e coaches and players in understanding, implementing, and developing defensive system patterns, particularly mixed defense patterns in futsal. This community service was carried out through three meetings, beginning with a pre-test in the form of a questionnaire containing 15 questions regarding defensive pattern strategies. After the coaching clinic, a similar questionnaire was administered again as a post-test. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of up to 80% among players and coaches after participating in the training. This finding confirms that the coaching clinic method is able to deliver material systematically and easily understood, so it can be an effective alternative strategy in improving the understanding of defensive tactics in futsal.

The principal has the ability to lead all school resources. SDN 1 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru found several problems that were almost the same in the two schools, namely: Limited resources, including teacher competency, use of IT, funds, budget allocation and facilities. Principal Policy and Leadership has a very big role in dealing with various problems in implementing the independent learning curriculum.
This research aims to: 1) Identify the Principal's Policy and Leadership in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at SDN 1 Sungai Besar and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru, 2) Analyze the results of the Principal's Policy and Leadership in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum at SDN 1 Sungai Besar and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru, and 3) Analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Principal's Policy and Leadership in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum.
This research is a qualitative descriptive research using the main instrument of interviews. The data sources in this research are school principals and teachers at SDN 1 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman concept, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research show that: 1) How the Principal's Policy and Leadership in implementing the independent learning curriculum includes: Vision and Mission in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, Policies that support the independent learning curriculum, Leadership periodic collaboration in decision making of the Independent Curriculum 2) Implementation Results by measuring the results of implementation With this policy and leadership, school principals can assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum and make the necessary adjustments to achieve better results in the future. The principal can evaluate the impact of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy and make the necessary adjustments to ensure that all school members get maximum benefits from the implementation of the curriculum. 3) Supporting Factors for the policy and the principal's leadership. The principal's strong and visionary leadership can motivate and direct the entire school community in implementing the independent learning curriculum, Inhibiting Factors Leadership that is less consistent or less committed and budget limitations can hinder the ability to provide facilities.

This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type in the form of information in the form of descriptions. Documentation data collection techniques, observations, interviews with 2 principals, 5 deputy principals, and 4 teachers. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of human resource development based on the value of paddle baimbai at SMPIT Robbani is carried out based on teamwork and collaboration. Meanwhile, in SMPIT ANIC is based on morals and self-potential. 2) Programs implemented at SMPIT Robbani include APNI, IHT, Kombel, Morning Instruction, Training, Workshop, Supervision, Coaching, tahsin and teacher tahfizh. At SMPIT ANIC, there are training, mentorship, leadership development, character development and English learning. 3) The obstacles faced by SMPIT Robbani are the time of activities at the same time as other activities, lack of understanding, limited human resources, difficulties in implementation, and lack of motivation. The challenge faced is maintaining commitment. Meanwhile, the obstacles to SMPIT ANIC are limited time and availability of resources, underestimating training, resistance and motivation. The challenge faced is to change the mindset and ensure consistency of implementation in schools.

Tetapi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani sering ada hal yang sering terlupakan, yaitu kebugaran siswa. Kenyataan nya kebugaran siswa adalah salah satu dari tujuan pendidikan jasmani itu sendiri. Tahun 2023 kemendikbud Indonesia telah mengeluarkan Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia, yang mana tes ini sesuai dengan kondisi sarana prasarana yang ada di daerah-daerah Indonesia. Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia. (TKSI) merupakan satu paket rangkaian tes kebugaran siswa Indonesia yang harus dilakukan secara keseluruhan tanpa mengurangi dan menambahkan item tes lain. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian terhadap masyarakat ini adalah untuk menjadi panduan bagi guru-guru tingkat SMA di kota Banjarbaru dalam pelaksanaan tes dan latihan, serta sebagai alat pengolahan dan penyimpanan data, bahkan sebagai prediktor dalam pengembangan bakat peserta didik di bidang olahraga. TKSI adalah sebuah web untuk mengukur Tingkat kebugaran jasmani dan mengukur serta indeks massa tubuh (BMI) yang bertujuan untuk mengukur berat dan tinggi ideal siswa. Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan, terlebih dahulu diadakan pretes kemampuan tentang pengetahuan tentang tes kebugaran siswa Indonesia. Begitu pula setelah selesai rangkaian sosialisasi, Para guru diberikan 18 soal tentang (TKSI) post tes tentang pengetahuan tentang tes dan kebugaran siswa. Ada peningkatan sekitar 80% pengetahuan tentang tes kebugaran siswa indonesia yang terlihat dari post test dari kegiatan yang meningkat.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran bunga norma berbasis kurikulum merdeka meningkatkan kreativitas siswa melalui kegiatan 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, dan 3) Evaluasi. Seiring waktu, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia serta sarana dan prasarana yang tidak sepenuhnya memadai menjadi kendala dalam menciptakan kearsipan kantor yang sistematis dan efektif serta efisien yang seharusnya menjadi standar serta dibutuhkan dalam tata pengelolaan sebuah kearsipan . Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian terapan (applied research) dengan sifat penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bagaimanapun metode kearsipannya, antara kearsipan manual dan elektronik adalah dua hal yang saling melengkapi, oleh karena itu harus cermat dalam pelaksanaannya. Pemaksimalan kearsipan secara manual kini dirasa sudah kurang relevan, sedangkan kearsipan secara elektronik belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Simple digital archives dirancang dan dapat dioperasikan sebagai tindak lanjut dari kearsipan manual, setelah kearsipan manual dijalankan dengan cermat sebagaimana mestinya, dilanjutkan dengan simple digital archives, agar terciptanya administrasi dan kearsipan kantor urusan agama yang lebih mudah dan lebih tertib.
