of product quality, marketing strategy, and external institutional support on export performance. A quantitative research design was adopted, utilizing structured questionnaires distributed to 60 consumers of Plered ceramics. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the influence and significance of each independent variable on export outcomes. Findings indicate that product quality exerts a significant and positive effect on export success, particularly through attributes such as design innovation, material strength, aesthetic value, and compliance with international standards. Conversely, marketing strategy and external support did not demonstrate statistically significant effects, suggesting the need for strategic realignment and more targeted institutional engagement. These results highlight the dominant role of internal capabilities, especially quality control and product development, over external promotional or governmental interventions in driving export readiness and sustainability. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on micro and small enterprises in developing economies by offering empirical evidence on export determinants in cultural and creative industries. Practically, the findings recommend prioritizing product excellence as a core strategy for global market penetration, while simultaneously improving the effectiveness of marketing channels and policy support mechanisms. Future research should explore digital transformation, international consumer preferences, and long-term impacts of policy shifts on export growth in artisanal sectors.

eneration Z, as a demographic cohort increasingly dominating the labor force, exhibits distinctive psychosocial characteristics that necessitate adaptive managerial approaches, particularly concerning psychological well-being in the workplace. The sample comprised 161 respondents employed across various industrial sectors in Indonesia, selected using a sampling technique based on Lemeshow’s formula for populations lacking explicit definition. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to assess causal relationships among constructs and to validate the proposed theoretical model. Empirical findings reveal that both the work environment and quality of work life exert a positive and statistically significant influence on mental health. Furthermore, these two variables also directly contribute to enhanced work productivity. In addition, mental health is demonstrated to be a significant mediator in the relationship between the independent variables and productivity, thereby reinforcing their indirect effects. These results underscore the importance of organizational policy formulation that strategically positions mental health as a core element in human resource management systems. Accordingly, well-being-based workplace interventions not only enhance productivity but also foster a sustainable work ecosystem for the current and future workforce.

Southeast Sulawesi Province, as one of the regions on the island of Sulawesi, has great potential in trade, particularly in the agricultural and industrial sectors. This province has made a significant contribution to the country's foreign exchange reserves through export and import activities. This study aims to analyze the development of trade in Southeast Sulawesi Province, focusing on the export-import performance and the region's main commodities. The method used is descriptive, utilizing secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results show that in 2024, Southeast Sulawesi experienced a trade surplus, where the value of exports exceeded the value of imports. The largest surplus was recorded in January 2024, amounting to 256.38 million US dollars. Three major commodities contribute significantly to the province's trade, namely cloves with a transaction value of IDR 480.74 billion, cocoa at IDR 248.74 billion, and cashew nuts at IDR 230.75 billion. These three commodities not only serve as flagship products for the local economy but also have a positive impact on the national economy. The findings of this study suggest that with proper management, the trade potential of Southeast Sulawesi can continue to grow, contributing even more to Indonesia's overall economy.

This method helps understand the relevance of new research and its relationship with previous research, identifying all previous scientific literature, including books, journal articles and theses, relating to the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. This research aims to determine the potential of the hotel business as a Staycation trend. The research results show that 4-star and 3-star hotels differ in their understanding and application of the terms Daycation and Staycation, which mean a holiday of one day or a maximum of eight hours, however two out of five hotels still use the term Staycation even though the holiday is less than eight hours. During the pandemic, the term Staycation is also used. The findings indicate that it is important to maintain or improve hotel products and the use of digital marketing, especially social media, and continue to innovate to maintain a good image which relate to the prospects of the hotel business as a holiday style.

Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance.

Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of the Inspekta Application in fostering an OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. Utilizing a combined approach of literature review, questionnaire surveys, and statistical analysis, the study collected and analyzed relevant data.The research findings reveal that the implementation of the Inspekta Application has had a positive impact on elevating the OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. Improved employee awareness regarding OHS aspects and more efficient incident reporting stand out as significant outcomes. Statistical analysis also indicates a positive correlation between the utilization of the Inspekta Application and the enhancement of the OHS culture. Based on the research insights, it can be concluded that the Inspekta Application is effective in enhancing the OHS culture at PLN ULP Kisaran. The integration of information technology through such applications holds the potential to mitigate workplace accident risks and foster a safer and healthier working environment.

Abstrak: Peningkatan budaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam lingkungan industri, terutama di sektor energi seperti PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). Inspekta, sebuah aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi, telah muncul sebagai solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap budaya K3 di PT. PLN (Persero). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Aplikasi Inspekta dalam meningkatkan budaya K3 di PLN ULP Kisaran. Dengan pendekatan kombinasi studi literatur, survei kuesioner, dan analisis statistik, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data yang relevan. Hasil penelitian baik dari kajian literature, observasi dan wawancara partisipatif menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Inspekta mendapat tanggapan positif yang signifikan dengan rata-rata indikator tanggapan diatas 50%, sehingga berdampak dalam memperkuat pemahaman budaya K3 di lingkungan kerja PLN. Penerapan Aplikasi Inspekta juga terbukti membantu dalam mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya K3, mendorong pelaporan bahaya, serta memungkinkan tindakan cepat setelah pelaporan melalui integrasi teknologi informasi guna mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan sehat.

The Department of Cooperatives and Trade of Asahan Regency has provided information on SMEs but it is still static in archive form and has not been computerized. The community, business actors, and parties who need information about these SMEs must visit the Cooperatives and Trade Office of Asahan Regency directly, which takes a long time and is less effective. The geographic information system used is web-based and uses the Google Maps API for mapping locations by determining coordinates. The use of WebGIS can make it easier for people to find information and the location of SMEs that are displayed in the form of regional mapping accurately and quickly. In addition, it also makes it easier for the Asahan Regency Cooperative and Trade Office to view information on the spread and growth of SMEs.

Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan telah menyediakan informasi mengenai UKM tetapi masih bersifat statis dalam bentuk arsip dan belum terkomputerisasi. Masyarakat, pelaku usaha, dan pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai UKM tersebut harus mengunjungi Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan secara langsung, dimana hal tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang efektif. Sistem informasi geografis yang digunakan berbasis web dan menggunakan Google Maps API untuk pemetaan lokasi dengan menentukan titik koordinat. Pemanfaatan WebGIS dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan lokasi UKM yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk pemetaan wilayah secara tepat dan cepat. Selain itu juga mempermudah Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan dalam melihat informasi penyebaran dan pertumbuhan UKM.

Low public awareness of animal protein consumption, limited knowledge of processing and value, and suboptimal utilization of local food resources in South Lampung mean that most fisheries and livestock products are still sold fresh. Lecturers in the Agricultural Technology Department, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, conducted outreach and training on the handling and processing of fisheries and livestock products to broaden the horizons of agricultural representatives in South Lampung Regency. The program included outreach and training on the importance of animal protein, selecting high-quality, fresh ingredients, and implementing hygiene principles in the production process. Participants also learned skills in meatball making, packaging, and proper storage. This program is expected to enhance the community's thinking skills, creativity, and skills, increase animal protein consumption, and boost community income by processing local food sources into superior products that are characteristic of South Lampung Regency.

Abstrak: Sektor perikanan dan peternakan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan merupakan salah satu kontributor utama bagi ekonomi lokal. Namun faktanya, melimpahnya sumber daya tersebut tidak menjadikan asupan protein hewani masyarakat sekitarnya tercukupi dengan baik. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi protein hewani, terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pengolahan dan nilai tambah, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan sumber pangan lokal di Lampung Selatan menyebabkan sampai saat ini kebanyakan hasil perikanan dan peternakan masih dijual dalam bentuk segar. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai penanganan hingga pengolahan hasil perikanan dan peternakan dilakukan oleh Dosen Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, untuk membuka wawasan bagi perwakilan usaha tani di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdiri dari tahap sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya protein hewani, pemilihan bahan baku yang baik dan segar, serta proses produksi yang menerapkan prinsip higienitas. Peserta juga mendapatkan keterampilan membuat bakso, proses pengemasan, dan penyimpanan yang baik. Melalui program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir, kreativitas dan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatkan angka konsumsi protein hewani, dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui pengolahan sumber pangan lokal menjadi produk unggulan dan ciri khas Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

This application enables MSMEs to store and manage archives in a systematic, secure, and efficient manner. The implementation method of this community service consisted of training activities using approaches such as socialization, technical training, and direct field assistance. Silau Bonto Village, located in Asahan Regency, has a significant number of MSME practitioners, many of whom have never used digital data archiving systems. To address this issue, an archive management application that utilizes a database system was introduced, specifically using a Macro VBA-based application aimed at helping MSMEs manage their archives more quickly and neatly.

Abstrak: Di Desa Silo Bonto, UMKM yang paling terdampak adalah sektor kuliner dan kerajinan tangan, yang memiliki intensitas transaksi harian cukup tinggi namun masih dilakukan tanpa sistem digital yang memadai. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian memperkenalkan dan melatih pelaku UMKM menggunakan aplikasi manajemen arsip berbasis digital yang mudah dioperasikan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pelaku UMKM untuk meyimpan, dan mengelola arsip secara sistematis, aman, dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Desa Silau Bonto adalah desa yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan yang saat ini masyarakatnya sudah banyak sebagai pelaku UMKM, namun tidak sedikit masyarakat pelaku UMKM yang sama sekali belum menggunakan arsip data secara digital. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan aplikasi manajemen arsip data yang proses penyimpanannya menggunakan database yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi macro VBA dengan tujuan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan rapi.
