sed demand for basic necessities. These conditions required a rapid, targeted, and well-coordinated humanitarian response. This community service program aimed to provide clothing and food assistance to flood victims while developing a cross-border university collaboration model for disaster response. The program was implemented through a partnership involving Universitas Gunung Leuser (UGL), Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), and Insan Cakna. The implementation stages included needs assessment, institutional coordination, aid procurement, aid distribution, and program evaluation. UGL was responsible for needs assessment, local coordination, and aid distribution, while UPTM served as the primary donor providing financial assistance, clothing, and food supplies. Insan Cakna acted as the liaison and coordination facilitator between both institutions. The results demonstrated that the collaboration model improved the effectiveness and accuracy of aid distribution while strengthening institutional synergy in disaster response efforts. Beyond providing direct benefits to affected communities, the program generated a cross-border university collaboration model that can be replicated in future humanitarian and disaster management initiatives. The findings highlight that the success of humanitarian programs depends not only on the availability of aid but also on effective coordination, clear division of responsibilities, and sustainable institutional partnerships.

alues in human relations management through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used in this study to analyze and synthesize various previous studies related to human relations management. The SLR process involves identifying, screening, and evaluating studies from a variety of sources, including international indexed journals, to gain an in-depth understanding of key trends and issues in the implementation of humanitarian relations management. Of the 150 articles found, 52 articles met the inclusion criteria for further analysis. By analyzing the literature from various academic databases, this study identifies key concepts in philosophy, such as humanism, deontological ethics, utilitarianism, and existentialism, that are relevant to support the management of interpersonal relationships in organizations. The results of the study show that the application of philosophical values can improve the quality of relationships between individuals through more ethical decision-making, value-oriented leadership, and strengthening mutual respect in work interactions. In addition, this study reveals a significant gap in the literature related to the practical implementation of philosophy in the context of modern management, especially in certain sectors. These findings make a theoretical contribution in expanding the understanding of the role of philosophy in human relations management as well as offering recommendations for further research and practical applications in organizational environments.

ety. The primary focus is analyzing the systemic design of education to promote contextual and inclusive religious values. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach, the study investigates how curriculum, pedagogy, and teacher roles can shape religious narratives supporting peace and humanity. The research reveals that rigid and doctrinal religious education potentially triggers radicalization, while dialogical and contextual approaches can effectively counter the spread of extremist ideologies. Key findings underscore the need for transforming religious education by emphasizing deep understanding of tolerance, conflict resolution, and diversity. The primary contribution of the research is a model of educational approach integrating progressive religious interpretations with universal humanitarian values. The study's implications include educational policy recommendations that can strengthen social capital and prevent radicalization among Indonesian youth.

Currently, the Asahan district red cross has a blood donation stock of ± 100/360 cc per bag. The purpose of designing a blood group type reader is to increase the certainty of blood types that are tested by experts or medical workers from PMI Asahan, according to the testing of the tool design. This study used a qualitative type of method, namely data taken in the form of data on the condition of the blood when rhesus fluid was given, so that the data will be calibrated with the test results so that the right test results can be decided. The results of testing the device design with blood and fluids, found that blood group A+ got an LDR value of 19.5 and 4 with a bina-ry condition of 101, while for blood group B+ got an LDR value of 19, 4 and 4 with a bi-nary condition of 011, blood group AB+ got a value LDR 19, 3 and 4 with binary condi-tion 111, blood type O+ found LDR values 19, 2 and 4 with binary condition 001. Mean-while for basic conditions, or not detecting blood type, LDR conditions 20, <=4, <=4 and binary value is 000. After testing, all results of testing the design of the tool are in full ac-cordance with the results of the conclusions of the PMI Asahan medical personnel about the type of blood group

change occurred in The Black Civil Rights Movement from 1955 to 1968 in the United States. Based on the interest in studying Malcolm X's speech further, the thesis writer decided to analyze Malcolm X's speech at the Oxford Union Debate using Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis framework with a qualitative method that will focus on linguistic issues as part of social and humanitarian issues. The results of this study showed deconstruction result of Malcolm X's speech text by analyzing various linguistic features from the dimensions of text practice (including positive and negative lexical items, key terms of ideology and belief, modality, and rhetorical devices), discursive practice (including intertextuality and shared knowledge), and sociocultural (including formality and personal pronouns), then continued with a discussion of the relationship between discourse, power, and ideology and the role of Malcolm X's speech in the historical context at that time. It can be concluded that Malcolm X's speech highlights his advocacy for revolutionary justice and self-defense for oppressed black people. He also challenged the power structures of his time, opposing segregation and exposing the hypocrisy of the American and Western governments with white supremacy and colonialism behind the mask of democracy.

urse Analysis (CDA), the research identifies key linguistic features, including lexical choices, sentence structure, modality, rhetorical devices, and pronoun usage, that contribute to the ideological framing of news articles. The findings indicate that CNN US employs neutral and euphemistic language, passive constructions, and hedging devices to maintain journalistic objectivity, whereas CNN Indonesia utilizes emotionally charged language, active voice, and definitive claims to frame the conflict with a strong pro-Palestinian stance. These textual differences underscore the influence of language in constructing public perceptions of humanitarian crises.
Abstract:This study aims to find out why women are the dominant victims of domestic violence. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with a literature study. The result of this study is that the relationship between…
men and women is still unequal, which still considers men to be more than women in all respects so that the wife/woman is only in charge of household matters. The wife's economic dependence on her husband is also one of the triggers for the violence. So that the husband commits violence with the intention that the wife no longer refuses the husband's will, as well as to show masculinity. This oppression is also caused by a subordinate view that is supported by socio-political dynamics rooted in a hierarchical, submissive level and legitimizes violence as a control mechanism. The conclusion of this study is that domestic violence is part of gender-based violence because violence was born as a result of an imbalance in the pattern of power relations between men and women which was then justified by both state law and religious beliefs as a result of interpretation gender-biased religious texts. Building a pattern of relations that is egalitarian and fair and away from the practice of violence in the context of family life is part of both humanitarian and religious duties.
