e level of education, elementary and equivalent as much as 64.55 percent, junior high school and equivalent as much as 19.22 percent and high school and equivalent as much as 16.23 percent. While the use of applications in the field of education is still felt to be lacking especially in rural schools so that there is a gap between urban schools and rural schools. This condition occurs in SMP PGRI Malangbong where the use of applications is still lacking. One example is in the recording of books in schools that are still manual which complicates operations in the school. The solution offered is to create an online book recapitulation system which is expected to be very useful for school operations. The online book recapitulation system was built using the waterfall method starting from the analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di bidang pendidikan, survei Penggunaan dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dilakukan terhadap 4.014 sekolah yang tersebar di 34 provinsi. Berdasarkan jenjang pendidikan, SD dan sederajat sebanyak 64,55 persen, SMP dan sederajat sebanyak 19,22 persen dan SMA dan sederajat sebanyak 16,23 persen. Sedangkan penggunaan aplikasi dibidang pendidikan masih dirasa kurang terutama di sekolah-sekolah pedesaan sehingga terjadinya kesenjangan antara sekolah diperkotaan dan sekolah pedesaan. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada SMP PGRI Malangbong dimana penggunaan aplikasi masih sangat kurang. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam perekapan buku di sekolah yang masih bersifat manual yang menyulitkan operasional di sekolah tersebut. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat sistem rekap buku online yang diharapkan sangat berguna bagi operasional sekolah. Sistem rekap buku online ini dibangun menggunakan metode waterfall mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian sampai dengan pemeliharaan.

Abstrak: Penulis melakukan pengamatan terhadap salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang komunikasi yang masih melakukan proses inventaris barang secara konvensional. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan analisis perancangan sistem informasi inventarisasi berbasis web, penulis menggunakan model Waterfall, bahasa pemrograman Java dipilih penulis dalam merancang aplikasi inventarisasi ini. Aplikasi inventarisasi berbasis web ini untuk mendukung proses monitoring barang agar dapat terkontrol dengan lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat menjadi acuan sebagai pengambil keputusan dengan cepat.

Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data bahan konstruksi hanya sebatas Microsoft Office. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. Pada sistem yang diusulkan merupakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk membantu memproses data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembangunan jalan sehingga permasalahan yang dihdapi selama ini dapat teratasi. System. This article details the design and development of the system using the waterfall method. The main objective of this system is to make it easier for administrative staff and students to process tuition payments. The research method used a needs analysis approach, consisting of observation and interviews. The waterfall approach was utilized for system implementation. The process involved requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and operation. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) served as an object-based system design visualization tool. The tuition payment information system provides login access with divided access rights for students, the Academic Administration Bureau, and the Financial Administration Bureau. The system includes features such as student data management, tuition payment verification, and report preparation. The results of implementation show positive changes in the efficiency and convenience of the tuition payment process for students and administrative staff. This article highlights the role of information systems in improving the efficiency of financial administration and services at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. By allowing students to monitor payments online, the system provides significant support for tuition payment management. Hopefully, this system will contribute positively to improving the quality of educational services at this university, creating efficiency in financial administration, and providing a basis for further development of the information system.

Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya juga menerapkan Sistem Informasi Pembayaran Uang Kuliah yang efisien. Artikel ini merinci perancangan dan pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan staf administrasi dan mahasiswa dalam memproses pembayaran uang sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis kebutuhan yang terdiri dari observasi dan wawancara. Pendekatan waterfall digunakan untuk implementasi sistem. Prosesnya melibatkan analisis persyaratan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan operasi. Unified Modeling Language (UML) berfungsi sebagai alat visualisasi desain sistem berbasis objek. Sistem informasi pembayaran SPP menyediakan akses aktor login dengan hak akses terbagi untuk mahasiswa, Biro Administrasi Akademik, dan Biro Administrasi Keuangan. Sistem ini mencakup fitur-fitur seperti pengelolaan data siswa, verifikasi pembayaran SPP, dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan perubahan positif pada efisiensi dan kenyamanan proses pembayaran SPP bagi mahasiswa dan tenaga administrasi. Artikel ini menyoroti peran sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan pelayanan keuangan di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi web sederhana berbasis Python untuk analisis dasar file FASTA. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework Flask dan pustaka BioPython untuk melakukan analisis panjang sekuens, komposisi basa nukleotida, serta persentase GC melalui antarmuka web yang mudah digunakan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu memproses file FASTA secara akurat dan cepat tanpa memerlukan instalasi perangkat lunak tambahan di sisi pengguna. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi media pembelajaran bioinformatika serta mendukung analisis awal sekuens biologis bagi mahasiswa dan peneliti.

Sistem dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi kecenderungan gaya belajar visual, auditorial, dan kinestetik, kemudian memberikan rekomendasi materi, metode, dan media belajar yang sesuai. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner gaya belajar dan wawancara terhadap 100 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan rekomendasi dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sebesar 87% dan membantu meningkatkan efektivitas belajar mandiri mahasiswa. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam personalisasi pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi berbasis teknologi informasi.
