Leni Laelawati, Rita Rahmawati, Muhammad Husein Maruapey
Abstract: Public health organizations are required to maintain service quality through strong organizational culture and employee discipline. However, empirical studies that specifically examine both variables in local public health… th institutions remain limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and employee discipline on employee performance at Puskesmas Curug Bitung, Bogor Regency. The study used a quantitative associative approach with a survey design. The population consisted of 32 employees, and 25 respondents were selected as the sample using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and structured interviews, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, Pearson Product Moment correlation, coefficient of determination, and partial t-test. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.777, R square of 0.630, and t-value of 5.910. Employee discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.808, R square of 0.653, and t-value of 6.583. The novelty of this study lies in its direct testing of organizational culture and discipline without mediating variables in a district-level public health service institution. Strengthening service-oriented culture and consistent discipline is therefore essential to improve employee performance.

STUDENTS' PREFERENCES TOWARDS SHARIA FINANCIAL PRODUCTS: A QUALITATIVE STUDY AND CONSUMER LOYALTY MODEL DEVELOPMENT

Sudana, Sudana, Jagat Dermawan, Muhammad
Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze college students' preferences for Islamic financial products, explore the influence of these preferences on loyalty formation, and develop a conceptual model of Islamic financial consumer… onsumer loyalty. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 17 college students who had knowledge or experience related to Islamic financial products. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software. The results showed that college students' preferences were influenced by religiosity, financial institution reputation, trust, digital service innovation, and financial education. These factors contribute to the formation of consumer loyalty. Based on these findings, this study developed a consumer loyalty model that encompasses three main dimensions: spiritual attachment, digital engagement, and community-based advocacy. This model integrates consumer loyalty theory and Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory to explain the relationship between religious values, digital behavior, and loyalty to Islamic financial products. The implications of this research lie in its contribution to broadening the theoretical understanding of consumer loyalty in the Islamic financial sector and providing strategic direction for financial institutions in strengthening long-term relationships with young customers.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PROMOTION MIX AND THE COMPANY'S BRAND IDENTITY WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT PT. INO WANGSA BINJAI

Budi, Ivan Benedict Tambunan
Abstract: This study aims to deepen the understanding of the contribution of promotion and branding to increasing customer satisfaction at PT. Ino Wangsa Binjai. The study used primary data with a population of 300 buyers, and 75… respondents were selected as samples through calculations using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques applied were quantitative, including validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and coefficients of determination (R²). Based on the analysis results, the promotional mix variable (E_Prmsi) obtained a t-count value of -1.824 with a significance level of 0.072 (> 0.05), while the t-table was 1.99346. Because the t-count is smaller than the t-table, it can be concluded that the promotional mix does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, a negative t-value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the promotional mix and customer satisfaction is not in line. Conversely, the partial test shows that the company's brand variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.00 (< 0.05). Therefore, the first hypothesis (H1) is declared accepted. From the results of the determination coefficient test, the R Square value is 0.495, which indicates that 49.5% of changes in customer satisfaction can be explained by the company's promotional mix and brand factors, while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. As a recommendation, the management of PT. Ino Wangsa Binjai, especially the branch manager, is advised to implement a more cost-effective, efficient, and targeted promotional strategy, as well as utilizing social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and print media such as newspapers to convey promotional information more effectively.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Canva Assisted Mission Based Learning Version on students' Physics learning outcomes on the Measurement material of class X Semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan in the… he 2023/2024 Academic Year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The population of this study was all students of class X MIA semester I of SMA Parulian 2 Medan which includes 2 subjects with a total of 30 students. Sampling was carried out by General Sampling where the number of samples was equal to the number of populations, so that the sample in this test changed to 15 students of class X MIA 1 as an experimental model, who were taught to use Canva. Assisted efforts based on the purchase of model information and 15 students of sophistication X MIA 2. as beauty manipulation were taught with a direct introduction model assisted with Canva. The research device used a multiple-desire view at along with 14 items with five choices (a, b, c, d, and e) which had been tested beforehand to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and item differentiation. Before examining the hypothesis, the normality and homogeneity of the records were checked first. The results show that the general pretest score for the test is 43.20 with a complete deviation of 8.23 and for the ordinary one is forty-two.75 with a standard deviation of seven, sixty-four. For preliminary competency tcount = 0.329 and ttable = 2.05. shows that tcount < ttable, then the initial talent of both classes is identical. After getting knowledge about ending, the post-test changed to finished for both lessons and the average trial cost changed to 80.79 with an average difference of 8.68 while for the elegance of manipulation the publication test cost became 72.67 with a current deviation of 8.15. Based on the pre-test homogeneity test, it was obtained Fcount = 1.162 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.162) < Ftable (2.48), then the pretest research fact turned out to be homogeneous, then the publish-check homogeneity test obtained Fcount = 1.213 along with Ftable = 2.48. because Fcount (1.213) < Ftable (2.48) then the post-test research data is homogeneous, then the statistical test (one-tailed t-test) obtained tcount = 2.67 and ttable = 1.70 at a significance level of α = 0.05, with dk as much as 28. Because tcount > ttable, being unique (2.67 > 1.70), this indicates that there may be a very large effect of the Canva Assisted learning-based task version on Physics students gaining knowledge about the results in the problem of interweaving of sophistication X Semester I personal strengths of the Parulian 2 Medan faculty in the 2023/2024 academic year.
