Rian Apriesta Ramsadefa, Ilyas Yunus, Zahratul Idami
Abstract: To determine the rightful heirs must be determined in court voluntarily as regulated in Article 49 Letter b of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning the Authority of Religious Courts. However, in reality there are heirs who are… e unwilling to submit an application for the determination of heirs, resulting in the obstruction of the rights of other heirs. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the procedures and special requirements in submitting a contentious determination of heirs, to explain the evidence of the applicants against the heirs, and to explain the efforts made to overcome obstacles in determining heirs contentiously. This research is an empirical legal research, data is obtained directly through interviews and literature reviews. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there are still many heirs who submit the determination of heirs voluntarily with a lack of parties and result in their decisions being declared unacceptable, but in terms of contention there are still many heirs, judges and lawyers who do not know that there are provisions in the Circular of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 5 of 2021- Formulation of the Law of the Religious Chamber-2.b there are special procedures and requirements and proof in the submission as well as obstacles and efforts that must be made in the application for determination of heirs contentiously which is different from voluntary. It is recommended that the Sharia Court provide information regarding the new provisions in submitting applications to both lawyers and interested parties in order to obtain legal certainty because many parties do not yet know these provisions.

Papasi, Delfi, Suriaman, Aminah, Anggreni, Afrillia
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to prove that the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) can develop students' reading comprehension. This research was limited in literal and inferential/interpretative understanding in descriptive… tive texts. The researcher applied a quasi-experimental research design. The sample of this study was class VIII A as an experimental class consisted of 22 students and Vlll C as a control class of 22 students. Data collection was carried out through pre-test and post-test. The results of this study show that there is a significant increased of students’ score who were taught by using Question Generation Strategy (QGS). The increasement can be seen from the change of student qualification from previously poor to fair. Furthemore the t-count value is 5.26 while the t-table is 1.68 which means the t-count is higher than the t-table. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted. In other words, the use of the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) can develop reading comprehension of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 Palu. It implies that teachers are suggested to use the Question Generation Strategy (QGS) in teaching reading comprehension, especially in the junior high school level.

Panjaitan, Bahrumsyah, Putri Rahmayani, Selly Febriti, Andri Nurwandri
Abstract: Mediation is an alternative method of dispute resolution that is increasingly being used in the modern legal system. This process prioritizes dialogue between the disputing parties to reach an agreement without resorting… to litigation. In mediation, ethics plays an important role in maintaining fairness, confidentiality and professionalism, both by the mediator and by the advocates involved. Advocates have a strategic role in mediation, namely as legal advisors who provide direction to their clients, and ensure that the mediation process runs in accordance with existing ethical principles. Advocates also function to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information obtained during mediation, as well as ensuring that clients are not pressured into accepting detrimental agreements. In this paper, we discuss the importance of ethics in mediation, the challenges faced, and the vital role of advocates in ensuring fair and effective dispute resolution. By paying attention to ethics in mediation, it is hoped that the dispute resolution process can take place more transparently, efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.

Megawati, Anisa Septia
Abstract: The principal purpose of this study was to find out; (1) Is there students interested in watching Harry Potter and philosopher’s stone by J.K rowling movie (X) in their listening comprehension (Y), (2) Is there any correlation… orrelation between students‘ interested in watching Harry Potter and the philosopher’s stone by J.K Rowling movie (X) to listening comprehension (Y). It was carried out to the class XI Science students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu. In this research, a quantitative method is used with the Pearson product moment correlation study to answer the research problem. The population of this research is the students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu class XI IPA for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 30 students. The sample used is the total population. Tests and questionnaires were used to collect data. After getting the data, the researcher corrected and analyzed the test results. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of the study indicate that the level of significance between the variables X and Y based on the results of the correlation value above rcount = 0.481 rtable (5%) (df = n-2 = 30-2 = 28) rtable = 0.374. So it is clearly stated that rcount is higher than rtable or 0.05 <0.374. The result of the correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.481. That result indicated that there was a medium correlation between students’ interested s in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension. This statement was proved based on the result rxy was higher than the rtable (0,481 ≥ 0,374 in significant level 5%) it showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) “There is no relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1), “There is a positive relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is accepted.

The sample is all 3 months KB injecting participants as much as 30 respondents and 1 month KB injections as much as 30 respondents. The data is analysis using t-test. The result showed a ρ value of 0,005 which meant there was a difference in weight gain occurence between the users of 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception. The 3 monthly injection had been proven increasing the incidence of weight gain compared to the 1 monthly one. It was suggested that midwives should give proper counselling regarding to side effect of increasing weight gain during the use of 3 monthly contraceptive injection to be aware of by the users. Further investigation on other influencing factors of weight gain among contraceptive injection users.

The X Agama class was taught using the three-step interview method, while the X IPA 1 class served as the control group with conventional teaching methods. After the completion of the instruction, the post-test results showed an average score of 87.5 for the experimental class and 61.29 for the control class. The t-test results revealed a Thitung value of 79.15, exceeding the Ttabel value of 2.00, which means the null hypothesis (H0) can be rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. This indicates that the three-step interview method has a significant effect on the ability to write observation report texts among 10th-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Washliyah Binjai Serbangan.

Pengaruh Mind Mapping Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Prosedur dengan Canva pada Siswa SMA

Hariati, Lisa, Mizkat, Eva
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of using the mind mapping method on the ability to write procedural texts by utilizing Canva media among 11th-grade students at Air Joman Private High School during the 2023/2024 academic… demic year. This research employs a true experimental design with a posttest-only control group design, involving 124 students randomly selected to be placed in two classes: the control class and the experimental class. The results indicate that the experimental class, which implemented the mind mapping method with Canva media, had an average score of 81.84, higher than the control class, which only used Canva media without the mind mapping method, with an average score of 74.39. Statistical tests revealed that the mind mapping method had a significant impact on improving procedural text writing skills, with a to value of 106.42, far exceeding the critical t-value at the 5% significance level (2.01) and the 1% significance level (2.68). Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, demonstrating that the use of the mind mapping method along with Canva media is proven to be effective in enhancing students' ability to write procedural texts.
