CHALLENGES IN RECORDING AND REPORTING ASSETS

Abstract: MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) play a very important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and empowering communities. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges in recording and… reporting their financial assets. This study aims to identify the main challenges faced by MSMEs in recording and reporting assets, analyze the factors that cause a lack of accuracy in asset recording, and evaluate the effect of limited managerial knowledge and access to technology on the quality of financial reports. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with MSME owners/managers and field observations. The results of the study indicate that lack of accounting knowledge, limited human resources, and minimal technological support are the main factors that hinder accurate asset recording. In addition, inaccuracies in financial reports can have a negative impact on the ability of MSMEs to obtain funding from financial institutions or investors. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase capacity through management training and the use of accounting technology to improve the transparency and accuracy of MSME financial reports.

Changes in today's information technology have brought major changes to all levels of society. With the birth of social media, behavioral patterns have shifted quite significantly, both in terms of ethics, culture and social norms. The research method used is quantitative descriptive through a descriptive analysis process. This study explains the behavior of new media usage activities by the Digital Community / Gen which includes motivation, habits or behavior, and security of social media access. Security can also be found in the data we use in the process of using social media, because when using communication access on a digital platform, there is a direct risk that all data directly related to the communication process can be known by other parties.

THE PERSPECTIVE OF SECURITY COMMUNICATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC CAMPAIGN FOR THE 2024 GENERAL ELECTION IN INDONESIA

Abstract: The 2024 Indonesian General Election presents significant challenges, including disinformation, cyber threats, and social polarization, which pose risks to democratic stability. This study aims to analyze security communication… ication in democratic campaigns, focusing on risk mitigation strategies, the role of social media, and cross-sector collaboration. A literature review method was employed, with qualitative descriptive analysis of relevant materials, including journal articles, official reports, and books. Findings reveal that security communication strategies involving early threat detection, the strategic use of social media for credible messaging, and collaboration among governments, media, and civil society effectively enhance public trust. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and information access disparities persist. The integration of big data technology for public conversation analysis offers significant potential for early threat detection and improved communication strategy effectiveness. In conclusion, effective security communication requires inclusive, collaborative, and technology-based approaches to ensure stability and transparency in democratic processes. EXPLORING THE POTENTIAL OF SOCIAL MEDIA AS A HEALTH COMMUNICATION PLATFORM FOR FILICIDE PREVENTION IN INDONESIA

Abstract: This study explores the potential of social media as a health communication platform for preventing filicide in Indonesia, focusing on disseminating information, reducing stigma, and engaging audiences. The study adopts… an exploratory approach based on secondary data, including the analysis of scientific literature, reports from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and UNICEF, and global campaigns such as #EndViolence. Research shows that social media can reach a broad audience, particularly the younger generation, through strategically designed educational content like infographics and videos. Empathy-driven campaigns utilizing real-life stories can also effectively reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, a primary cause of filicide. However, the study identifies challenges such as limited access in remote areas, potential misuse of platforms, and the sustainability of campaigns, which often pose obstacles. In Indonesia’s context, adapting global campaign models to local culture can enhance prevention outcomes. Collaboration among the government, non-profit organizations, and the community is key to ensuring long-term impact. By integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence and gamification, and implementing data-driven approaches, social media can become a powerful tool to drive behavioral change and raise public awareness about filicide prevention.

EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH ON LITERACY FOR TPQ BUSTANUL ULUM SEJATI STUDENTS IN THE MAPAK BELATUNG AREA MATARAM

Abstract: The unrestricted use of mobile phones by elementary school children to access social media and online games can be disastrous for them. This greatly affects their literacy skills, leading to suboptimal development of the… four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This community service program aims to raise awareness and motivate the students of TPQ Bustanul Ulum Sejati to improve their literacy skills. The method used in this community service activity was lectures and discussions. The activity received a positive response from the TPQ Bustanul Ulum Sejati students and their parents. The program was conducted through material presentations and discussions using a relaxed conversational approach, making the activity feel less formal and more comfortable. This atmosphere allowed all the students to express their opinions without hesitation. This activity left a positive impression on the participants about the importance of literacy and avoiding excessive use of mobile phones to access social media and online games.

Abstract: This article discusses the economic system in Bonai, Bonai Darussalam sub-district, Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this article is to discuss the economic issues and challenges faced by the Bonai community in order to… o strengthen their traditional economic system in the context of their development in the era of globalization. The research method used is field study. According to the study's findings, the majority of the Bonai people, who are predominantly from the Bonai Malay ethnic group, tend to support two economic systems: agriculture and fisheries. The problems faced by the community in Bonai include market access related to a lack of insight, lack of knowledge and skills, and so on. Although the Bonai Malay community is active in agricultural and fishing activities, they still have the desire to sell and exchange goods with people outside the Bonai region.

Based on the research results, there are several things that are still not running well, which can be seen from the lack of planning, organizing documents, lack of coordination and supervision of ecotourism management which is still less organized and structured, which can be seen from the absence of a fixed or routine schedule for monitoring ecotourism. Pangkalan Sesai mangrove forests, infrastructure, bridges that are no longer passable by visitors. Knowledge about tourism is still lacking and maintenance carried out by managers is not optimal. Then the addition of other attractions and road improvements to make visitors more comfortable, where accessibility is an important factor in the visiting sector

PELATIHAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DENGAN FOKUS PEMASARAN DIGITAL

Abstract: The implementation of the community service at SMK Daarul Abroor aimed to enhance students' understanding of digital entrepreneurship and the application of simple digital marketing strategies. The results showed that the… e participants had grasped the basic concepts of digital entrepreneurship and were able to apply digital marketing strategies effectively. The success rate of this service was measured through discussions and Q&A sessions with the participants, indicating a good understanding. To improve the effectiveness of future activities, it is recommended to provide computers with internet access to enable direct practice related to digital marketing activities. Additionally, specialized practice in copywriting techniques is also necessary to maximize digital marketing activities. This will help participants understand and apply design, content layout, and copywriting techniques more efektivitas.

Abstract: Effective and efficient financial decision-making is a crucial element in the success of organizations in today's digital era. This study aims to explore how the utilization of information technology in management information… ation systems (MIS) influences the financial decision-making process within an organization. Researchers analyzed how the integration of information technology in MIS helps financial managers in collecting, managing, and analyzing financial information to support timely and accurate decision-making. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data sources collected through a literature review and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of information technology in MIS has had a positive impact on the financial decision-making process, including increased data accessibility, faster and more accurate analysis, and a better understanding of the organization's financial conditions. The practical implications of these findings include the importance of investing in adequate information technology infrastructure and developing competent human resources in managing management information systems. This study provides significant contributions to our understanding of the role of information technology in enhancing the quality of financial decision-making in a rapidly changing and increasingly complex business environment

The results show that effective information system integration enables better access to financial information, supports more timely decision making, and improves the company's operational efficiency. In addition, information system integration also contributes to HR management processes, including recruitment, training, and employee performance evaluation. The findings highlight the importance of investment in information technology and HR development as strategies to improve overall company performance. The practical implications of this study provide valuable insights for company management in designing integrated strategies to achieve their business goals.
