he farming programs that revives the people in the area. In Ulapato B Village, this corn commodity is very popular. However, corn production also produces waste, which if not managed properly can cause environmental problems. Stalks, seed coats, and cobs are some of the components of corn waste. Most people consider this waste as production residue that has no economic value. As a result, corn waste is often ignored or simply thrown away, which can harm the environment. Therefore, skills are needed to process corn waste into useful products. So the method used in this service activity is to carry out training in processing corn waste into handicraft products, briquettes and biochar. From this training activity, the community showed a positive response, where the training participants were enthusiastic about processing corn waste and increasing their knowledge about the use of corn waste so that corn waste would not become environmental waste.

Abstrak: Desa Ulapato B yang terletak di Kecamatan Telaga Biru, Kabupaten Gorontalo adalah salah satu sektor unggulan pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Pertanian adalah sumber penghidupan masyarakat di daerah ini. Jagung adalah salah satu program usahatani yang menghidupkan masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Di Desa Ulapato B, komoditas jagung ini sangat populer. Namun, produksi jagung juga menghasilkan limbah, yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat menyebabkan masalah lingkungan. Tangkai, kulit biji, dan bonggol adalah beberapa komponen limbah jagung. Sebagian besar orang menganggap limbah ini sebagai sisa produksi yang tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi. Akibatnya, limbah jagung sering diabaikan atau dibuang begitu saja, yang dapat membahayakan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah jagung ini menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Sehingga metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dengan melaksanakan pelatihan dalam pengolahan limbah jagung menjadi produk kerajinan tangan, briket, dan biochar. Dari kegiatan pelatihan ini masyarakat menunjukkan respon yang positif, dimana peserta pelatihan antusias dalam mengolah limbah jagung dan menambah pengetahuan mereka tentang pemanfaatan limbah jagung sehingga limbah jagung tidak akan menjadi sampah lingkungan.

Based on these conditions and the spirit of togetherness, through this community service activity the author wants to make a positive contribution to a group of UMKMs so they can bounce back after Covid-19. One of the efforts the author wants to achieve in this activity is the creation of integrated marketing communications for UMKMs. By collaborating with the Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) from the Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI), the author targeted 20 UMKMs spread across the Jakarta, Bogor and Karawang areas. The results of this activity show that after attending the training, UMKMs' understanding of the concept of effective marketing communication has increased so that they can be more optimal in developing their business in the future. Apart from that, through this activity a number of capital assistance was also provided for UMKMs.

Abstrak: Pandemi covid 19 yang sempat menghunjam Indonesia masih meninggalkan dampak di masyarakat. Salah satu sektor yang terkena imbas dari pandemi covid 19 adalah sektor ekonomi khususnya pada level Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan berangkat dari kondisi tersebut dan adanya semangat kebersamaan maka melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini penulis ingin memberikan kontribusi positif pada sekelompok UMKM untuk bisa bangkit kembali pasca covid-19. Salah satu upaya yang ingin dicapai penulis dalam kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya komunikasi pemasaran terpadu bagi UMKM. Dengan menggandeng Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) dari Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI), penulis menyasar 20 UMKM yang tersebar di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor dan Karawang. Hasil kegiatan ini memperlihatkan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terlihat adanya peningkatkan pemahaman dari UMKM mengenai konsep komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif sehingga mereka dapat lebih optimal dalam mengembangkan usahanya di masa mendatang. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan ini juga diberikan sejumlah bantuan modal bagi UMKM.

The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Likewise, with the role of administrative digitization in warehouse reception management, managers create barcodes on each product to make it easier to record incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.

Digitalisasi telah menjadi elemen penting dalam era modern ini, terutama bagi perusahaan yang ingin tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di berbagai sektor industri. Namun, banyak perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan besar karena ketergantungan pada metode manual dalam mengelola berbagai aspek operasional, termasuk administrasi gudang. Masalah-masalah seperti keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan ketidakakuratan data sering kali muncul akibat dari penggunaan metode tradisional tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada observasi dan wawancara. Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. It is one way for hotel staff to provide optimal service and assist in driving business success in the hospitality sector. Many studies show that operating hotel room reservation applications can increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the hotel business. However, proper and systematic training is necessary to maintain competitiveness. The stages of this activity include observation, interviews, sharing knowledge, training in application use, and evaluation. The simulation results show that participants can use the reservation application in a structured and systematic manner with a significant level of user acceptance of applications.

One of the causes of declining sales during the post-COVID-19 pandemic is the need for promotional media to expand the market. Just expecting regular customers significantly influences declining sales because the economic turnover of the people in Asahan Regency is limited due to the impact of COVID-19. Apart from that, digital business competition is also a challenge for the Kisaran souvenir chips business.
Using observation methods and providing direct training to partner locations, implementing a website and e-catalog is essential for the Selasih Chips business in facing business challenges after the COVID-19 pandemic. Technology can help companies to improve operational efficiency, increase customer trust, and expand their markets in this digital era. Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Dalam era digital ini, teknologi dapat membantu bisnis meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan, dan memperluas pasar mereka. The stages/methods of carrying out activities include starting with pre-assignment, assignment to post-assignment. Based on the results of the implementation of activities aimed at increasing students' literacy and numeracy that have been carried out for approximately 5 months, this third campus teaching program received a positive response from the principal, school committee, teacher council, students and guardians of SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. This is evidenced from the initial acceptance of the campus teaching team which was greeted with pleasure by school stakeholders and the enthusiasm of students in participating in each lesson. Class teachers are also greatly helped by having campus students teach in managing classes and assisting in the use of learning technology. Not only in the learning sector, schools are also greatly helped by the existence of campus students teaching in organizing and managing school administration in the form of reactivating previously abandoned school libraries, compiling correspondence archives and implementing routine gymnastics programs every morning which has not been done before. The results obtained in the technology adaptation of the students also introduced teachers and students directly to the use of information technology and learning resources that are useful in the development and improvement of student literacy and numeracy, for example the use of YouTube and other learning resources.

Abstrak: Kegiatan kampus mengajar salah satunya adalah untuk menyiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa indonesia menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi / zaman yang pesat, serta guna untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menjadi lebih baik (Khotimah et al., 2021). Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada mitra dititikberatkan pada kurangnya adaptasi teknologi dalam manajemen maupun proses pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa yang telah dilakukan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan, program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 ini mendapatkan respon positif baik dari kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dewan guru, siswa serta wali murid SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dari awal penerimaan tim kampus mengajar yang disambut dengan rasa senang oleh stakeholder sekolah dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti setiap pembelajaran. Tahapan/metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya diawali dengan pra-penugasan, penugasan sampai dengan pasca penugasan. Guru kelas juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam mengelola kelas dan membantu pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Tidak hanya pada sektor pembelajaran, sekolah juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam menata dan mengelola administrasi sekolah berupa pengaktifan kembali perpustakaan sekolah yang terbengkalai sebelumnya, penyusunan arsip surat menyurat dan program pelaksanaan senam rutin setiap pagi yang belum ada dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam adaptasi teknologi para mahasiswa juga memperkenalkan kepada guru maupun siswa secara langsung mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi maupun sumber-sumber pembelajaran yang berguna dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan literasi serta numerasi siswa misalnya penggunaan youtube maupun sumber belajar lainnya.

Abstrak: Teknologi sangat berperan penting dalam berbagai sektor kehidupan termasuk dalam mencari penghasilan. This activity aims to improve the skills of local communities in processing corn into antioxidant tea products. The community service activities were carried out in Bualo Village, Biau District, North Gorontalo for 45 days, starting from September 3 to October 18, 2020. The training was carried out by providing education about the use of corn as a basic ingredient for processing and continued with practical activities for making ready-to-brew antioxidant tea. The result of this training activity was an increase in the knowledge of the local community in Bualo Village about the use of corn as a basic material for processing antioxidant tea products along with attractive packaging.

Abstrak: Gorontalo Utara memiliki potensi yang cukup besar terutama pada sektor pertanian. Salah satu sektor pertanian yang menjadi primadona adalah tanaman jagung Meskipun jagung merupakan komoditi populer di kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, pemanfaatan dan diversifikasi produk olahnnya masih tergolong rendah. Rambut jagung mengandung antioksidan yang salah satunya dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk teh. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat lokal dalam mengolah jagung menjadi produk teh antioksidan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di desa Bualo, Kecamatan Biau, Gorontalo Utara selama 45 hari, mulai dari tanggal 3 September hingga 18 Oktober 2020. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi tentang pemanfaatan jagung sebagai bahan dasar pengolahan dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan praktik pembuatan teh antioksidan siap seduh. Masyarakat Desa Bualo telah memiliki keterampilan tambahan dalam membuat produk teh antioksidan dengan kemasan yang menarik sebagai produk inovasi dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat lokal.

In hydroponic cultivation, water quality stability is a crucial factor that affects plant growth. The main parameters that need to be monitored include water acidity level (pH), water temperature, and dissolved nutrient concentration measured using Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). However, water quality monitoring is still commonly conducted manually, making it less efficient and potentially causing delays in detecting changes in water conditions. This study aims to design an IoT-based water quality monitoring system for hydroponic cultivation using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with pH, temperature, and TDS sensors. The collected data are sent to a server and displayed on a web dashboard in real time, equipped with automatic notification features. The proposed system is expected to improve monitoring efficiency and increase the productivity of hydroponic cultivation

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong transformasi digital dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk pertanian. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak diterapkan adalah Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan perangkat saling terhubung melalui jaringan internet untuk melakukan pemantauan dan pertukaran data secara real-time. Pada budidaya hidroponik, kestabilan kualitas air menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman. Parameter utama yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi tingkat keasaman air (pH), suhu air, serta konsentrasi nutrisi terlarut yang diukur menggunakan Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Namun, pemantauan kualitas air masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan dalam mendeteksi perubahan kondisi air. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemantauan kualitas air hidroponik berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor pH, suhu, dan TDS. Data dikirim ke server dan ditampilkan pada web dashboard secara real-time serta dilengkapi notifikasi otomatis. Sistem ini diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi pemantauan dan produktivitas budidaya hidroponik.
