wing employees to alternate between remote and office-based work, providing opportunities to balance professional and personal responsibilities. However, the blurred boundaries between work and personal life in a hybrid setting can create challenges, such as overworking, interruptions during personal time, and social isolation. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences, challenges, and factors influencing work-life balance in hybrid work environments. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with employees from various sectors. The findings reveal that while hybrid work promotes flexibility and autonomy, it also increases the risk of stress and burnout due to a lack of clear boundaries and insufficient organizational support. Factors such as flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and access to user-friendly digital tools were identified as enablers of work-life balance. This research highlights the dual impact of hybrid work on work-life balance and emphasizes the need for clear organizational policies, leadership training, and technological support to ensure employee well-being. The findings provide actionable recommendations for organizations to optimize hybrid work practices.

ice program aimed to improve knowledge, skills, and preparedness in managing minor sports injuries through a digital-based educational intervention entitled Smart Recovery. The program was implemented among junior high school (SMP) teachers and students in Banyumas Regency, Indonesia, using a participatory and technology-integrated approach. Activities consisted of program socialization, theoretical and practical training on minor injury management based on the RICE principle (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), and the pilot implementation of the Smart Recovery digital application. Program effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test assessments, practical skill observations, and user feedback questionnaires. The results demonstrated a substantial improvement in participants’ knowledge, with average scores increasing from 62.4 to 88.6, and 95% of participants successfully performing the RICE procedures correctly after training. Furthermore, 92% of users reported that the digital application facilitated their understanding of injury management, while 87% perceived the platform as user-friendly and applicable for physical education learning. The integration of hands-on training and digital learning media proved effective in enhancing sports injury literacy, digital competence, and safety awareness in school settings. These findings indicate that the Smart Recovery program has strong potential as a sustainable and scalable model for promoting sports safety education within junior high schools.

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas ibadah jamaah Masjid Baitul Muttaqin Pisangan terutama sholat 5 waktu, melalui penerapan Digital Loudspeaker Management System (DLMS) dan equalizer 31 kanal sebagai kontrol speaker monitor Imam. Peralatan ini digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah audio feedback, menjaga kestabilan level output dari audio mixer, dan meningkatkan kejernihan suara pada speaker utama maupun speaker monitor imam. Dalam implementasinya, fitur-fitur seperti digital equalizer, compressor, limiter, dan crossover pada DLMS dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Setting equalizer dilakukan mengikuti panduan vocal equalizer cheat sheet guna mengurangi frekuensi penyebab feedback. Dari hasil setting perangkat DLMS dan Equalizer di dapatkan hasil di masjid, audio feedback/ dengung sudah tidak terjadi lagi. Hal ini menyebabkan jemaah masjid yang sholat 5 waktu sudah tidak terganggu dengan suara dengung atau audio feedback. Hal ini meningkatkan kualitas ibadah jamaah masjid Baitul Muttaqin Pisangan.

Fokus penelitian diarahkan perbedaan antara citra positif yang ditampilkan dalam video TikTok dengan fakta di balik layar yang kemudian diungkap melalui kanal YouTube Podcast Bang Denny Sumargo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra Willie Salim sebagai kreator dermawan yang aktif membantu masyarakat selama periode 2023–2025 mengalami penurunan kepercayaan setelah muncul dugaan bahwa sebagian konten giveaway dibuat secara terencana atau settingan. Konten-konten tersebut sebelumnya berhasil menarik perhatian publik dengan jutaan penonton dan ratusan ribu likes. Temuan Penelitian juga memperlihatkan bahwa banyak netizen menganggap konten tersebut sebagai bentuk eksploitasi kemiskinan atau poverty porn demi mendapatkan perhatian dan popularitas di media sosial. Reaksi masyarakat kemudian terbagi menjadi beberapa kelompok. Sebagian besar berada pada posisi oposisi, yaitu menolak dan mengkritik tindakan tersebut karena dianggap tidak jujur. Sebagian lainnya berada pada posisi negosiasi, yaitu tetap mengkritik kebohongan dalam konten tetapi masih menghargai adanya bantuan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Sementara itu, kelompok yang sepenuhnya mendukung Willie Salim semakin sedikit dan umumnya berasal dari pengikut setia yang tetap percaya pada sang kreator. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terbukanya informasi dari berbagai platform media sosial membuat audiens tidak lagi menjadi penonton pasif, tetapi lebih kritis dalam menilai konten digital. The discussion emphasizes that direct experience in nature is not a hindrance but a catalyst for formal academic achievements. In conclusion, effective integration requires teachers capable of mapping nature activities into national curriculum indicators. The results indicate that the implementation of SPMI at SMK Negeri 10 Luwu has been systematically implemented through the PPEPP cycle (Mapping, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Standard Setting). Quality mapping is conducted periodically to identify achievements and needs for quality improvement. Program implementation is carried out through improving the quality of learning and collaborating with industry. Evaluations are conducted routinely to assess standard achievement, followed by control measures for improvement, and the establishment of new standards as a form of continuous quality improvement. This implementation contributes to graduates' work-readiness, characterized by competency in expertise, technical skills, practical abilities, and soft skills. However, obstacles encountered include limited infrastructure and uneven absorption of graduates into the workforce.
