Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on organizational commitment among library staff of public senior high schools (SMA Negeri) in Jambi Province, both…
h directly and indirectly. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique across three regions Jambi City, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, and Merangin Regencywith a total of 132 respondents, 97 of whom were included in the analytical sample. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 through structural model testing (inner model) to examine causal relationships among variables. The results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work motivation, whereas organizational culture shows a strong and significant direct effect on the work motivation of library staff. Additionally, leadership style and organizational culture jointly have a significant impact on work motivation. Regarding organizational commitment, the findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant direct effect. Further results show that both leadership style and organizational culture exert significant indirect effects on organizational commitment through work motivation, suggesting that work motivation functions as a mediating variable in these relationships.
Overall, this study concludes that organizational culture is the most dominant factor influencing both work motivation and organizational commitment, while work motivation strengthens the relationship between leadership and cultural factors and the commitment of library staff. Therefore, efforts to enhance organizational commitment among library personnel in public senior high schools in Jambi Province should focus on cultivating a positive organizational culture, improving effective leadership practices, and providing continuous motivational support.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the attitudes and decisions of lower-class communities in adopting Islamic bank mobile banking services, with a specific focus on the BSI Mobile application. The research…
h applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989), emphasizing two key constructs—perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness—as determinants of users’ attitudes and decisions. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 lower-class customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sibuhuan. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness significantly affects both attitude and decision to use, while perceived ease of use influences attitude indirectly. The R² value for attitude (0.743) and decision (0.654) shows that the model has strong explanatory power. These findings reveal that lower-income customers are more motivated by perceived benefits, such as convenience, time efficiency, and transaction security, rather than interface simplicity. From a practical perspective, the study suggests that Islamic banks should strengthen digital literacy, user assistance, and customer trust to enhance mobile banking adoption among lower-class communities.

d strengthen a sense of togetherness by giving gifts to the community. The implementation method of this community service is direct dialogue to provide insight into village planning. The results of the community service show that there has been an increase in solidarity between the implementation team and the village community. This solidarity is reflected in the participatory interaction between the TeamTeam and the residents. This activity not only provides indirect insights to the village community but also fosters awareness and a spirit of cooperation among the community to take an active role in the development of their region.
Abstract:This study aimed to identify risk factors associated with hypertension in Bonto Tallasa Village, Uluere Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency, in 2025. The research examined three factors: family history, excessive sodium intake,…
, and stress. A quantitative case–control design was applied to 60 respondents (30 cases and 30 controls) selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that individuals with a family history of hypertension were about 26 times more likely to develop hypertension than those without such a history, indicating a strong and significant association. Excessive sodium intake increased the risk approximately 3.5 times and was statistically significant. Stress was associated with nearly double the risk, but this association was not statistically significant, possibly due to individual differences in coping mechanisms and measurement limitations of subjective stress levels. This suggests that stress may influence hypertension indirectly through behavioral or physiological pathways. In conclusion, family history and excessive sodium intake are significant predictors of hypertension, while stress contributes to an elevated yet statistically nonsignificant risk. Preventive strategies should emphasize sodium reduction, regular blood pressure monitoring, and effective stress management in daily life.
Abstract:The rapid diffusion of Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) services has reshaped consumption in emerging economies. This article examines how materialistic value orientations stimulate impulsive buying through BNPL usage among Indonesian…
donesian PayLater users. A cross-sectional survey of 670 respondents was analysed with partial least-squares structural-equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Materialism had a strong positive effect on BNPL adoption (β = 0.762) and a moderate direct effect on impulsive buying (β = 0.350). BNPL, in turn, exerted a substantial impact on impulsive buying (β = 0.480) and partially mediated the materialism–impulsivity link (indirect β = 0.366). The model explained 65% of BNPL variance and 72% of impulsive buying variance, while exhibiting acceptable fit indices (SRMR = 0.035; NFI = 0.885). Findings highlight BNPL’s dual role as a financial innovation and a behavioural catalyst, raising implications for platform design, consumer literacy programmes, and regulatory oversight.

aturated sampling technique. Data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study are: (1) There is an indirect effect of motivation on teacher performance through satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value of the effect of motivation on satisfaction of 2.772 (2.772 > 1.96) and the t-count of the effect of satisfaction on performance of 6.583 (6.583 > 1.96); (2) There is an indirect effect of teacher discipline on teacher performance through satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value of the influence of teacher discipline on satisfaction of 4.902 (4.902 > 1.96) and the t-count of the effect of satisfaction on performance of 6.583 (6.583 > 1.96); (3) There is an indirect effect of supervision on teacher performance through satisfaction. This is indicated by the t-value of the effect of motivation on satisfaction of 11.314 (11.314 > 1.96) and the t-count of the effect of satisfaction on performance of 6.583 (6.583 > 1.96).
Abstract:In order to show how a micromanaged leadership style impacts job satisfaction among generation Z employees, this study used self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The study's sample and demographic were Riau Province's Generation…
eneration Z workers, who were born between 1997 and 2012. The sample size consisted of 203 respondents using a non-probability sampling approach and a questionnaire survey for data collection. The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.

ironment, which is full of academic and social demands, requires good self-adjustment for students to cope with pressures and achieve academic performance. This study aims to identify the influence of self-efficacy on academic adjustment through a systematic literature review by analyzing journal articles from the last five years obtained from electronic databases such as Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link, and Google Scholar. From this search, six journals relevant to the research theme were identified. The review results indicate that five journals show a direct relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, while one journal shows an indirect involvement. In conclusion, self-efficacy significantly helps new students adjust to the academic and social challenges at the university, which in turn enhances academic performance and reduces stress. This study highlights the importance of studying new students and using a systematic literature review to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, which has not been widely discussed in previous research.
