The study highlights how traditional theories such as Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and Image Repair Theory (IRT) must be adapted to meet the demands of real-time, interactive, and ethically sensitive digital spaces. Through comparative analysis of successful and failed crisis responses—including global cases such as United Airlines and local cases such as Tokopedia—the research reveals that timely, transparent, and empathetic communication on social media significantly influences public perception and corporate reputation recovery. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Human Resource Development Strategy of the Indonesian Army through the Human Capital Approach. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis tools and tree analysis. The theory used in this research is human capital. The results showed that the strategies used for HR development with a human capital approach are (1) Improving the quality of education and training of soldiers through evaluation and inclusive curriculum development. (2) Utilizing good education and training to improve soldiers' capabilities through an integrated and sustainable human capital approach. (3) Improving the professionalism of soldiers through merit-based personnel management system reform. (4) Improving soldiers' welfare by providing access to specialized higher education through the Defense University. (5) Improving transparency and efficiency through information and communication technology, keeping soldiers' focus on the main task of defense. By adopting a human capital approach, the Army is expected to improve the quality and capability of soldiers, so that they are ready to face future challenges and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

the impact of these strategies on student behavior. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of the principal, three Islamic Religious Education teachers, and Muslim students at SMPN 2 Nuangan. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation, observation persistence, extended participation, and member checks. The results showed that the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character values were carried out through role models, habituation, advice, integration of character values in learning, and supervision of student behavior. Supporting factors included teacher commitment, a conducive school culture, cooperation among school members, and parental support. Inhibiting factors included differences in student backgrounds, lack of family attention, the influence of the social environment, and limited learning time. This strategy has a positive impact on improving students' religious attitudes, discipline, responsibility and good manners.

The results show that value-based PAI learning is implemented through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Teachers integrate the values of faith, morals, worship, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, social concern, and love of the homeland in the learning process. The strategies used include storytelling, discussions, history learning, religious activities, social activities, and student involvement in school activities such as ceremonies, Scouts, and Paskibraka. Supporting factors include the principal's commitment, teacher quality, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, the school environment, and parental and community support. Obstacles include low student motivation, limited time, lack of participation, and limited learning methods. The implementation of this strategy has a positive impact on increasing love for the homeland, tolerance, discipline, honesty, cooperation, and responsibility among students.

implementation of Islamic boarding school-based educational management at SMPIT Manbaul Ulum in improving student discipline and independence. The research approach used is a qualitative case study. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based educational management is carried out through the integration of religious values in all school activities, consistent regulation of discipline, habituation of congregational worship, and strengthening student personal responsibility through independence programs. Student discipline is increased through structured supervision and positive behavioral habits, while independence grows through assignments that encourage self-management and independent decision-making. These findings prove that the Islamic boarding school-based educational management model is effective in shaping students' disciplined and independent character. The implications of this study indicate that the Islamic boarding school-based approach can be an alternative educational management strategy that focuses not only on academic achievement, but also on character development.

ementation of the Complete‑Sentence Model in teaching paragraph writing, (2) measure students’ paragraph‑writing ability before and after the intervention, and (3) determine whether the model produced a statistically significant improvement. A pre‑experimental one‑group pretest–posttest design was employed. The population was all Grade IX students (N = 84); a purposive sample of 29 students from class IX C participated. Data were collected via observation checklists and writing tests. Findings show that implementation quality was rated as good (mean = 3.4). Students’ mean writing score improved markedly from 39 (pretest; fail) to 75 (posttest; good). A paired t‑test confirmed the improvement was statistically significant (t = 11.78 > tcritical = 2.05), leading to acceptance of the hypothesis. The results indicate that the Complete‑Sentence Model is an effective instructional strategy for improving paragraph‑writing ability among ninth‑grade students at the study site.
