Ni0.05Zn0.95O exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity, attributed to its superior Ni atomic composition. This research demonstrates that combining Ni-doping with chemical dispersion effectively optimizes both the electronic and physical properties of photocatalysts for enhanced hydrogen harvesting.

Physical environmental factors, including air quality, temperature, humidity, and wind speed, play an important role in influencing dust generation, dispersion, and inhalation exposure. This narrative review aims to synthesize current evidence on the influence of physical environmental conditions on silica exposure and silicosis development, integrating findings from environmental monitoring studies, epidemiological research, and experimental Wistar rat models. A literature search was conducted using major scientific databases to identify relevant peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2024. The reviewed evidence indicates that prolonged or high-intensity exposure to silica dust is strongly associated with chronic pulmonary inflammation and progressive fibrosis. Environmental conditions can exacerbate exposure risk by increasing airborne particulate concentrations and respiratory vulnerability. Experimental studies using Wistar rats provide mechanistic insights into silica-induced lung injury, supporting epidemiological observations in human populations. This review highlights the importance of integrating environmental, occupational, and biological perspectives to improve risk prediction, early detection, and preventive strategies for silicosis in coal-handling regions.

The compression technique is carried out at several points where there are large blood vessels (neck folds, right and left axillary folds, right and left thigh folds) so that vasodilation occurs and then accelerates evaporation and conduction to lower body temperature in children. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of administering Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) to reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village. Method: This study used a descriptive case study with respondents of toddlers with hyperthermia problems. The focus of this case study is the provision of Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) with hyperthermia problems as a nonpharmacological action. This study was conducted in Panican Village for 3 days starting on 23-25 June 2025. Results: After being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days with 1 meeting within 15-30 minutes using water temperature of 37oC40oC, the child's body temperature decreased, the initial result was 38.7oC and after being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days, the result was 37.3oC. Conclusion: Providing Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) can reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village.

This study used a descriptive case study approach and was conducted in Kemojing Village. After applying onion compresses for three days, with each session lasting 15 minutes, the children's body temperature decreased. The initial body temperature was 38.4°C, which decreased to 36.8°C by the end of the third day. Using onion compresses on children with fever can effectively reduce their body temperature.

ctiveness of three types of membership functions (MF), namely triangular, trapezoidal, and Gaussian, in improving energy efficiency and the stability of room temperature and humidity control. Simulations were performed using MATLAB software with the Mamdani fuzzy inference method and centroid defuzzification technique. The three MF were tested using 30 sets of temperature and humidity data to analyze their effect on fan speed and power consumption. The simulation results show that the trapezoidal MF provides the highest energy efficiency of 57.24%, followed by the Gaussian MF at 56.80% and the triangular MF at 53.71%. These findings indicate that fuzzy systems can significantly reduce energy consumption compared to conventional air conditioner controllers. This research is expected to serve as a reference in the development of more energy-efficient intelligent control systems.

determine the estimated equivalent dose received by accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients and the safest points during conventional radiology examinations. The method used in this research is a field survey, involving the measurement of equivalent radiation doses inside and outside the examination room using a personal dosimeter, as well as measuring the radiation dose rate at 6 points using a surveymeter. The data was processed to obtain the highest and lowest values, as well as the percentage of equivalent dose obtained compared to the established Dose Limit Value (DLV). The results showed that the highest radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers inside the examination room reached 13,46 µSv, with a percentage of 0,27% relative to the DLV, while the lowest dose recorded was 1,12 µSv, with a percentage of 0,0224% relative to the DLV. Analysis of the radiation dose rate distribution revealed that the greater the distance of the measurement point from the radiation source (tube), the smaller the dose received. In conclusion, the radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers is still below the Dose Limit Value (DLV) for caregivers, which is 5.000 µSv. However, to minimize stochastic effects, the implementation of additional protective measures, such as the use of lead aprons and selecting safer locations within the examination room, is highly recommended. These findings are expected to serve as a guide in enhancing the safety of accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients in conventional radiology units.

, salinity, and pH, were monitored, along with the growth performance of sea cucumbers in terms of body weight and length during the cultivation period. The results showed water temperatures ranging from 28–31°C, pH values between 8.3–8.7, and an average salinity of 20.5 ppt. Although the salinity was slightly below the optimal range (28–32 ppt), the sea cucumbers demonstrated positive growth. Final measurements indicated an increase in body weight from 10–20 grams to an average of 0.29 kg, and in body length up to 16.7 cm over approximately three months of cultivation. These findings suggest that the coastal waters of Sungai Bakau have potential for sea cucumber aquaculture development, with some adjustments needed to optimize salinity conditions.

The type of research used is pre-experimental research with a one group pretest posttest research design. The learning outcomes of students were measured by pretest and posttest questions with a sample of 31 students in this study which was measured by N-Gain analysis and to test the significance, the Wilcoxon test was used. The learning outcomes obtained by students have increased with an increase in N-Gain of 0.40 with a "Medium" interpretation. In addition, the results of the significance of the pretest and posttest scores showed a value of 0.000 (<0.05) which means that there was a significant increase in the pretest and posttest results.

There are several main components in the cooling machine, namely the Compressor, Condenser, Expansion Valve, Evaporator. Each of these important components has different functions and ways of operating, but are connected to each other so that the cooling machine can function. The purpose of the author making this final project is to determine the performance of the cooling system, factors that reduce the performance of the cooling machine, as well as repair and maintenance efforts so that the cooling machine can return to normal operation. This research was conducted on the MV. Vancouver by using a qualitative approach. The author conducted direct observations as well as in-depth interviews and documentation studies when conducting research. The results of the author's research found that the main factor causing the decline in the performance of the cooling machine was the appearance of sparks on the evaporator and coil pipe caused by interference with the filter dryer so that it inhibits heat absorption and the evaporator cannot evaporate the refrigerant optimally. The impact caused by the less than optimal operation of the cooling machine in the Engine Room Workshop MV. Vancouver was an unstable room temperature making the crew feel uncomfortable while working or resting.
