotion memberikan pengaruh sebesar 28,1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Showcase Material Waste mempunyai dampak positif dan hubungan tingkat sedang dengan pilihan pembelian pada gaya ekonomis. Dengan memperhatikan dimensi green product, green price, green place, dan green Promotion yang bertujuan untuk proses pengembangan yang baik dan memberikan nilai positif kedepannya, maka perusahaan perlu melakukan perbaikan dan perhatian terhadap produk olahan dari bahan limbah tekstil yang memiliki dampak yang lebih besar terhadap lingkungan dan digunakan sebagai fesyen berkelanjutan.

In this study, the author conducted a comprehensive literature review of relevant literature, including textbooks, research journals, articles, and education policies related to English language teaching in Indonesia. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively to identify curriculum approaches commonly used in the context of English language teaching in Indonesia. The results of this study show that some curriculum approaches commonly used in English teaching in Indonesia include content-based approaches, communicative approaches, task-based approaches, and grammar-based approaches. The selection of this curriculum approach is based on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. In conclusion, in Indonesia, English teaching is influenced by various curriculum approaches, which shape the methods and strategies applied in language classes. The choice of curriculum approach in English language teaching depends on the goals and objectives of the program, as well as the needs and interests of learners. Different approaches can be used in combination to create a comprehensive and effective language learning experience so that language learners can easily master the language in a formal setting.

c focus on Theme–Rheme structure, the study analyses a BBC news report published in November 2023 on the Russian Supreme Court’s decision to designate the so-called “international LGBT movement” as an extremist organization. Using a qualitative textual approach, the text is segmented into clauses and analyzed to identify patterns of thematic choice and progression. The findings reveal a consistent foregrounding of institutional actors, such as state authorities and legal bodies, in Theme position when reporting legal actions and policy decisions, while members of the LGBT community and civil society figures are predominantly thematized in clauses expressing reactions, personal experiences, and anticipated consequences. This asymmetric thematic distribution constructs a discourse in which state authority is positioned as the primary agent of action, whereas affected social groups are framed as respondents to institutional power. The study demonstrates that ideological meanings in news discourse may be realized implicitly through grammatical organization rather than explicit evaluative language, and it highlights the value of Theme–Rheme analysis for examining power relations in contemporary international news reporting.

dut pandang penulis terhadap kasus antar Institut Pertanian Bogor ( IPB) dan Amerika Serikat perihal kegiatan ekspor 800 ekor kera, yang kemudian menimbulkan sengketa dikarenakan tindakan dokter IPB yang melumpuhkan induk kera dan menyuntik mati anak kera tersebut. Amerika menilai tindakan dokter IPB tersebut sebagai wanprestasi dan perbuatan melawan hukum, sedangkan pihak IPB berargumen bahwa hal itu merupakan keadaan memaksa (overmacht ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif dengan pendekatan perbandingan hukum ( comperative law), menelaah pengaturan overmacht dalam hukum Indonesia, Amerika Serikat, dan Swiss, serta mengaitkannya dengan asas-asas Hukum Perdata INternasional ( Lex Loci Contractus, Lex Loci Solutionis, Lex Loci Delicti Commissi, dan Lex Cause). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa overmacht diakui dalam hukum Indonesia dan Swiss, sehingga tindakan dokter IPB tersebut dapat dibenarkan. sedangkan dalam hukum Amerika Serikat , force majeure lebih sempit dan bergantung pada klausul kontrak, sehingga tindakan dokter tersebut tidak langsung bisa dianggap benar. Perbedaan ini menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum dalam kontrak internasional.
