rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.

This law has jurisdiction applicable to every person who commits legal acts as regulated in this Act, both within the territory of Indonesia and outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia, which has legal consequences in the jurisdiction of Indonesia and / or outside the jurisdiction of Indonesia and harm the interests of Indonesia. Memberikan informasi kepada seluruh siswa-siswi berkaitan penerapan UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) merupakan hal yang harus dilaksanakan, sebab saat ini kita lihat banyak anak sekolah rentan terhadap pelanggaran UU ITE. Undang-undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (disingkat UU ITE) atau Undang-undang nomor 11 Tahun 2008 adalah UU yang mengatur tentang informasi serta transaksi elektronik, atau teknologi informasi secara umum. UU ini memiliki yurisdiksi yang berlaku untuk setiap orang yang melakukan perbuatan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang ini, baik yang berada di wilayah Indonesia maupun di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia, yang memiliki akibat hukum di wilayah hukum Indonesia dan/atau di luar wilayah hukum Indonesia dan merugikan kepentingan Indonesia. Banyak kalangan menginginkan pasal 27 ayat 3 di Undang-undang No. 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE) untuk dihapus. Alasannya, karena pasal 27 ayat 3 UU ITE yang biasa disebut dengan pasal karet sebagai undang-undang yang berbahaya. Terlebih lagi jika diterapkan oleh pihak-pihak yang tak paham soal dunia maya.

This study aims to develop a system that can measure air quality in real-time and detect pollutants in the campus environment. The system utilizes MQ-135 and MQ-2 sensors integrated with a microprocessor to process and transmit data to an IoT-based database. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to describe the facts and trends based on the available data. The results indicate that air quality is good in the morning, worsens during the afternoon, and improves again in the evening, reflecting increased pollution during periods of heightened industrial and transportation activities. The implementation of this system is expected to contribute to the creation of a healthier environment and raise awareness about the importance of air quality.

Abstrak: Peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa di Kampus STMIK Royal Kisaran telah meningkatkan risiko polusi udara akibat asap kendaraan, rokok, dan pembakaran sampah, terutama di sekitar kantin kampus. Lokasi kampus yang dekat dengan pabrik karet dan jalan lintas Sumatera sehingga memperburuk kualitas udara dan sangat mempengaruhi kesehatan para individu yang beraktivitas di STMIK Royal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem yang dapat mengukur kualitas udara secara real-time dan mendeteksi polutan di lingkungan kampus. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor MQ-135 dan MQ-2 yang terintegrasi dengan mikroprosesor untuk mengolah dan mengirim data ke database berbasis IoT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan fakta dan kecenderungan dari data yang tersedia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas udara baik di pagi hari, memburuk di siang hari, dan membaik lagi di sore hari, menunjukkan peningkatan polusi saat aktivitas pabrik dan transportasi meningkat. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung terciptanya lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kualitas udara.

This fantastic amount can be utilized by the development of mobile-based information systems for forecasting. Predictions of a forecast can be realized by using several methods. The Weighted Moving Average method is one of them. This method provides predictions for the future by utilizing previous data and giving different weights for each data used. The level of confidence in forecasting can be determined by measuring the error percentage of the forecasting obtained. The higher the error rate can be interpreted that the forecasting results obtained are increasingly unreliable or inaccurate, and vice versa. This forecasting technique can be applied in various fields of work, including in forecasting rubber production. By obtaining forecasting data on rubber production in the future, of course, it can provide an overview of future work steps, so that it can increase the company's work productivity. Based on this, the researchers intend to build a mobile-based forecasting application system, so that it can be installed in a mobile device later, especially mobile technology with the Android operating system.

Abstrak: M-Forecasting atau Mobile Forecasting dapat diartikan sebagai peramalan berbasis mobile. Peramalan disini berarti memprediksi suatu keadaan dimasa mendatang. Penggunaan teknologi mobile dalam peramalan dianggap tepat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peramalan yang akan dilakukan, hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi mobile yang kian pesat, dimana lembaga riset digital marketing emarketer memperkirakan pada 2018 jumlah pengguna aktif smartphone di Indonesia lebih dari 100 juta orang. Jumlah yang fantastis ini dapat dimanfaatkan dengan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis mobile untuk peramalan. Prediksi dari sebuah peramalan dapat terwujud dengan penggunaan beberapa metode. Metode Weighted Moving Average adalah salah satunya. Metode ini memberikan prediksi masa depan dengan memanfaatkan data-data terdahulu dan memberikan bobot yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap data yang digunakan. Tingkat kepercayaan peramalan dapat diketahui dengan mengukur persentase eror dari peramalan yang diperoleh. Semakin tinggi tingkat eror dapat diartikan bahwa hasil peramalan yang diperoleh semakin tidak dapat dipercaya atau tidak akurat, begitu juga sebaliknya. Teknik peramalan ini dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang pekerjaan, termasuk dalam peramalan produksi karet. Dengan memperoleh data peramalan produksi karet dimasa mendatang tentunya dapat memberikan gambaran untuk langkah-langkah kerja kedepannya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti bermaksud membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi peramalan berbasis mobile, sehingga dapat dipasang diperangkat mobile nantinya, khususnya teknologi mobile dengan sistem operasi android.
