is community service program aimed to improve residents’ literacy in data-based planning and strengthen meaningful participation in formulating settlement-environment program proposals. The activity was conducted in Kalijaga Village, Aikmel Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, on 17 November 2025 as a special village deliberation meeting (Musyawarah Desa Khusus; Musdesus) involving 75 participants representing village stakeholders, including youth and community organizations (Karang Taruna and the Village Community Resilience Institution/Lembaga Ketahanan Masyarakat Desa; LKMD). A participatory education approach was applied through short lectures, focused discussions, and hands-on proposal drafting using simple minimum data and a standard structure (problem–location–target group–indicators–resource needs). Evaluation was descriptive using facilitator field notes and a proposal-completeness rubric. Of 49 written proposals collected (N=49), 40 (81.6%) met all minimum elements, while 9 (18.4%) were incomplete. The results indicate a shift from general complaints toward more structured proposals with clearer locations, target groups, and basic indicators. Data-based village planning education is a low-cost intervention to improve the quality of community participation outputs and enhance the readiness of proposals for subsequent village planning processes..

The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

o its vulnerability to wave-induced beach damage. To simulate wave conditions, a wave generator was designed using a 12-volt DC motor integrated into an acrylic wave bath. This research analyses the effectiveness of three types of coastal safety structures: reflectors, sea walls and sloping sea walls. Laboratory experiments measured the wave overflow volume for each type of structure under controlled conditions. The results showed that reflector-type structures achieved the highest efficiency in mitigating wave overtopping, with an average minimum overtopping value of 0.006 m³/ms. The findings emphasise the importance of selecting and designing appropriate coastal protection measures to minimise coastal erosion, protect coastal infrastructure and reduce risks to surrounding settlements. This study contributes valuable insights into the role of engineered structures in enhancing coastal resilience, especially for areas vulnerable to high wave energy.

Government's initiative in launching QRIS is to make it easier for people who prefer digital payments, especially young people in Indonesia. The use of QRIS itself is increasing every year. The Governor of Bank Indonesia stated that more than 90% of UMKMs in Indonesia have used QRIS. The benefits of using QRIS for UMKM are faster payment processes, no need to prepare for money returns, increased sales turnover, easier settlement process, and financial discipline. The model used in this study is the Technology Accepted Model (TAM). TAM is a method to measure individual reception to the use of information technology systems. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) are used as populations in this study. In the sample selection, the researchers conducted the dissemination of the questionnaire with two events, namely online and offline. The samples obtained after the implementation of disseminated questionnaires and according to the conditions of the research sample are as many as 210 UMKM. Further, SmartPLS version 4 software is used for data processing. The findings from this study are that product knowledge variables significantly affect the use of QRIS. Perceived usefulness variables have also been found to influence the use. The same thing was also found in the perceived ease of use variable. Other findings that are backward related to the perception of risk variables. On this variable, it has been found that there is a negative influence against the use, so, it can be concluded that UMKM in Semarang district is still afraid related to financial risk as a result of the QRIS use.

To receive the PKH Program) the government has set several criteria, including income, house ownership status, house size, floor type, roof, wall, and type of water source. As for the way to do the settlement of the criteria that have been set, namely by utilizing the Data Mining technique through the Naïve Bayes method. The dataset in this study is the data of recipients of the 2020 Family Hope Program as many as 82 samples. The results of the classification modeling with the Naïve Bayes Algorithm produce precision values for the positive class 100%, for the negative class 77%, the recall value for the positive class 80%, for the negative class 100%, the f1-score value for the positive class 89%, for the negative class 87%, and 88% accuracy value. The purpose of this research is to help the Social Service in classifying the recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH).

Untuk menerima Program PKH) pemerintah sudah menetapkan beberapa kriteria, diantaranya Penghasilan, Status Kepemilikan Rumah, Ukuran Rumah, tipe Lantai, Atap, Dinding, serta jenis sumber air. Adapun cara untuk melakukan penyelesaian terhadap kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknik Data Mining melalui Metode Naïve Bayes. Dataset dalam penelitian ini adalah data penerima Program Keluarga Harapan tahun 2020 sebanyak 82 sampel. Hasil pemodelan klasifikasi dengan Algoritma Naïve Bayes menghasilkan besaran nilai precision untuk kelas positif 100%, untuk kelas negatif 77%, nilai recall untuk kelas positif 80%, untuk kelas negatif 100%, nilai f1-score untuk kelas positif 89%, untuk kelas negatif 87%, dan nilai akurasi 88%. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Dinas Sosial mengklasifikasikan penerima Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH).

community to use goat dung as a planting medium in Grabagan village. Piles of goat droppings can cause air pollution which can disrupt residents' activities. One of solutions to reducing goat waste is to use it as a planting medium. The method used is the ABCD method (Asset Based Community Development). Community service activities were carried out in Grabagan village with participants from 30 PKK women and 20 students from UPT SDN I Grabagan. Training activities involve participants in direct practice in making planting media. Increased knowledge of participants regarding understanding planting media from goat manure, namely from the first meeting 60% to 90% at the second meeting. Monitoring carried out after the training activity revealed that 45% of the participants practiced the utilization and use of goat dung planting media in their homes. Apart from residents' homes, planting media is also used for the toga corner in the Grabaga village hall.

Abstrak: Limbah kotoran kambing memiliki banyak manfaat untuk tumbuhan. Warga Desa Grabagan banyak yang memiliki hewan ternak kambing sehingga kotoran kambing banyak ditemukan di pemukiman Desa Grabagan Tuban. Kotoran kambing yang menumpuk bisa menimbulkan polusi udara sehingga menganggu aktivitas warga. Salah satu solusi mengurangi limbah kotoran kambing dapat digunakan sebagai media tanam. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan kotoran kambing sebagai media tanam di desa Grabagan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di desa Grabagan dengan peserta dari 30 ibu-ibu PKK dan 20 siswa dari UPT SDN I Grabagan. Kegiatan pelatihan melibatkan peserta untuk praktik langsung untuk membuat media tanam. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pemahaman media tanam dari kotoran kambing yaitu dari pertemuan pertama 60% menjadi 90% pada pertemuan kedua. Monitoring yang dilakukan setelah kegiatan pelatihan diketahui bahwa terdapat 45% dari peserta yang mempraktikkan dalam pemanfaatan dan penggunaan media tanam dari kotoran kambing di rumah mereka. Selain di rumah warga, media tanam juga dimanfaatkan untuk pojok toga yang ada di balai desa Grabagan.

nological developments and development are increasing, disrupting rainwater catchment areas and reducing the ability of rainwater to infiltration. When the rainy season, the problem in RT 18 is a lot of runoff that cannot quickly absorb into the reservoir, resulting in stagnant water which is quite disturbing to residents' activities. Meanwhile, during the dry season, the borehole water discharge is greatly reduced and seawater intrusion occurs into the well. To overcome this there must be a solution offered to overcome these problems. Therefore one method to build public awareness is through counseling about the importance of infiltration wells. The results of the implementation showed that before counseling the participants' understanding test results were only 14.17% and after counseling the participants' understanding was 77.5%. There was an increase in participants' understanding of 63.33%.

Abstrak: Peningkatan jumlah penduduk di perkotaan akan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan jumlah pemukiman dan perumahan, sehingga banyak lahan akan beralih fungsi yang berakibat pada rusaknya daerah resapan air. Perkembangan teknologi dan pembangunan yang makin meningkat, membuat lahan resapan air hujan terganggangu dan mengurangi kemampuan air hujan meresap kedalam tanah. Pada saat musim penghujan tiba permasalahan yang terjadi di RT 18 yaitu banyak limpasan air yang tidak bisa cepat menyerap ke dalam tahan sehingga terjadi genangan air yang cukup mengganggu aktivitas warga. Sedangkan ketika musim kemarau debit air sumur bor sangat berkurang serta terjadi instrusi air laut ke dalam sumur. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut harus ada solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu salah satu metode untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat yaitu melalui penyuluhan tentang arti penting sumur resapan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkkan sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan hasil test pemahaman peserta hanya 14,17% dan setelah penyuluhan pemahaman peserta 77,5%. Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 63,33%.

imating GRDP using integration of satellite imagery and official statistics data can provide valuable information. This research estimates the GRDP value in 2022 by using data in 2019 to 2021 related to two aspects, agriculture and non-agriculture. Soil adjusted vegetation index (SAVI), enhanced vegetation index (EVI), and land cover (LC) used as agriculture aspect, while nighttime light (NTL), human settlement index (HSI), land area, and population per regency/city used as non-agriculture aspect. GRDP estimation are produced with machine learning approach using support vector machine (SVM) and random forest (RF) method. Correlation test on each variable shows only land area that does not have a significant correlation with GRDP. RF model then chosen as the best model with RMSE, MSE, MAE, and R2 value of 0.2549; 0.5049; 0.7727; and 0.2543, respectively. The estimated values acquired in several regencies/cities have rather near, some even very close to the official statistics values.

Abstrak: Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) merupakan salah satu indikator sosio-ekonomi yang penting. Penghitungan nilai PDRB dengan pendekatan yang melibatkan kombinasi data citra satelit dan statistik resmi dapat memberikan informasi serta pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini melakukan estimasi nilai PDRB pada tahun 2022 menggunakan data tahun 2019 hingga 2021 dengan melibatkan dua aspek, agrikultur dan non-agrikultur. Data soil adjusted vegetation index (SAVI), enhanced vegetation index (EVI), dan tutupan lahan (land cover/LC) digunakan sebagai aspek agrikultur, sementara data citra cahaya malam (NTL), human settlement indeks (HSI), luas wilayah kabupaten/kota, dan jumlah populasi per kabupaten/kota digunakan sebagai aspek non-agrikultur. Estimasi PDRB dihasilkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan machine learning berupa support vector machine (SVM) dan random forest (RF). Pengecekan korelasi antarvariabel menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel luas wilayah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai PDRB. Model random forest kemudian dipilih sebagai model terbaik dengan nilai evaluasi RMSE, MSE, MAE, dan berturut-turut sebesar 0.2549, 0.5049, 0.7727, dan 0.2543. Nilai estimasi yang diperoleh di beberapa kabupaten/kota cukup mendekati, bahkan ada yang sangat dekat dengan nilai statistik resmi.

Where the Pasiran Village Hall Office carries out activities to distribute assistance to village communities who are declared to be underprivileged or have low incomes below 3.5 million. With such a large number of village people, an in-depth analysis is needed to determine which poor people are entitled to receive Non-Cash Food Assistance from the government. The solution to this problem is to use data mining with the Naïve Bayes algorithm for data classification. Data mining is the science of extracting information by utilizing data sets to obtain valuable information with a large enough data size through the process of extracting data or filtering data. The classification application uses the naïve Bayes algorithm used at the Pasiran Village Office to produce a classification of beneficiaries, namely Worthy and Unworthy based on the attributes of Citizenship, Family Group, ASN Status, and Having a Healthy Family Card.

Abstrak: Masyarakat miskin merupakan suatu kondisi dimana keadaan masyarakat yang tidak memiliki sarana dan prasarana serta lingkungan yang memadai, dengan kualitas perumahan dan pemukiman yang jauh dibawah standar kelayakan serta mata pencaharian yang tidak menentu yang mencakup seluruh multidimensi. Kantor Balai Desa Pasiran Kecamatan Sei Dadap merupakan salah satu instansi yang berada di daerah Pasiran, Sei Kamah. Dimana Kantor Balai Desa Pasiran melakukan kegiatan pembagian bantuan terhadap masyarakat desa yang dinyatakan kurang mampu atau memiliki penghasilan rendah dibawah 3,5 juta. Dengan jumlah masyarakat desa yang begitu banyak, diperlukan analisis yang mendalam untuk menentukan masyarakat tidak mampu yang berhak untuk mendapatkan Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai dari pemerintah. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah menggunakan data mining dengan algoritma naïve bayes untuk klasifikasi data. Data mining merupakan suatu ilmu untuk menggali informasi dengan memanfaatkan kumpulan data untuk mendapatkan berbagai informasi yang berharga dengan ukuran data yang cukup besar melalui proses penggalian data atau penyaringan data. Aplikasi klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma naïve bayes yang terapkan pada Kantor Balai Desa Pasiran menghasilkan klasifikasi warga penerima bantuan yaitu Layak dan Tidak Layak berdasarkan atribut Kewarganegaraan, Golongan Keluarga, Status ASN dan Memiliki Kartu Keluarga Sehat.
