PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU (SIPINTER) DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Abstract: Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Integrated Licensing Service Information System (SIPINTER) at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Tangerang Regency. The research… earch is grounded in issues of low institutional responsiveness in following up on complaints, mismatches between actual service completion time and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and uneven public socialization of the system. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using 3-dimensional e-government success model, namely Support, Capacity, and Value, as the analytical framework. Data were collected through field observation, regulatory documentation review, and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that the Support dimension is backed by strong political will, allocated funding, and multi-channel socialization that has driven growth in registered users, though technical assistance responsiveness outside office hours remains weak. The Capacity dimension shows adequate human resources and staff competence, but the technological infrastructure remains prone to disruptions such as OTP delivery failures and server downtime. The Value dimension has produced tangible benefits in efficiency and service transparency, yet this value is undermined by document processing delays exceeding SOP standards, driven by a "digital red tape" practice among internal verification officers. This study recommends strengthening online technical support and adopting contingency resource mechanisms to improve service. Keywords: SIPINTER, e-government, licensing service, DPMPTSP, Support-Capacity-Value model   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (SIPINTER) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Tangerang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih rendahnya responsivitas instansi dalam menindaklanjuti laporan, ketidaksesuaian durasi penyelesaian layanan dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), serta sosialisasi yang belum merata kepada masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan analisis berlandaskan model keberhasilan e-government tiga dimensi yaitu Support, Capacity, dan Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Support telah didukung oleh political will yang kuat, alokasi anggaran, dan sosialisasi multikanal yang mendorong pertumbuhan pengguna terdaftar, namun masih lemah dalam responsivitas bantuan teknis di luar jam kerja. Dimensi Capacity menunjukkan kecukupan sumber daya manusia dan kompetensi petugas, tetapi infrastruktur masih rentan mengalami gangguan teknis seperti kegagalan pengiriman OTP dan server down. Dimensi Value menghasilkan manfaat nyata berupa efisiensi dan transparansi pelayanan, namun nilainya terdegradasi akibat keterlambatan penyelesaian dokumen yang melampaui SOP, yang dipicu oleh praktik birokrasi digital (digital red tape) di tingkat verifikator internal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan dukungan teknis daring serta penerapan mekanisme kontingensi sumber daya untuk meningkatkan layanan. ILLUSTRATION OF THE PROVISION OF WATER TEPID SPONGE (WTS) ON REDUCING BODY TEMPERATURE IN TODDLERS WITH HYPERTHERMI PROBLEMS IN PANICAN VILLAGE

Abstract: Background: Maintaining children's health is a special concern for parents. Changes in children's health conditions are influenced by changes in weather, one of the symptoms that often occurs in children is fever or hyperthermia.… rthermia. One of the non-pharmacological treatments is by administering Water Tepid Sponge (WTS). Water Tepid Sponge is a combination of warm compress techniques, superficial vascular block compress techniques and wiping techniques. The compression technique is carried out at several points where there are large blood vessels (neck folds, right and left axillary folds, right and left thigh folds) so that vasodilation occurs and then accelerates evaporation and conduction to lower body temperature in children. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of administering Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) to reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village. Method: This study used a descriptive case study with respondents of toddlers with hyperthermia problems. The focus of this case study is the provision of Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) with hyperthermia problems as a nonpharmacological action. This study was conducted in Panican Village for 3 days starting on 23-25 June 2025. Results: After being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days with 1 meeting within 15-30 minutes using water temperature of 37oC40oC, the child's body temperature decreased, the initial result was 38.7oC and after being given Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) for 3 days, the result was 37.3oC. Conclusion: Providing Water Tepid Sponge (WTS) can reduce body temperature in toddlers with hyperthermia problems in Panican Village.  

GASTRONOMIC ANALYSIS OF TRADITIONAL CHOI PAN AS A TOURISM ATTRACTION IN SINGKAWANG CITY – WEST BORNEO

Abstract: Choi Pan is a traditional dish originating from Singkawang City, West Kalimantan. This study aimed to analyze the gastronomic components of traditional Choi Pan food as a gastronomic tourism attraction in Singkawang City,… y, West Kalimantan. This research adopted a qualitative methodology using observation, interviews, and documentation to determine many aspects of gastronomy. The results of the study showed that Choi Pan has significant allure due to its rich heritage and the innovative used of ingredients like as jicama, chives, taro, bamboo shoots, and young papaya, which provided a tender, chewy texture and a savory-sweet flavor. The unique consuming experience was enhanced by an addition of chili sauce and garlic oil, which intensify the sensory experience and strengthen the connection between entrepreneurs and Choi Pan lovers.   The nutritional benefits of Choi Pan contributed to the survival of this dish within a healthy local culture. The results indicated that the success of establishing Choi Pan as a culinary tourist destination depended not just on its flavor and texture, but also on its sustainability of its fundamental philosophy and culture. Consequently, enhancing gastronomy qualities was anticipated to augment the appealing factor of gastronomic tourism, facilitated cultural preservation and regional economic growth via the promotion of culture-centric gastronomic tourism.

The researcher used a qualitative approach. The qualitative approach was chosen because the main focus of the study was to understand the social phenomena related to the song (Ndawi) from the Lani tribe. The population of this study was the entire Lome Baptist Church around aged 18-25 years and the sampel used was 15 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques were identification, classification, and drawing conclusions. Prioritisasi Turunan Aaptamine sebagai Kandidat Antibakteri melalui Analisis Swiss-ADME dan Protox-II

Abstract: Antimicrobial resistance has driven the urgent need to develop new antibacterial candidates with favorable efficacy, pharmacokinetic properties, and safety profiles. Aaptamine derivatives, secondary metabolites isolated… from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

Rekonstruksi Tanggung Jawab Spiritual Orang Tua Kristen terhadap Anak dalam Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Tengah Keluarga: Analisis Teologis-Pedagogis

Abstract: Christian Religious Education within the family is currently confronted with significant challenges arising from social change, the rapid advancement of digital technology, and the declining involvement of parents in nurturing… turing their children's faith. These conditions highlight the need to reconstruct the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents so that the family may once again serve as the primary center of faith formation. This study aims to analyze the essence of Christian parents' spiritual responsibility from theological and pedagogical perspectives, explain its implementation in Christian Religious Education within the family, and examine its implications for the development of children's faith, character, and spirituality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. The findings reveal that parents' spiritual responsibility is manifested through exemplary living, faith-based communication, spiritual discipline, and sustainable family relationships. The study also proposes a conceptual model consisting of four main components: theological foundation, pedagogical relationship, family spiritual practices, and children's character transformation. It is concluded that reconstructing parents' spiritual responsibility strengthens the family as the primary context of Christian Religious Education while fostering synergy among families, churches, and educational institutions. The novelty of this study lies in integrating theological and pedagogical perspectives into a contextual, dialogical, participatory, and transformative model for reconstructing the spiritual responsibility of Christian parents.

Pemberdayaan Ibu Rumah Tangga Melalui Pelatihan Pemilahan Sampah Dan Pembentukan Bank Sampah Dalam Mendukung Program NTB Zero Waste Di Kota Mataram (Studi Kasus Di Kelurahan Pagesangan)

Abstract: Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga di Kota Mataram masih menjadi isu krusial, khususnya terkait pemilahan sampah sejak dari sumbernya. Program NTB Zero Waste merupakan salah satu langkah strategis Pemerintah Provinsi… ovinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dalam mewujudkan sistem pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Dalam hal ini, ibu rumah tangga memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis karena mereka merupakan pelaku utama dalam menghasilkan sekaligus mengelola sampah domestik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan pemilahan sampah serta pembentukan unit bank sampah di wilayah Kelurahan Pagesangan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pembentukan struktur organisasi bank sampah, serta pendampingan operasional di tahap awal. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga dalam memilah sampah, serta berhasil dibentuknya satu bank sampah aktif yang dikelola secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh praktik baik dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis lingkungan yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain guna mendukung keberhasilan Program NTB Zero Waste.

ANALISIS MINAT BACA PENGUNJUNG PERPUSTAKAAN DAERAH KABUPATEN ASAHAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN DATA MINING MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS

Abstract: Abstract: Asahan District Library Service is a growing regional public library and is always making improvements, improvements, and trying to maintain the quality of its services. This is evidenced by the provision of services… rvices such as borrowing and returning books (circulation), and adding to the book collection every year. Knowing and understanding visitors' reading interests is the main key in improving the quality of library services. However, managing reading interest from various levels of society is not an easy task. Each individual has different reading preferences and interests. Therefore, a systematic and efficient approach is needed in identifying reading interests to be able to manage the addition of book collections. Currently, in the process of adding a book collection, the library only makes employee recommendations, and the latest books, as a reference in increasing the number of book collections, without considering which books are most in demand to increase the collection. This can have a negative impact if there is an addition to the collection of books that are not in demand to read, which can cause problems in terms of service and finance. Based on this, the application of data mining, especially the K-Means method, will be carried out, to support the management of book collection additions, by grouping the reading interests of library visitors who have the same identity, so that libraries are more precise in managing book collections in grouping books that are rarely borrowed, often borrowed and very often borrowed.   Keywords: visitor reading interest; k-means method; library; data mining; book collection Abstrak: Dinas Perpustakaan Kabupaten Asahan merupakan perpustakaan umum daerah sedang berkembang dan terus memperbaiki, membenahi, dan meningkatkan layanan. Diberikannya layanan seperti pinjaman dan sirkulasi, dan penambahan koleksi buku setiap tahunnya. Mengetahui dan memahami minat baca pengunjung menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Namun, mengelola minat baca dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Setiap individu memiliki preferensi dan minat baca yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis dan efisien dalam mengidentifikasi minat baca untuk dapat mengelola penambahan koleksi buku. Saat ini, ketika perpustakaan meningkatkan koleksi bukunya, mereka hanya bergantung pada rekomendasi karyawan dan buku terkini untuk menambah jumlah buku. Mereka tidak mempertimbangkan buku mana yang paling diminati untuk menambah koleksi mereka. Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif jika terdapat penambahan koleksi buku yang kurang diminati untuk dibaca, yang dapat menimbulkan masalah dari sisi pelayanan maupun finansial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka akan dilakukan penerapan data mining khususnya metode K-Means, untuk mendukung pengelolaan penambahan koleksi buku, dengan cara mengelompokkan minat baca pengunjung perpustakaan yang memiliki kesamaan identitas, sehingga perpustakaan lebih tepat dalam mengelola koleksi buku dalam mengelompokan buku yang jarang dipinjam, sering dipinjam dan sangat sering dipinjam. PENGGUNAAN METODE FUZZY PADA PENGISIAN TANDON AIR OTOMATIS DENGAN MICROCONTROLLER

Abstract: Abstract : A mosque is a building used by Muslims to get closer to the creator by worshiping and observing Islamic law. Efficient water management in mosques is essential to support the sustainability and efficiency of natural… atural resources. This study proposes an automatic water reservoir filling system in mosques using microcontroller technology. The fuzzy method is useful in filling automatic water reservoirs with microcontroller technology as an optimization and regulating the water filling process automatically. This system is to automate the process of filling water reservoirs by utilizing intelligent water level sensors and microcontrollers. In this research, I created a system that is able to detect the water level in the reservoir and regulate the filling process automatically. The use of a water level sensor allows accurate measurement of the water level, while the microcontroller controls the water pump according to the detected needs. The test results show that the implementation of microcontroller technology in filling automatic water reservoirs in mosques can increase water use efficiency and reduce waste. The system provides an effective and environmentally friendly solution for managing the mosque's water needs, contributing significantly to water conservation and maintenance of natural resources.   Keywords : water reservoir; mosque; microcontroller; fuzzy method; water level sensor    Abstrak : Masjid adalah sebuah bangunan yang digunakan umat muslim untuk  mendekatkan diri kepada sang pencipta dengan beribadah dan menjalankan syariat agama Islam. Pengelohan air yang efisien di masjid sangat penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan efisiensi sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah sistem pengisian tandon air otomatis di masjid menggunakan teknologi microcontroller. Metode fuzzy berguna dalam pengisian tandon air otomatis dengan teknologi microcontroller sebagai pengoptimalkan dan mengatur proses pengisian air dengan secara otomatis. Sistem ini untuk mengotomatiskan proses pengisian tandon air dengan memanfaatkan sensor water level dan microcontroller yang cerdas. Dalam penelitian ini, dibuat sistem yang mampu mendeteksi tingkat air dalam tandon dan mengatur proses pengisian secara otomatis. Penggunaan sensor water level memungkinkan pengukuran yang akurat terhadap tingkat air, sementara microcontroller mengontrol pompa air sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang terdeteksi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi microcontroller dalam pengisian tandon air otomatis di masjid dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan air dan mengurangi pemborosan. Sistem ini memberikan solusi yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan untuk mengelola kebutuhan air masjid, memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap konservasi air dan pemeliharaan sumber daya alam.   Kata kunci: tandon air; masjid; microcontroller; metode fuzzy; sensor water level

Perancangan Pintu Penyiram Cairan Disinfektan Untuk Mengantisipasi Penyebaran Covid 19 Di Smk Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai

Abstract: Corona virus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Since the spread of Covid-19, many government agencies in Indonesia have received the impact, including SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. The spread… ad of the corona virus has resulted in this school no longer being able to carry out face-to-face learning starting from 2019 to 2022. To anticipate the spread of covid-19 in the SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai area, the community service team designed a security system at the school entrance to anticipate the spread of covid, so that if there are people or vehicles that want to enter the school will be sprayed automatically with disinfectant liquid, besides that the tool can also read the body temperature of visitors. This service uses the consultation and science and technology method, where the service team consults with the school principal about existing problems, namely to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 in the school area. or hands, then the temperature is set at 30 0C and do not water, while if the object does not have a fever, the temperature is in the range of 330C-360C and watering is carried out. Meanwhile for objects with a fever, the temperature is >= 370C and no watering is carried out, and they are not allowed to enter. All module voltages use the 5VDC input voltage, which is supplied from the controller. Meanwhile, the pump voltage uses a 12VDC inverter, which is reduced to 5.68 VDC.   Keywords: automatic disinfectant sprinkler; corona; ultrasonic sensor; microcontrollers     Abstrak: Virus corona (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Semenjak penyebaran covid-19 banyak instansi pemerintahan di indonesia yang mendapatkan imbasnya, diantaranya SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Meluasnya virus corona mengakibatkan sekolah ini tidak lagi bisa melakukan pembalajaran tatap muka dimulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Untuk mengantisipasinya penyebaran covid-19 diwilayah SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai ini, maka tim pengabdian merancang sistem pengaman dipintu masuk sekolah untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid, sehingga jika ada orang atau kendaraan yang ingin memasuki sekolah tersebut akan di semprot secara otomatis dengan cairan disinfektan, selain itu alat tersebut juga bisa membaca suhu tubuh pengunjung. Pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode konsultasi dan ipteks, dimana tim pengabdian berkonsultasi dengan kepala Sekolah tentang masalah yang ada, yaitu untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19 di area sekolah.. Setelah dilakukan pengujian medapati bahwa Ada  3 kondisi pembacaan objek yaitu, ketika tidak ada objek, atau tangan, maka suhu diseting 30 0C tidak melakukan penyiraman, sementara jika objek tidak demam, suhu di range 330C-360C dan dilakukan penyiraman. Sementara untuk objek yang demam, maka suhu >= 370C dan tidak dilakukan penyiraman, serta tidak diperbolehkan masuk. Seluruh tegangan modul, menggunakan tegangan input 5VDC, yang disupply dari controller. Sementara untuk tegangan pompa menggunakan inverter 12VDC, yang dikecilkan menjadi 5,68 VDC.   Kata kunci : microcontroller; penyiram disinfektan otomatis; sensor ultrasonic; virus corona.
