This study aims to determine… termine whether there is a role of communication intensity on marital commitment among moeslem couples in long distance marriages. This research employs a quantitative method with communication intensity as the independent variable and marital commitment as the dependent variable. The subjects of this study are 30 individuals experiencing long distance marriage. Data were collected using Likert scales, specifically the communication intensity scale and the marital commitment scale. The obtained data were analyzed using simple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between marital commitment and communication intensity. The implications of this research can help couples in long distance marriages prioritize communication and strengthen their commitment to marriage despite being geographically separated

ANALYSIS OF PT TELKOM INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK'S READINESS FOR CORPORATE TRANSFORMATION FROM A BUSINESS-TO-CONSUMER (B2C) MODEL TO A DIGITAL BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS (B2B) MODEL IN RESPONDING TO GLOBAL BUSINESS COMPETITION: A CASE STUDY OF PT TELKOM INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK

Abstract: The Indonesian telecommunication industry is currently experiencing saturation in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) market segment, prompting PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to aggressively execute business transformation… by shifting toward a Business-to-Business (B2B) Digital model to maintain relevance amidst increasingly competitive and dynamic global business competition. This shifting phenomenon demands comprehensive internal readiness, particularly regarding resource orchestration and marketing ambidexterity maturity to balance traditional connectivity business with the exploration of high-value digital service innovation. This research employs a quantitative methodology with descriptive and causal approaches to dissect and objectively measure the level of organizational readiness in facing such market disruptions. Primary data collection was conducted with 385 respondents consisting of employees and strategic stakeholders involved in the transformation process at PT Telkom Indonesia using a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. All collected data were subsequently processed and tested using the SmartPLS version 4 analysis tool to ensure accuracy in modeling the complex relationships between the variables. The data analysis techniques utilized include descriptive statistics to provide a general overview of the data and variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the significance of relationships between latent variables within the research model. The research findings project that corporate strategy significantly and positively influences business transformation success and B2B Digital model development, while simultaneously providing a strong direct impact on strengthening the company's competitiveness at the global level. The analysis results also indicate that internal transformation effectiveness and the implementation of B2B digital solutions are primary determinants capable of substantially enhancing the company's ability to compete across borders in the digital platform era. Furthermore, the mediating roles of business transformation and B2B Digital model variables have proven to be crucial in reinforcing the link between corporate strategic orientation and the achievement of sustainable international competitive advantage. Overall, this study provides an empirical foundation regarding the importance of precise resource orchestration for Telkom Indonesia to realize its vision as a preferred digital telco capable of winning competition in international markets.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY IMPLEMENTATION (A CASE STUDY BETWEEN PEKANBARU CITY AND PADANG CITY)

Abstract: Waste management problems in Indonesia have become a crucial challenge, especially in major cities. This study aims to analyze the comparative implementation of waste management policies in Pekanbaru City and Padang City… using the George C. Edward III policy implementation model. This qualitative research with a literature study approach analyzes four variables: communication, resources, bureaucratic structure, and disposition. The results show that Pekanbaru City faces significant constraints in all four variables, with a waste management achievement of 66.49% and even experiencing a waste emergency status in 2025. In contrast, Padang City achieved 94.02% and received various international awards. This difference is caused by more effective policy communication, massive community empowerment through 182 waste banks, strong fiscal commitment with a budget of Rp 70 billion, solid multi-stakeholder coordination, and a high implementer disposition in Padang City.

THE EFECT OF BAY LEAFT (SYZYGIUM POLYANTHUM) DECOCTION ON URIC ACID LEVEL REDUCTION IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH GOUT ARTHRITIS IN SERANG VILLAGE

Abstract: Background: Elderly individuals are at high risk of experiencing degenerative diseases, one of which is gout arthritis, caused by the accumulation of monosodium urate crystals in the joints due to hyperuricemia. Non-pharmacological… macological therapies such as bay leaf (Syzygium polyanthum), which contains flavonoids, tannins, and essential oils, are believed to naturally reduce uric acid levels. Objective: To determine the effect of bay leaf decoction on reducing uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis in Serang Village. Method: This research used a descriptive approach with a case study method. The subject was one elderly person with gout arthritis who was given an intervention in the form of bay leaf decoction twice a day for four days. Results: The uric acid level before the intervention was 8.2 mg/dL and after the intervention was 4.2 mg/dL. The reduction of 4 mg/dL indicates that the bay leaf decoction was effective in lowering uric acid levels. Conclusion: Bay leaf decoction affects the reduction of uric acid levels in elderly patients with gout arthritis and can be used as a safe, easy, and affordable nonpharmacological alternative therapy.

OVERVIEW OF RED GINGER BOILED WATER ADMINISTRATION FOR REDUCING PRIMARY DYSMENORRHEA PAIN IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS IN KARANGCENGIS VILLAGE

Abstract: Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain commonly experienced by adolescent girls and can disrupt daily activities. One alternative non-pharmacological pain management option is herbal therapy, such as boiled red ginger (Zingiber… ingiber officinale var. rubrum), which is known to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Red ginger contains gingerol, an anticoagulant that can inhibit the release of enzymes into prostaglandins, which contribute to inflammation and reduce uterine contractions, thus relieving menstrual pain.To determine the effectiveness of red ginger decoction on adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea in the Karangcengis Village area. This study uses a descriptive case study with respondents of adolescent girls with primary dysmenorrhea focusing on the administration of red ginger decoction as a complementary therapy. This study was conducted in Karangcengis Village for 3 days starting from June 23-25, 2025. After administering red ginger decoction for 3 days once a day from the first day of menstruation to the third day of menstruation, the results of the pain scale before being given red ginger decoction reached 6 (moderate pain).After administering 200ml of red ginger decoction once daily in the morning for three days, from the first day of menstruation to the third day, the pain scale decreased to a level 1 (mild pain). Administering red ginger decoction to adolescent girls experiencing dysmenorrhea can reduce the pain.

Abstract: Background: Visual hallucinations are sensory perception disturbances in which individuals perceive objects or shadows that do not actually exist, even though they appear vivid and real. Therefore, nursing interventions… are needed to reduce the occurrence of visual hallucinations in patients, one of which is through dzikir (remembrance of Allah). Linguistically, dzikir comes from the word dzakar, which means remembering. Remembering Allah implies maintaining one’s consciousness toward Him by following specific etiquettes prescribed in the Qur’an and Hadith. The purpose of dzikir is to purify the heart and glorify Allah SWT. Purpose: To determine the implementation of nursing care for patients with sensory perception disturbances: visual hallucinations, with a focus on dzikir practice. Method: This study used a descriptive method in the form of a case study. Results: The case study showed that the patient was able to carry out SP 1–3 with a focus on dzikir practice, as indicated by behavioral changes such as feeling calmer, being able to recite dzikir independently, and experiencing reduced hallucinations. This suggests that dzikir is quite effective. Conclusion: Nursing care for patients with sensory perception disturbances, specifically visual hallucinations, with a focus on dzikir intervention over three days, can help control hallucinations

THE INFLUENCE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LITERACY ON LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS IN FINANCE INDUSTRY

Abstract: This research investigates the impact of AI literacy on leadership effectiveness within the finance industry, a sector experiencing rapid digital transformation. As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated… into financial operations, leaders are required to possess not only traditional managerial skills but also a strong understanding of AI concepts, applications, and ethical considerations. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 finance professionals occupying leadership roles across various organizations. The study assessed their levels of AI literacy and examined its relationship with their perceived leadership effectiveness. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between AI literacy and leadership effectiveness, indicating that leaders with higher AI literacy are better equipped to drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and successfully adapt to technological change. These findings highlight the importance of integrating AI literacy into leadership development programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning to ensure sustained organizational agility and competitiveness in the finance sector.

FACTORS AFFECTING THE INCIDENCE OF VAGINAL DISCHARGE AMONG FEMALE INMATES OF CHILDBEARING AGE IN CLASS IIB WOMEN'S PRISON, PADANG

Abstract: Vaginal discharge is an indicator of an abnormal health condition in the body, characterized by the release of a fluid, other than blood, from the female reproductive organ. In July 2023, two female inmates at Class IIB… Women's Prison in Padang reported experiencing vaginal discharge accompanied by itching and an unpleasant odor. They received medical treatment at the prison clinic. The incidence of vaginal discharge in West Sumatra is approximately 3.51%. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of vaginal discharge among female inmates of childbearing age. A quantitative research approach was used, employing a cross-sectional design and a total sampling technique, with 57 respondents. The variables examined include knowledge level, access to reproductive health information, and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods with chi-square tests. The findings revealed that 43.9% of respondents experienced vaginal discharge, 71.9% had a low level of knowledge, 57.9% faced difficulties in accessing reproductive health information, and 56.1% exhibited poor personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. There was a significant relationship between knowledge level and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p=0.045), as well as between personal hygiene behavior and vaginal discharge occurrence (p=0.037). However, no significant correlation was found between access to reproductive health information and vaginal discharge (p=0.426). This study concludes that improving reproductive health education and providing adequate hygiene facilities in the prison environment are crucial steps in reducing the incidence of vaginal discharge among female inmates.

This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a critical analysis method of Ahmadiyah doctrine and development in the historical, social, and cultural contexts. culture. Based on the analysis, it was found that Ahmadiyah teachings caused controversy among Muslims, which resulted in this group experiencing various forms of rejection, even discrimination. This conclusion is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of Ahmadiyah theology and development, as well as the challenges faced in efforts to legitimize itself in the midst of Muslim society.

If not treated immediately, the symptoms will get worse and can cause harm. self. One effective method for controlling schizophrenia is to encourage people to interact or converse with other people. The benefit of the activity is that it prevents hallucinations from occurring. The aim of the research is to determine the description of nursing care for patients with schizophrenic auditory hallucinations with a focus on the act of conversing with other people. Using descriptive methods by managing patients arranged in nursing care, functions to create systematic, real and precise descriptions of the facts.  The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient. It was concluded that the technique of conversing with other people can prevent signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations.
