SISTEM PELACAKAN KONTAK COVID-19 MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI QR CODE BERBASIS WEB

Many countries have managed to implement technology-based applications as a tool to do contact tracing to the victims who are exposed. On the one hand, the use of application is very helpful in reducing the rate of transmission of Covid-19. But on the other hand, concerns against the use of user data that is secret to be its own obstacles. This study aims to create a tracing system contact Covid-19 using the QR Code. QR Code technology is selected because it can be used as a tracing tool contact without need to take the user's location data confidential. This system developed by applying the waterfall model. The results of the research show that the tracing system contact Covid-19 without using the privacy data of the user is successfully created with the use of QR Code technology is web-based. Using the method of blackbox testing, the results of the test the functionality of the system running well.             Keywords: Contact Tracing, Covid-19; QR Code; Waterfall; Web     Abstrak: Dalam upaya mengendalikan laju penyebaran Covid-19, Gubernur Sumatera Utara mengeluarkan instruksi tertulis untuk melakukan perpanjangan PPKM Mikro. Salah satu skenario pengendalian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pelacakan kontak (contact tracing). Beberapa negara telah berhasil mengimplementasikan teknologi berbasis aplikasi sebagai alat untuk melakukan pelacakan kontak terhadap korban yang terpapar. Disatu sisi, penggunaan aplikasi sangat membantu dalam menekan laju penularan Covid-19. Namun disisi lain, kekhawatiran terhadap penggunaan data pengguna yang bersifat rahasia menjadi hambatan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 menggunakan QR Code. Teknologi QR Code dipilih karena dapat digunakan sebagai alat pelacakan kontak tanpa perlu mengambil data lokasi pengguna yang bersifat rahasia. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model waterfall. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 tanpa menggunkan data privasi pengguna berhasil dibuat dengan menggunkan teknologi QR Code yang berbasis web. Dengan mengguna metode blackbox testing, hasil dari uji fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik.      Kata kunci: Covid-19; Pelacakan Kontak; QR Code, Waterfall, Web

ANALISIS KESESUAIAN FUNGSIONAL DAN USABILITY PADA SISTEM INFORMASI KARMA SIMANIS BERDASARKAN ISO/IEC 25010

Mengingat pentingnya penggunaan sistem informasi Karma Simanis maka diperlukan suatu pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan kesesuaian fungsional dan usability untuk mengetahui nilai kualitas sistem yang digunakan dari segi fungsionalitas dan tingkat kegunaan. Dalam melakukan pengukuran kualitas terdapat beberapa model yang dapat digunakan menjadi pedoman untuk melakukan pengukuran perangkat lunak. ISO/IEC 25010 adalah model kualitas yang dapat digunakan sebagai standar untuk mengukur kualitas perangkat lunak.. Proses pengukuran dilakukan berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah dirancang dengan menggunakan sub karakteristik functional suitability dan usability pada aspek sistem yang diukur. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi Karma Simanis memiliki nilai kelayakan sistem sebesar 75,99% yang terdiri dari kualitas kesesuaian fungsional sebesar 75,85% dan nilai kualitas usability sebesar 76,09%.

This study aims to develop a prototype of an environmental safety system using an emergency button application to inform certain safety conditions. This research is developed by conducting a Research and Development model through requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing. This prototype offers a basic function of the security system at a residence, such as a button for hazard emergency, stranger alert, notification when out of town, and needing assistance. This prototype is connected to the account of each resident with the security officer at the post guard. This prototype has been tested and works well as expected.             Keywords: emergency button; security; residence;      Abstrak: Keamanan lingkungan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama antara masyarakat dan petugas yang diberi wewenang secara khusus menjaga keamanan sebuah wilayah. Untuk itu, peranan masyarakat dalam menginformasikan tindakan-tindakan yang mengganggu keselamatan  menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem keamanan lingkungan menggunakan aplikasi tombol darurat bagi masyarakat untuk menginformasikan kondisi keamanan tertentu. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan model Research and Development dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan selanjutnya dirancang dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk situs web yang selanjutnya diuji coba fungsionalitasnya. Fungsi yang ditawarkan dalam model ini meliputi tombol darurat bahaya, waspada orang asing, keluar kota dan bantuan. Sistem terhubung pada akun masing-masing warga dengan petugas keamanan di pos keamanan. Media Informasi Pengenalan Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue Berbasis Android

Coupled with the lack of information media facilities that can cause still many people, especially those aged 7-12 years who have not fully understood the dengue epidemic. the authors chose the location of the study, namely in one elementary school in the northern Denpasar area was SDN Negeri Tulang Ampiang. The problem found in this study is that it is less efficient and interesting for an information media about the dangers of dengue fever found in SDPN Negeri Tulang Ampiang school. Seeing the problem at the location of the study, the writer in this study will make an information media in the form of 3D animation, the introduction of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Based on Android. The author also in completing this research will use the approach through the Research and Development method, because in the final results of this study will produce a product. Testing in this study using the Black Box method that will test the functional requirements of the software that is built and use cousionary testing to test the information and visual aspects of the author's application. Abstrak: Demam Bedarah Dengue, atau biasa disingkat DBD adalah penyakit yang selalu menjadi keresahan pada masyarakat, apalagi pada saat musim hujan wabah penyakit DBD semakin meningkat Seperti pada kota Denpasar wilayah utara, jumlah masyarakat yang terkenana DBD, khususnya yang berusia 7-12 tahun semakin meningkat. Ditambah lagi dengan kurangnya sarana media informasi yang dapat megakibatkan masih banyaknya masyarakat khususnya yang berusia 7-12 tahun yang belum memahami betul terkait wabah penyakit DBD. Dikarenakan lebih banyaknya masyarakat di denpasar utara yng berusia 7-12 tahun yang terkena kasus DBD, penulis memilih lokasi penelitian yaitu pada salah satu sekolah dasar di wilayah Denpasar utara adalah SDPN Negeri Tulang Ampiang. Permaslahan yang terdapat pada penelitian kali ini adalah kurang efisien dan menariknya sebuah media informasi mengenai bahaya DBD yang terdapat pada sekolah SDPN Negeri Tulang Ampiang. Melihat permasalahan pada lokasi penelitian tersebut maka penulis dalam penelitian kali ini akan mebuat sebuah media informasi berupa animasi 3D pengenalan Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue Berbasis Android,. Penulis juga dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan melalui metode Research and Development, dikarenakan pada hasil akhir penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah produk. Terakhir adalah angket pengujian untuk proses evaluasi didalam pengeimplementasian media informasi yang dibuat. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Black Box yang akan menguji dari persyaratan fungsional dari perangkat lunak yang dibangun serta menggunakan pengujian kousioner untuk menguji aspek informasi dan visual pada aplikasi penulis. PENENTUAN PRIORITAS KPI UNTUK PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT PEMELIHARAAN PLTA MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCY PROCESS (AHP)

For that we need a method to determine the priority of KPI where the company prioritized that can provide a balanced point of view of the overall system performance one of them is by implementing Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Based on the AHP method of 16 KPIs consisting of 6 KPIs for Corporate Level, 6 KPIs for Strategic Level and 4 KPIs for Functional Level. From the results of the assessment of respondents involved KPI is the most prioritized PLTA LubukGadang Power Plant, South Solok Regency is known that the most priority factor companies at corporate level that is the number of kWh produced with a weight of 0.420. For strategic level that is capacity factor with weight 0,478 while for functional level that is rework maintenance with weight equal to 0,540. KeyWord :Decision Support System, KPI, AHP,CompanyStrategy, Weighting Abstrak :Saat ini PLTA merupakan pembangkit listrik yang memiliki potensi yang tinggi untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia karena memiliki sumber air yang memadai.Evaluasi kinerja pemeliharaan pembangkit menjadi salah satu faktor yang penting karena merupakan salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya.Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode untuk menentukan prioritas KPI mana yang diprioritaskan perusahaan yang dapat memberikan sudut pandang yang seimbang terhadap keseluruhan system kinerja salah satu diantaranya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan metode AHP dari 16 KPI yang terdiri dari 6 KPI untuk Corporate Level, 6 KPI untuk Strategic Level dan 4 KPI untuk Functional Level. Dari hasil penilaian responden yang terlibat didapatkan KPI  yang paling diprioritaskan PLTA Unit Pembangkit Listrik Lubuk Gadang, Kabupaten Solok Selatan  diketahui bahwa faktor yang paling diprioritaskan perusahaan pada corporate level yaitu banyaknya kWh yang diproduksi dengan bobot 0,420. Untuk strategic level yaitu capacity factor dengan bobot 0,478 sedangkan untuk functional level yaitu maintenance rework dengan bobot sebesar 0,540. Finite Element Method for Stress Analysis of an Infinite Plate with an Elliptical Hole Using Functionally Graded Materials

Abstract: This study investigates the stress concentration factor in an infinite steel plate with a thickness of 1 cm, containing an elliptical hole, subjected to biaxial loading at infinity. The elliptical hole has semi-axes a=5.0 cma… 0 cma = 5.0 \, \text{cm}a = 5.0 cm (major axis) and b=2.5 cmb = 2.5 \, \text{cm}b = 2.5 cm (minor axis). The applied stresses at infinity are a tensile stress of σ1=100 kg/cm2\sigma_1 = 100 \, \text{kg/cm}^2= 100 kg/parallel to the major axis and a compressive stress of σ2=−100 kg/cm2\sigma_2 = -100 \, \text{kg/cm}^2= -100 kg/ perpendicular to the major axis. The material properties include Young's modulus E=2.1×106 kg/cm2E = 2.1 \times 10^6 \, \text{kg/cm}^2E = 2,1.  kg/ and Poisson's ratioν=0.3\nu = 0.3  = 0.3. Using analytical solutions from classical elasticity theory, the maximum tangential stress at the edge of the ellipse is calculated as σmax=600 kg/cm2\sigma_{\text{max}} = 600 \, \text{kg/cm}^2= -600 kg/, yielding a stress concentration factor of kσ=σmax/σ=6k_\sigma = \sigma_{\text{max}} / \sigma = 6 =  =6. Additionally, a finite element (FE) analysis based on the Salerno and Sahoni problem for a quarter section of the plate results in kσ=3.1125k_\sigma = 3.1125 = 3.1125 for a configuration with s/r=5s/r = 5s/r = 5, showing a discrepancy of 1.3% compared to the theoretical value of kσ=3.1k_\sigma = 3.1= 3.1 from Peterson's Stress Concentration Factors. The results demonstrate good agreement between the calculated model and theoretical predictions, validating the accuracy of the FE approach for stress concentration analysis in such configurations.

Developing Green Infrastructure: Management of Madrasah Building Construction with Green Building Principles

Abstract: This study examines the management processes involved in developing green infrastructure for Islamic educational institutions, specifically focusing on the construction of madrasah buildings using green building concepts.… . It investigates how environmental sustainability principles can be systematically integrated into the planning, design, construction, and operational phases of madrasah development projects. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach combined with document analysis, this research analyzes two madrasah building projects in Indonesia that have implemented green building strategies. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with project managers, architects, contractors, madrasah leaders, and stakeholders, alongside analysis of project documents, designs, and specifications. Findings reveal that successful implementation requires an integrated management approach encompassing green design adaptation to local context, sustainable material sourcing, energy and water efficiency integration, waste management during construction, and life-cycle cost considerations. The study identifies key enablers including leadership commitment, technical expertise, community participation, and Islamic ethical alignment, while highlighting challenges such as budget constraints, regulatory gaps, and technical capacity limitations. This research contributes a framework for madrasah green building project management that balances environmental responsibility with educational functionality and Islamic architectural values.

CONSUMER PERCEPTION AND ETHICS OF AI INFLUENCERS IN BANK BCA’S DIGITAL SECURITY CAMPAIGN

Abstract: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) introduced Virtual Influencers (VIs) as innovative digital marketing tools, yet their adoption in high-trust sectors like banking presented unique challenges. This study… udy analyzed the potential impact of using VIs on consumer perception and marketing ethics within the context of digital security campaigns. A qualitative-contextual approach was employed, examining Bank Central Asia’s (BCA) “Don’t Know? Kasih No!” (DKKN) campaign as a primary case study. The research explored the implications of replacing a highly credible human figure, Indro Warkop, with a VI. Drawing on Source Credibility, Parasocial Relationship, and Marketing 6.0 theories, the analysis identified an inherent trust deficit in VIs. Results indicated that while the actual DKKN campaign successfully garnered over 100 million views and reduced customer financial losses by 41%, a hypothetical AI-led version would likely trigger consumer skepticism due to a lack of experiential authenticity. Furthermore, an ethical paradox was discovered where mandated AI transparency disclosure triggered skepticism among Gen Z users. It was concluded that for high-stakes financial communication, human influencers remained superior due to their emotional relatability and the "sentience factor" required for cybersecurity advocacy. This paper recommends that banking institutions limit VIs to functional roles rather than high-stakes security literacy.

LEGAL ACTION AGAINST WITHDRAWALWAKAF PROPERTY IN MEDAN

Abstract: Withdrawal of Waqf Assets based on Decision No. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN because the objects which are waqf assets belonging to the Bireueen Islamic Education Society have been misused by the Bireueen Ministry of Religion… in a dysfunctional manner, namely the waqf objects are recorded as Public Property. In order for the irregularity of the waqf assets to be in accordance with the waqf pledge made, the owner of the waqf rights takes over the waqf assets. The validity of Nazir as the owner of the waqf rights in the event of misappropriation of waqf assets based on Resolution no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN is reviewed from the provisions of Article 42 of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf which explains: "It is the duty of nazhir to manage and dispose of waqf assets for their intended use, according to their function and designation." So that the waqf assets that were originally borrowed by the owner of the waqf rights can be disposed of if there is misuse of waqf assets. The Judge's reason for permitting the takeover of misused waqf assets in Decision no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN, based on the findings of the facts by the Judge, is of the opinion that legally there is no legal justification for the Defendant/Applicant to hold objects that are unlawfully and unlawfully owned and managed as YPI Bireuen's claim items.
