. Currently, the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is experiencing very rapid growth. The development of information technology, especially the internet, has provided many positive benefits for its users. However, the use of internet technology also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored. The increase in Cybercrime cases in Indonesia is also caused by the impact of advances in Information Technology. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is to find out how to study law enforcement procedures for hacking victims on digital platforms and how to ensure that digital platform users are more regulated regarding cyber security. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial. In order to prevent cybercrime, it is important for individuals and governments to have a deep understanding of crime patterns in the digital realm as well as current and ongoing internet trends and behavior carried out by perpetrators of these crimes.

This study aims to implement a web-based alumni and career tracking information system to improve the effectiveness of alumni data management, facilitate communication between the school and alumni, and support graduate career tracking. The research methods used include observation and interviews with school staff and alumni. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, with system design based on Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the developed system is able to manage alumni data centrally, provide career path information, and generate accurate and accessible alumni reports. The population of this research is first semester Civil Engineering students T.A. 2021/2022 totaling 30 people. The methods used to understand the impact of online learning on the interests and learning outcomes of Basic Mathematics for Civil Engineering students are qualitative and quantitative methods. The r test results show that rcount > rtable or 0.9998 > 0.306. This means that online learning influences students' interest in learning Basic Mathematics in the Civil Engineering Study Program. The results of the t test show that tcount ≥ ttable is 4.01 ≥ 2.045 so that online learning also influences the Basic Mathematics learning outcomes of Civil Engineering Study Program students. Students' ability to answer test questions during online learning was 76.67%.

While formal rights are generally respected, subtle social boundaries exist, particularly regarding religious expression and ritual intersections with traditional Torajan customs (Aluk To Dolo). This study highlights the resilience of the Muslim minority and demonstrates how local cultural mechanisms facilitate daily coexistence, offering crucial insights into religious tolerance and minority-majority relations in contemporary Indonesia.

The study analyzes organizational effectiveness based on four indicators: Human Relations (focusing on organizational involvement), Open System Model (adaptation and innovation), Internal Process Model, and Rational Goal Model (productivity and goal achievement). The results show that in Kampung Jaya Makmur, the head of the farmer group association has never conducted socialization or training for farmer groups on how to produce or provide natural fertilizers using locally available materials, despite the uncertainty of continuous fertilizer supply. The effectiveness of farmer group associations in empowering the community is highly needed to support farmers in becoming more independent. Farmer group associations can provide services such as access to technological information and capital, as well as establish partnerships with external parties. This study recommends that farmer group associations strengthen participation and member involvement through more regular deliberation forums and active engagement of all levels of farmers. It also emphasizes the need to enhance the use of technology and alternative agricultural methods, such as organic fertilizers, and to expand training and mentoring programs so that farmers can reduce their dependence on chemical fertilizers.

communities residing on both sides of the border, sharing strong historical, cultural, and economic ties. The research was conducted in Kampung Sota, Sota District, Merauke Regency, South Papua Province, using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and interactive model analysis by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings reveal that the key supporting factors for social interaction are mostly located in Sota-Indonesia, including better geographic access, infrastructure availability, border pass policy, favorable security conditions, and active economic and educational activities. On the other hand, the main hindering factors are found in Waiber-PNG, such as difficult geographic access, lack of infrastructure, limited governmental policies, and issues related to civil registration. Culturally and socially, the Kanum people experience no barriers due to shared values, traditions, and language. This study concludes that cross-border interdependence is not solely determined by national boundaries but also shaped by socio-cultural dynamics and inclusive policies.

is increasingly crucial in promoting digital literacy to enhance access, understanding, and utilization of information technology among communities. This study aims to examine and optimize the role of KIM in improving digital literacy in Merauke Regency. A qualitative approach was employed, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis with several active KIM groups in Merauke. The results show that although KIM holds great potential as agents of digital literacy, limitations in human resource capacity, technological infrastructure, and lack of training are the main challenges. Therefore, optimizing the role of KIM requires regular training, cross-sector collaboration, and regulatory and budgetary support from the local government. Thus, KIM can become key drivers in building an inclusive and competitive digital society in Merauke.

Despite their establishment, challenges persist in ensuring that services provided align with the stipulated standards. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. Key informants included the head of the department, service-providing staff, and representatives of community service users. The findings indicate that MSS implementation at Merauke Disdukcapil has generally been underway, though its effectiveness varies across service types. Some MSS indicators, such as service waiting times and cost certainty, have been well-met. However, challenges are still present in aspects like the availability of adequate human resources, sub-optimal socialization of MSS to the community, and the need for improved supporting infrastructure. Limited access to information and public understanding of service rights also act as inhibiting factors. Thus, the effectiveness of MSS at Merauke Disdukcapil can be enhanced through strengthening human resource capacity, improving facilities and infrastructure, and intensifying socialization efforts. This study recommends the necessity of regular evaluation and continuous improvement to ensure excellent civil administration services for all communities in Merauke.
