The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between blood glucose levels and visual acuity in patients with diabetes mellitus at Toto Kabila Hospital. This research uses a quantitative research type with a research design. descriptive analytical using cross sectional approach method . The population in this study were DM patients who visited the Eye Polyclinic at Toto Kabila Hospital and the sample in this study used the technique accidental sampling with a total of 87 samples. The instrument in this study used an observation sheet. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data numerik serta analisis data yang dapat diukur yang mencakup data topografi, data modelling batubara, dan design tambang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian deskriptif yaitu observasi langsung di lapangan dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif. Dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan Software Minescape 5.12 diperoleh total waste sebesar 1.700.898,91 Bcm dan batubara sebesar 242.840,92 Ton. Hasil perhitungan dari volume dan tonase diketahui nilai nisbah pengupasan atau stripping ratio sebesar 7,00.

In the field of mining, data processing is crucial due to the uneven distribution of mineral deposits within the earth. The utilisation of the Minescape programme can enhance all aspects of technical information for a mining site, from exploration data and geological surveys to the mining production schedule, and managing three-dimensional geological models and mine designs with the CAD 3D graphics system. The methods used include numerical data collection and measurable data analysis, encompassing topographic data, coal modelling data, and mine design. This research falls into the category of descriptive research, involving direct field observations using quantitative data. Calculations using Minescape Software 5.12 revealed a total waste of 1,700,898.91 Bcm and coal of 242,840.92 tonnes. From the calculation of volume and tonnage, the stripping ratio was found to be 7.00.

Objective: To determine the process of nursing care for schizophrenic patients with sensory perception disorders, auditory hallucinations, using rebuke technique intervention. Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. Conclusion: Nursing care was successful and the rebuke technique was able to reduce the frequency of hallucinations.

rekam medis rawat jalans esuai dengan SPM yaitu ≤ 10 menit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lama waktu penyediaan rekam medis rawat jalan dan rata-rata lama waktu nya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. sampel penelitian ini adalah 44 berkas rekam medis pasien rawat jalan pada bulan Mei 2024. Dari 44 berkas rekam penyediaan 10 menit yaitu berjumlah 13 berkas rekam medis (30%) dan 10 menit yaitu berjumlah 31 berkas rekam medis (70%). Dan rata-rata lama waktu penyediaannya yaitu 13 menit atau 10 menit. Kesimpulan: Lama waktu penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit X di Purbalingga bervariasi antara ≤10 hingga 10 menit.

Hasil penelitian ini untuk unsur man sudah sesuai, untuk unsur money sudah terdapat anggaran operasional tetapi belum terlaksana untuk anggaran pelatihan, untuk unsur materials ketersediaan bahan-bahan sudah cukup memadai, unsur machine sudah terdapat mesin pendukung dalam pengelolaan, dan untuk unsur methode terdapat SOP untuk kegiatan pelaporan, tetapi belum terdapat SOP khusus untuk kegiatan pelaporan internal.

Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik paired sample t-test dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman siswa setelah menggunakan media wayang tulang rangka, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis wayang tulang rangka efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran sistem gerak manusia.

The research method used is Qualitative by using a literature-based approach. The data collected is analyzed using a quantitative approach to see if there is a significant difference between the perception of professional ethics between men and women. The results showed that there are differences in perspectives on several ethical issues, where women tend to emphasize the values of social justice and diversity, while men focus more on compliance with formal regulations. This research is expected to provide deeper insights into gender dynamics in the legal world and its contribution to the development of a more inclusive and equitable legal professional ethics.

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilaksanakan di unit poli bedah umum Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap di poli bedah tahun 2023 dan sampel sebanyak 160 berkas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mencatat berkas rekam medis yang tidak lengkap menggunakan lembar checklist. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui presentase kelengkapan pengisian berkas pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto pada komponen identifikasi sebesar 83,95% lengkap dan 18,75% tidak lengkap. Pada komponen autentikasi sebesar 81,25% lengkap dan 18,75% tidak lengkap. Pada komponen laporan penting, 96,77% lengkap dan 3,23% tidak lengkap. Pada komponen pencatatan, 100% lengkap dan 0% tidak lengkap. Persentase kelengkapan pengisian dokumen rekam medis rawat inap di poliklinik bedah RS Wijayakusuma Purwokerto pada item identifikasi, autentikasi dan laporan penting belum mencapai 100%.
