The study used a multiple linear regression method with data collected from 96 domestic respondents. The results show that all four smart tourism features simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the decision to visit. The most influential features are Historical Information and Educational-Interactive content. These results emphasize the importance of digital platforms in promoting and preserving cultural tourism through smart technologies.

and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.

ng Hormone (TSH) in newborns before clinical symptoms appear. The timing of blood sample collection is a critical factor because TSH levels physiologically surge within the first 24 hours of life. This study aims to determine the accuracy of TSH sampling time in CH screening at Prima Medika General Hospital, Denpasar. A descriptive analytical method was used with a total sampling technique involving 105 neonates who underwent CHS from October to December 2024. Secondary data were obtained from laboratory request forms and the Laboratory Information System (LIS). Results showed that 92.4% of samples were collected on the second day of life, which aligns with the ideal window of 48–72 hours, and only 1.9% of neonates had elevated TSH levels. The study concludes that most sample collections met the recommended timing, contributing to valid results and effective CHS implementation. Timely sampling plays a vital role in early CH detection and reflects the overall quality of neonatal laboratory services.

This initiative also opens up opportunities for the development of culture-based ecotourism through digital media, such as applications, interactive websites, and augmented reality. However, challenges such as limited technology, funding, and human resources are still obstacles that need to be overcome through collaboration between the government, academics, cultural communities, and the private sector. The results of the study indicate that communication patterns in this school run in an open, participatory, and religious atmosphere. Teachers not only act as conveyors of information, but also as guides and motivators who establish positive interpersonal relationships with students. Factors such as teaching style, student motivation, and school environmental support influence the smoothness of communication. Effective communication has been shown to improve students' understanding of the subject matter and strengthen their character and discipline. This study concludes that good communication patterns between teachers and students contribute directly to the achievement of learning outcomes and the formation of students' character holistically.

According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks.
