rograms which are the right and effective solution to overcome this problem. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

Innovation is a shift from traditional management principles, processes and practices or a shift from old organizational forms to modern management. Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.

The specialty of this law is that it provides more comprehensive regulation of sexual violence crimes, which are currently increasingly diverse. One of the interesting things regulated in the law is related to rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence. This article will discuss rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of sexual violence which aim to recover perpetrators from their deviant acts, namely sexual violence. This research uses normative research methods with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of this research indicate that providing rehabilitation measures according to the Criminal Code is a type of action that can be imposed simultaneously with criminal sanctions or separately by referring to the judge's considerations. Meanwhile, the provision and mechanism of rehabilitation measures for perpetrators of sexual violence as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence still requires further regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health to be implemented optimally

Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan sub sektor hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah perusahaan dalam penelitian yaitu 28 dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun dari 2018 sampai 2021, atau sebanyak 112 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 18 perusahaan sub sektor hotel, restoran dan pariwisata dalam kurun waktu 4 tahun mengalami kondisi financial distress secara terus-menerus. Jika dibiarkan maka perusahaan bisa saja mengalami kebangkrutan.

The Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) program requires a quality assurance system capable of supporting the development of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the quality assurance system in SMKs within the MPLB program, examine efforts to strengthen twenty-first-century skills, and identify challenges encountered in its implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed in four public vocational high schools in the Special Region of Yogyakarta through interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that the quality assurance system is implemented through the evaluation of educational report cards, program monitoring, curriculum alignment with business and industrial partners (DUDIKA), and the strengthening of a school quality culture. The development of twenty-first-century skills is promoted through active and industry-based learning approaches, including Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Teaching Factory, and student-centered learning. However, implementation continues to face challenges, including suboptimal coordination, limited teacher competencies, inadequate technological facilities, and insufficient industrial and financial support. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the quality assurance system with the development of twenty-first-century skills specifically within the MPLB program, positioning educational quality not merely toward compliance with standards but also toward the formation of adaptive and work-ready graduates.

The results of the study show that this approach can enhance motivation, creativity, and critical thinking skills in students through interactive learning methods such as discussions, debates, and practical work. Furthermore, the humanistic approach also has a positive impact on students' mental well-being by creating an emotionally safe classroom atmosphere, reducing stress, and anxiety. Students feel more valued and supported in their personal development. However, challenges arise when educators fail to provide clear explanations or adequate guidance before assigning tasks or homework, which can increase pressure on students. dies subject. This research is based on the importance of preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century, which require critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 35 students from class VIII-3 as participants. There are two cycles in this study, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. In the first cycle, although PBL was implemented, only 43% of students scored above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) of 80, with an average score of 71. Additionally, their activeness in asking questions, answering, expressing opinions, and solving problems was still low. Reflection indicated that students needed time to adapt to PBL and required more motivation from the teacher. In the second cycle, after improvements were made, there was a significant increase. As many as 89% of students scored above the KKM of 80, with an average score of 88. Student activeness also increased with more active participation in class activities. This shows that students better understood and adapted to the PBL model and received better encouragement from the teacher. In conclusion, the implementation of the PBL model is effective in improving students achievement and active participation in the Social Studies subject at SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta. This is evidenced by the significant increase in students average scores and their active participation in learning. The PBL model is capable of stimulating students critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills, as well as enhancing their engagement in learning, creating a more conducive and efficient environment for achieving educational goals.
