valuates whether the structured application of the ADDIE instructional design model leads to measurable improvements in negotiation skills. Data were collected through pre-training and post-training surveys and analyzed using a paired-samples t-test. The results indicate a statistically significant increase in participants’ post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, confirming the effectiveness of the training intervention. The findings further demonstrate that the systematic alignment of needs analysis, instructional design, material development, interactive implementation, and quantitative evaluation contributed to positive learning outcomes. This study contributes to the literature on instructional design and talent development by providing empirical evidence that ADDIE-based training can effectively enhance negotiation skills in higher education contexts.

The focus of the study is limited to two independent variables, namely work stress and work motivation, and one dependent variable, namely employee performance. The formulation of the problem raised is whether work stress and work motivation affect employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 58 people who were also used as samples. The approach used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires and using secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing through the t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the Coefficient of Determination (R²). The results of the study show a regression model Y = 0.550 + 0.447X₁ + 0.398X₂, where X₁ is work stress and X₂ is work motivation. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 (<0.05) and a t-count of 3.543 (> t-table 1.673). Work motivation also shows a partial significant effect with a significance value of 0.002 (<0.05) and a t-count of 3.225 (> t-table 1.673). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and an F-count of 34.156 (> F-table 3.17). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.554 indicates that 55.4% of the variation in employee performance is influenced by work stress and work motivation, while the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, the relationship between work stress, work motivation, and employee performance is quite strong but not dominant.

The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

With the implementation of IoT, it is expected to reduce operational costs, increase production capacity, and produce soap products with better and uniform quality. Based on the satisfaction survey conducted, the results showed that the digitalization of soap stirring tools carried out in this activity provided benefits to SMEs by providing convenience with equipment automation and more consistent stirring so that the resulting products are also of better quality.

The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

The variables of stress and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the resulting sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value of 34.156 while Ftable is 3.17 so Fcount > Ftable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) it is known that the R square value is 0.554 which means that the influence of stress and motivation variables on performance variables is 55.4%.
