of financial reports and their impact on the operational efficiency of Korem 083/BDJ. With quantitative descriptive methods and path analysis using SmartPLS and SEM-PLS, this research involved employees in the planning and finance fields. The variables studied include work competency, IT utilization, financial report quality, and operational efficiency. The research results show that IT utilization has a positive impact on operational efficiency, while work competency has a negative impact. However, work and IT competencies contribute positively to the quality of financial reports, which ultimately increases operational efficiency. The quality of financial reports has also been proven to mediate the relationship between work competency, IT utilization and operational efficiency. These findings confirm that increasing operational efficiency is very dependent on the quality of financial reports as well as optimizing information technology and work competencies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of creative problem solving learning media based on technology using the Quizizz application on student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language subject of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. ,62 per 100.000 penduduk, termasuk peningkatan tujuh kasus di RW 07, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian berjudul "Hubungan Perilaku PSN Ibu Rumah Tangga dengan Tingkat Kepadatan Nyamuk Aedes aegypti di RW 07 Cipete Utara, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2024" ini mengkaji hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu rumah tangga terhadap pencegahan demam berdarah. Fokus penelitian mencakup pengelolaan tempat penyimpanan air, daur ulang barang bekas, penggunaan larvasida, dan keberadaan larva nyamuk. Dengan pendekatan analitik cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 105 responden melalui Simple Random Sampling, wawancara, dan observasi.Analisis statistik dengan uji chi-square (95% confidence level) menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dan indeks larva (p=0,034), tetapi tidak ditemukan hubungan antara sikap (p=0,503) maupun tindakan (p=0,649) dengan kepadatan larva. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) mempengaruhi kepadatan larva Aedes aegypti, sehingga diperlukan penguatan edukasi, pemantauan, dan intervensi oleh puskesmas serta kader jumantik. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan praktik PSN, program berbasis data, dan pemantauan rutin. Program "Satu Rumah Satu Jumantik" didorong untuk menjaga lingkungan bebas nyamuk.

s and economic losses. Fire disasters are one of the serious threats in various environments, including Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Prisons have a high potential risk of fire due to various factors, such as the use of unsafe electrical equipment, overcrowding, lack of adequate fire fighting facilities and riots that lead to fires. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the attitude of preparedness related to fire disaster management among correctional officers at Pohuwato Prison. The type of quantitative descriptive research , the population of all Correctional Officers at Pohuwato Prison recorded in 2024 was 71 people. Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique . The technique was chosen based on certain considerations according to the research criteria. A sample of 59 respondents was obtained. The single variable analyzed was related to the attitude of preparedness. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using reliability and normality tests . The results of the study showed a picture of the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers with a sufficient category of 56 respondents (94.9%). It was concluded that the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers was still sufficient and there was a need for counseling or training related to fire disaster management at Pohuwato Prison.

This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.
