Hal ini berkontribusi pada pengurangan ketimpangan, peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi, dan penguatan nilai-nilai demokrasi serta hak asasi manusia. Artikel ini mengkaji berbagai program pemberdayaan di Indonesia yang berhasil mendorong perubahan dalam struktur kekuasaan, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan meruntuhkan norma sosial yang menindas. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, pemberdayaan masyarakat menghadapi tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada bantuan eksternal dan ketidaksetaraan akses terhadap sumber daya. Untuk mencapai hasil maksimal, tantangan ini perlu diatasi. Secara keseluruhan, pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan kunci untuk menciptakan perubahan sosial yang lebih merata dan berkelanjutan.

ng Sub-District, Ciamis Regency. The research method employed was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving 12 informants including village officials and Karang Taruna administrators. The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. By implementing appropriate strategies, it is expected that youth empowerment through Karang Taruna will become more effective and significantly contribute to Dewasari village's progress.

Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang terdiri dari tiga tahap utama: (1) analisis kebutuhan melalui studi pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dan focus group discussion; (2) implementasi yang mencakup pembuatan website berbasis Content Management System (CMS) WordPress dan pelatihan pemberdayaan dengan metode hands-on practice; serta (3) evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Hasil pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa implementasi website telah berhasil meningkatkan akses informasi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan dana kampung. Pelatihan pemberdayaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan pengelolaan website, peserta mampu mengoperasikan website secara mandiri setelah pelatihan dibandingkan sebelumnya. Meski menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan infrastruktur internet di beberapa wilayah, program ini telah berhasil membangun fondasi untuk tata kelola dana kampung yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel melalui kombinasi solusi teknologi dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia lokal. Keberlanjutan program diperkuat melalui kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan strategi regenerasi pengelola website dengan melibatkan karang taruna sebagai kader masa depan.

Metode yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemanfaatan ikan gabus (Channa striata) di Kabupaten Merauke masih dilakukan secara sederhana dan lebih banyak dijual dalam bentuk segar sehingga nilai tambah ekonominya belum optimal. Diversifikasi produk melalui pengolahan kerupuk berbasis rumah tangga terbukti dapat meningkatkan nilai jual, memperpanjang daya simpan, serta menambah pendapatan masyarakat. Selain itu, usaha kerupuk ikan gabus memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan yang lebih berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Merauke. Hasil temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pemangku kepentingan mengenai potensi pemanfaatan ikan gabus, strategi pengolahan produk bernilai tambah, serta kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dan pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan yang berkelanjutan.

Penelitian ini merumuskan model social entrepreneurshipyang berlandaskan pada empat elemen utama, yaitu: social value, civil society, innovation, dan economic activity. Model ini menekankan pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat lokal, pemanfaatan kearifan lokal, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor sebagai kunci sukses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model social entrepreneurship dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam menekan angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja berbasis sosial. Selain itu, keterlibatan generasi muda sebagai pelaku kewirausahaan sosial dinilai mampu menjadi motor penggerak perubahan sosial yang inklusif. ving tradition of the Bali Aga community, which holds substantial economic and cultural value. This study aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of tourism based on cultural weaving products, strengthen the bargaining position of local artisans, and examine efforts to maintain a balance between economic benefits and cultural preservation. The study employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design and involved 150 respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys. The findings reveal that experiential tourism increased average household income by 35% and enhanced women's participation by 42% through their involvement in production activities, training programs, tour guiding, and the management of creative enterprises. Traditional weaving products were successfully developed as the primary tourism attraction, generating greater economic value while preserving cultural integrity through the clear distinction between sacred and commercial products. The utilization of digital media further expanded market access and strengthened product competitiveness. The novelty of this study lies in the development of an integrative model that connects community empowerment, experiential tourism, cultural preservation, women’s empowerment, and digital cultural entrepreneurship as a sustainable strategy for cultural tourism development.

llenges, such as limited resources, a lack of community capacity in management, and dependence on external parties. This study aims to analyze community empowerment based on local participation through the management of the tourism village, using the community empowerment theory proposed by Jim Ife. The study emphasizes the importance of resource, opportunity, knowledge, and skill indicators in supporting the success of community empowerment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The primary informants of the study include community leaders, local business actors, and tourism village managers. The findings reveal that empowerment through resource indicators has increased the income of craft businesses by 150%, from IDR 2 million to IDR 5 million per month. Furthermore, the opportunity indicator successfully opened avenues for the community to manage homestays, increasing income by up to 70% compared to previous levels. The knowledge and skill indicators also proved significant, with more than 90% of the community actively participating in training, which supports the sustainable economy of the tourism village. The conclusion of this study highlights that community empowerment based on local participation has a positive impact on the economic independence of the Panglipuran Village community. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of community empowerment elements with local wisdom values, such as mutual cooperation and cultural preservation. This model contributes not only to economic development but also serves as a best practice example in sustainable local participation-based tourism village management.

Increasing the creativity and productivity of the people of Babakan Village who face several obstacles in strengthening the fish cultivation population, including the dry season causing drought, this has an impact on the development of fish cultivation, the outreach and training by the Babakan Village Government for fish cultivation groups regarding their potential, the cultivator community has not been maximized. Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. There is no research that focuses on the role of the Village Head in empowering community business groups, especially in Pangandaran Regency, so it is urgent in this research to find solutions to solve the problems that occur.

Pada tahap sosialisasi, masyarakat diberikan pemahaman mengenai manfaat, jenis, dan teknik budidaya tanaman herbal, sedangkan tahap demonstrasi dilakukan melalui praktik langsung penanaman bibit jahe, kunyit, kencur, lidah buaya, sereh, dan temulawak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingginya antusiasme masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, dalam mengikuti seluruh rangkaian program. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi masyarakat mengenai tanaman obat, memberikan keterampilan budidaya herbal, serta mendorong pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah sebagai ruang hijau produktif. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan, lingkungan, dan potensi ekonomi rumah tangga di Desa Silau Dunia.
