The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. From the t test calculation, the sig value is obtained. 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence between parental motivation and the moral formation of Class I MI MQ An-Nuur Sindangsari Kasomalang students. From the results of correlation calculations, the value of sig.0.043 <0.05 is obtained, so it is concluded that there is a relationship between parental motivation and moral formation.

focusing on program effectiveness, challenges faced, and the impact on beneficiaries. The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital, pelatihan guru, dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga keagamaan serta komunitas dapat memperbaiki akses dan kualitas sumber ajar dalam PAI. ery important for SMEs, because they serve as a transparent communication tool between management and stakeholders, as well as a basis for making informed decisions. SMEs have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, contributing around 60% of gross domestic product (GDP) and absorbing more than 97% of the workforce. However, many SMEs still face challenges in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. This study uses a systematic literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant studies on the application of SAK and its impact on the quality of financial statements. The results showed that the application of SAK significantly improved the transparency, relevance, and reliability of SMEs' financial statements. In addition, the study also identified various factors that influence the adoption of SAK, such as the education level of business owners, access to accounting training, and support from the government. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of good accounting standards implementation to improve the quality of SMEs' financial statements, which in turn can improve the competitiveness and performance of businesses in the market. Recommendations are given to improve the understanding and application of SAK among SMEs in Indonesia.

A balanced approach combining these elements is essential for fostering a more compliant taxpayer environment in Indonesia.

Education also plays a positive but weaker role, suggesting significant potential for improvement. The study finds that the socialization of SAK EMKM significantly improves the quality of MSME financial reports but does not moderate the relationship between either accounting knowledge or education and financial report quality. These findings suggest that education and accounting knowledge are fundamental in improving MSME financial reporting practices, while SAK EMKM socialization is more effective for MSMEs with limited financial literacy. This research highlights the need for tailored training programs and socialization efforts to address the specific needs of MSMEs, ensuring that all operators, regardless of educational background, can produce high-quality financial reports in line with established standards.

kat (PKM) ini bertujuan mengatasi kendala operasional perangkat digital, kerentanan siber, serta mengoptimalkan administrasi publik di Desa Perapat Janji, Sumatera Utara. Melalui pendekatan Community-Based Education, program diwujudkan lewat dua klaster utama: Digital Literacy Academy untuk warga umum serta E-Government Literacy Workshop bagi aparatur desa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak kuantitatif yang signifikan. Skor rata-rata literasi digital masyarakat umum melonjak sebesar 85,4%, naik dari nilai pre-test 42,5 menjadi 78,8 pada post-test. Sementara itu, kompetensi psikomotorik aparatur desa meningkat dari 48,0 menjadi 87,5, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam pengarsipan berbasis cloud. Program ini berhasil mempercepat transformasi desa menjadi lebih cakap digital serta meningkatkan efisiensi layanan sosial kedesaan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.
The acceleration of information technology has triggered a significant digital divide in rural areas due to low digital literacy among non-productive communities and village officials. This Community Service (PKM) program aimed to overcome operational digital device limitations, cyber vulnerabilities, and sub-optimal public administration services in Perapat Janji Village, North Sumatra. Utilizing a Community-Based Education approach, the project implemented two main initiatives: the Digital Literacy Academy for the general public and the E-Government Literacy Workshop for village officials. The evaluation showed significant quantitative impacts. The general public's average digital literacy score jumped by 85.4%, increasing from a pre-test score of 42.5 to 78.8 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the psychomotor competence of village officials rose from 48.0 to 87.5, achieving a 100% success rate in cloud-based digital archiving. This program successfully accelerated rural transformation toward digital proficiency and enhanced the efficiency of adaptive village social services.
