OPTIMIZATION CALCULATION OF ELECTRICAL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP IN MAA-72 WELL IN X FIELD PT Y

Abstract: MAA-72 well experienced a decrease in production rate, Pump IND1300 42 hz / pump ROR of 960- 1640 bfpd. Well production is Qgross 599.97 bfpd. The required data obtained are general report electrical submersible pump, reservoir… servoir data, fluid properties data, production data and wellprofile data, data obtained directly from the computer in the field. In data processing, the method is to determine the potential analysis of the well, evaluate the installed pump, and optimize the well with a new pump. Optimum results of 1498.55 bfpd, Gf 0.435 Psi/ft, IND1300 pump evaluation, namely PIP 170.37 Psi, TDH 1782.27 ft, PSD 1969.42 ft, number of stages 200 stages, EP 49% and Hp 33.5. Optimization was carried out by replacing the pump. New pump selection DN1800/60 Hz / ROR 1200-2400 bfpd, head/stage 22 ft, Hp 0.34 EP 70%. Determination of new pump PSD 2022.94 ft, PIP 43.5 Psi, TDH 2212.32 ft, number of stages 22 stages. Increase in Qact production rate (599.97 bfpd) to (1498.55 bfpd) with a rate increase of 898.58 bfpd.

PEMBUATAN BIOETANOL DARI MAHKOTA BUAH NANAS VARIETAS CAYANE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE

Abstract: The scarcity of petroleum resources or other fuel sources encourages efforts to find alternative energy, namely Bioethanol.  Alternative raw materials that can be utilised in the manufacture of bioethanol from biomass are… re pineapple crowns. Making Bioethanol from Pineapple Fruit Crown Cayane Variety by Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae Microbes is by varying the weight of yeast and the optimum fermentation time on the level of bioethanol produced.  In this study using NaOH 1.5%w to degrade the lignin content in the crown of pineapple varieties cayane and H2SO4 2%v to convert cellulose into glucose. The research used variations in yeast weight of 7.5%; 10%; 12.5%w and variations in fermentation time of 2; 3; 4; 5 days in the fermentation process.  While the purification process uses simple distillation with operating conditions 78oC-80oC for 2.5 -4 hours.  Bioethanol obtained was tested for refractive index and gask romatography (GC). The test results obtained the optimum weight of yeast is 12.5 grams at 3 days fermentation time with bioethanol content of 6.154%.

TURMERIC EXTRACT EFFECTIVENESS WHITE (CURCUMA DOMESTICA .VALL ) FOR TREATMENT OF BACTERIAL INFECTIONS IN VIBRIO ALGINOLYTICUS MOUSE GROUPER (CROMILEPTES ALTIVELIS)

Abstract: This study were aimed to (1) To study the effectiveness of white turmeric extract Curcuma domestica .Vall in treating a mouse Cromileptes altivelis from the attack of Vibrio alginolyticus., (2) To study the dose of the best… est white turmeric extract in treating a Cromileptes altivelis from attacks by bacteria Vibrio alginolyticus. (3) To study the effect of white turmeric extract against the survival rate Mouse grouper (Cromileptes altivelis), which in the infection of Vibrio alginolyticus. The experiment was arranged with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Preliminary research conducted LD50 test to determine the pathogenic bacterium V. alginolyticus which caused the death of test fish as much as 50%. In vitro test was done to see anti-bacterial activity of white turmeric extract against V. alginolyticus. From this test, the optimum concentration of white turmeric extract the effective tackling of V. Alginolyticus was obtained was obtained Test in vivo was carried out to determine the effect of the bacteria V. alginolyticus against Cromileptes altivelis healing response in Cromileptes altivelis after giving white turmeric extract. Results showed that (1) MIC and MBC values obtained by concentration of 0.25% and 0.75%, where the concentration of 0.75% was the effective dose of white turmeric extract in tackling the V. alginolyticus (2) The best treatment dose of the best survival rate of Cromileptes altivelis was 1% of white turmeric extract (3) the Survival Rate of mouse grouper wasn’t effected by white turmeric extract treatment significantly    

STUDENT DEPRESSION SCREENING BASED ON THE OPTIMUM DATA BALANCING AND RANDOM FOREST

Abstract: Abstract: Mental health issues, particularly depression among young adult university students, are often detected late due to stigma and reluctance to seek medical consultation. The objective of this study is to develop… an early screening model employing machine learning techniques, specifically the random forest algorithm, on a dataset of 268 students (aged 17-29 years; consisting of 98 males and 170 females) within a multicultural educational setting. The principal challenges associated with this dataset are class imbalance and the potential for data leakage from clinical scores. This study implements a rigorous feature selection approach that involves the elimination of depression score features and the utilization of the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to balance the training data distribution. Furthermore, a Threshold Tuning strategy is employed to prioritize detection sensitivity (Recall). The findings indicate that reducing the decision threshold to an optimal value of 0.25 led to a substantial enhancement in the recall value, increasing it from 36% (baseline) to 77%. A feature importance analysis was conducted, the results of which indicated that Total Social Connectedness (ToSC) is the most dominant predictor. In summary, the present study corroborates the notion that optimizing sensitivity through threshold tuning is of paramount importance for medical screening. Furthermore, social isolation factors emerge as more significant indicators of depression risk than demographic attributes.             Keywords: data mining; depression; imbalanced data; random forest; smote; threshold tuning     Abstrak: Masalah kesehatan mental, khususnya depresi di kalangan mahasiswa dewasa muda, sering terdeteksi terlambat akibat stigma dan enggan mencari konsultasi medis. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengembangkan model skrining dini menggunakan teknik machine learning, khususnya algoritma random forest, pada dataset 268 mahasiswa (usia 17-29 tahun; terdiri dari 98 laki-laki dan 170 perempuan) dalam lingkungan pendidikan multikultural. Tantangan utama yang terkait dengan dataset ini adalah ketidakseimbangan kelas dan potensi kebocoran data dari skor klinis. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan seleksi fitur yang ketat, yang melibatkan eliminasi fitur skor depresi dan penggunaan Teknik Over-sampling Minoritas Sintetis (SMOTE) untuk menyeimbangkan distribusi data pelatihan. Selain itu, strategi Penyesuaian Ambang Batas diterapkan untuk memprioritaskan sensitivitas deteksi (Recall). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengurangi ambang batas keputusan ke nilai optimal 0,25 menyebabkan peningkatan signifikan dalam nilai recall, dari 36% (dasar) menjadi 77%. Analisis pentingnya fitur dilakukan, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Total Social Connectedness (ToSC) adalah prediktor yang paling dominan. Secara ringkas, studi ini membenarkan bahwa mengoptimalkan sensitivitas melalui penyesuaian ambang batas sangat penting untuk skrining medis. TRAVELLING SALESMAN PROBLEM (TSP) OPTIMIZATION SEED DIS-TRIBUTION USING GENETIC ALGORITHM

Abstract: Abstract: Distribution is an important the business sector, the agricultural sector for distributing seeds to ensure the location of customers selling seeds. Problems that are often encountered seed distribution process… are the efficiency of the time and distance distribution. Re search will build software entering initial location data and several dynamically added consumer agents. The distance parameter uses latitude-longitude integrated on google maps and detects varying store locations, the generation of chromosomes or the best distribution path with the minimum distance route. The heuristic approach using the Genetic Algorithm imitates the concept of biological evolution of random exchange structure series. This study is to distribute 3 types of seeds with a choice of weights that have been divided into 3 areas located on the map of Indonesia using land routes. The results of the test of the population of the average fitness value tend to remain from the previous value of 1-10 the fitness value and the optimum iteration with 9-12 with an average fitness value of 44.2. Optimal results are obtained when Mr is higher than the Cr values. Thus, the Genetic Algorithm can be used for TSP seed distribution paths. 1:2 fitness evaluation compared with the usual estimates used .            Keywords: Genetic Algorithm; Route Optimization; Seed Distribution; TSP   Abstrak: Distribusi menjadi hal penting berwirausaha, salah satunya pada bidang pertanian untuk pendistribusian benih sampai lokasi tujuan. Permasalahan sering ditemui dalam proses pendistribusian adalah efektifan, efisiensi waktu dan jarak tempuh. Sehingga penelitian akan membangun perangkat lunak dengan memasukan data titik lokasi awal dan beberapa lokasi tujuan agen konsumen ditambahkan secara dinamis. Parameter jarak menggunakan latitude-longitude terintegrasi pada google maps yang mendeteksi keberadaan lokasi, selanjutnya diketahui generasi kromosom atau jalur distribusi terbaik dengan rute minimum. Pendekatan Heuristic menggunakan Algoritma Genetika meniru konsep evolusi biologis deretan struktur pertukaran informasi secara acak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat mendistribusikan jenis benih dengan pilihan bobot yang telah terbagi dalam wilayah lokasi. Satu wilayah lokasi terdapat beberapa lokasi toko ditambahkan secara dinamis, dengan proses yang sudah ditentukan titik awal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada proses penentuan rute lokasi saja. Hasil pengujian jumlah populasi rata-rata nilai fitness cenderung bersifat tetap dari nilai sebelumnya selisih 1-10 nilai fitness dan iterasi optimum dengan 9-12 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness 44,2. Hasil optimum didapatkan ketika Mutation rate (Mr) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai Crossover rate (Cr). Maka, Algoritma Genetika bisa digunakan untuk TSP jalur distribusi benih pengujian menghasilkan evaluasi fitnes 1:2 untuk Algoritma Genetika dibandingkan dengan estimasi jarak biasa digunakan. Abstract: PT Berau Coal as one of the National Coal mining companies operating in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, is always trying to increase its coal production. PT Berau Coal's production target in 2014 is 23 million tons (Source:… ce: PT Berau Coal's 5-year long-term plan document). This increase in production can basically be achieved in 2 (two) ways, namely: 1. This is done by adding heavy equipment such as loading equipment and production transportation equipment so that production capacity becomes greater. 2. This is done by maximizing the productivity of mechanical equipment, namely existing loading and transport equipment. Increasing production capacity by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment is a relatively cheaper way than adding heavy equipment. Efficiency is the key to increasing the productivity of existing mechanical tools. Based on considerations of the company's need to increase production, one of which is by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment, this research aims to conduct a study on the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment carried out at the Agaru Pit mining block 44-50 at the Samabarata site. PT Berau Coal so that the results of this study can determine the productivity of each mechanical device. The research method is carried out using direct computation, tabular method, and comparison between theoretical and actual and using the theory of calculation equations. Where the supporting data for analysis is in the form of field data as primary data and literature data as supporting (secondary) data. The results of this research study are the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment where there are deviation values between actual and theoretical, both positive deviation (the optimum positive deviation between actual and theoretical is 97.3%) and negative deviation (optimum negative deviation between actual and theoretical is -11.8 %).

Penentuan Kondisi Optimum Waktu Aging Pada Sintesis Silika Xerogel Dari Limbah Abu Terbang

Abstract: Silika xerogel merupakan silika gel yang dihilangkan kandungan airnya dengan menaikkan suhu dan tekanan. Silika xerogel terdiri dari senyawa silika (SiO2) yang dapat diekstraksi dari abu terbang yang memiliki kandungan silika… ilika tinggi. Silika xerogel dapat disintesis dengan metode sol-gel. Proses ini terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu pembentukan sol, gelasi, aging, dan pengeringan. Tahapan aging sangat penting pada metode sol-gel, karena aging dapat mempengaruhi karakteristik dari silika xerogel yang dihasilkan, seperti luas permukaan, morfologi, volume dan ukuran pori, dan densitas silika xerogel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, waktu aging optimum pada waktu aging 18 jam dengan luas permukaan 23,005 m2/g dan hasil karakteristik dengan FTIR menunjukkan silika xerogel yang disintesis mengandung gugus silanol pada bilangan gelombang 3435,88 cm-1 dan siloksan pada bilangan gelombang 1039,74 cm-1

Pengaruh Penambahan Diethanolamine (DEA) Pada SnO2 Dalam Degradasi Methyl Orange

Abstract: Pengelolaan air limbah domestik di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan teknis dan non-teknis. Nanopartikel SnO2 dapat digunakan sebagai fotokatalis untuk medegradasi polutan organik menjadi produk yang ramah lingkungan… berupa CO2 dan H2O. Metode yang digunakan untuk uji aktivitas fotokatalis menggunakan metode fotolisis. Hasil degradasi methyl orange didapatkan sebesar 87.89% dengan SnO2 dengan penambahan 1.5 mL Diethanolamine (DEA) sedangkan nilai optimum degradasi methyl orange dengan SnO2 tanpa penambahan aditif didapatkan lebih kecil sebesar 3.63%. Hal ini menunjukkan efektivitas fotokatalis pada nanopartikel SnO2 dengan penambahan DEA.
