PT Victoeria Vici, sebagai pelaku usaha perhiasan emas custom, menghadapi kendala dalam menentukan estimasi harga jual kepada pelanggan, sebab proses pengerjaan pesanan custom membutuhkan waktu hingga 14 hari, sementara harga emas bergerak fluktuatif dan tidak terstruktur setiap harinya sehingga estimasi harga menjadi tidak akurat dan tidak efektif. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan konsep Data Mining dengan algoritma Trend Moment untuk mengestimasi harga emas pada rentang waktu tertentu. Data yang digunakan merupakan data historis harga emas per gram pada PT Victoeria Vici periode Agustus–Oktober 2021 sebanyak 92 data. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, penentuan variabel X dan Y, eliminasi untuk memperoleh nilai konstanta a dan slope b, serta penerapan persamaan Y = a + bX untuk memperoleh nilai estimasi. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan nilai a = 720.871,725 dan b = 3,108 sehingga model estimasi mampu menghasilkan proyeksi harga emas yang mendekati pola data historis. Model ini kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam aplikasi berbasis desktop menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 dan basis data Microsoft Access, dilengkapi Crystal Report untuk pencetakan laporan hasil estimasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Trend Moment dapat membantu PT Victoeria Vici dalam memperoleh estimasi harga emas secara lebih cepat, konsisten, dan terdokumentasi.
Gold is one of the most sought-after commodities for investment purposes, as it is regarded as a safer instrument compared to stocks and has a selling value that constantly fluctuates with market conditions. PT Victoeria Vici, a custom gold jewelry business, faces difficulty in determining the estimated selling price offered to customers because the production process for custom orders takes up to 14 days, while gold prices move in an unstructured and fluctuating manner every day, making manual price estimation inaccurate and ineffective. Based on this problem, this study applies the concept of Data Mining using the Trend Moment algorithm to estimate gold prices over a certain period of time. The data used is historical daily gold price data per gram from PT Victoeria Vici for the period of August–October 2021, consisting of 92 records. The research stages include data collection, determination of the X and Y variables, elimination to obtain the constant value a and the slope b, and the application of the equation Y = a + bX to obtain the estimated value. The calculation results show a value of a = 720,871.725 and b = 3.108, so that the estimation model is able to produce gold price projections that closely follow the pattern of historical data. This model was then implemented into a desktop-based application using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 and a Microsoft Access database, equipped with Crystal Report for printing estimation result reports. The results show that the Trend Moment algorithm can help PT Victoeria Vici obtain gold price estimations more quickly, consistently, and in a well-documented manner.

This research discusses matters related to the results of the implementation of the KUSUKA card program services at the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT. The aim of this research is to find out the results of the implementation of the KUSUKA card at the Kundur Fisheries Business Services UPT. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the KUSUKA card program for the community at the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT is as expected. The implementation of this program meets expectations based on the following 6 indicators: a). effectiveness: the results achieved have met expectations. b) Efficiency: time and costs are efficient. c). Adequacy: Human resources and facilities/infrastructure are adequate. d). Alignment: program benefits are adequate. e). Responsiveness: service is adequate. f). Accuracy: the program results are useful. However, the effectiveness indicators and efficient indicators still cannot be said to meet expectations, this is because there are problems or obstacles such as the lack of clarity on the time for printing KUSUKA cards which only adjusts the bank's ability to print cards, the functions and benefits of the program have not been fully felt and there is no real change in the lives of the community or fisheries business actors in the Kundur District Fisheries Business Services UPT.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pelaku usaha untuk melakukan inovasi dalam strategi bisnis agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Toko Ria Reklame sebagai salah satu usaha percetakan undangan yang berdiri sejak tahun 2008 menghadapi beberapa kendala antara lain keterbatasan promosi, proses pemesanan yang masih manual serta pencatatan transaksi yang belum terorganisir dengan baik. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada keterbatasan jangkauan pasar dan kurang efisiennya pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sebagai strategi digital dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional dan sektor penjualan pada Toko Ria Reklame. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis website, toko dapat menjangkau pelanggan lebih luas, mempermudah proses pemesanan serta menyimpan data transaksi secara lebih terstruktur dan aman. Therefore, an Android-based mobile system is needed that is integrated into a restfull web service in order to increase efficiency in serving customers. Customers will find it easier to get information about the products offered, place orders, and arrange transactions online without having to visit a store. It can also speed up the transaction process and reduce communication errors between customers and stores. The use of restful web services in mobile applications also allows integration with other systems, such as payment systems that can improve customer experience. Thus, the results of testing the designed application work according to the system design mechanism at the beginning. This application can handle well the process of displaying building product information, managing payments, and printing sales reports and invoices.

Laut Abadi Steel belum menggunakan teknologi informasi sehingga terdapat beberapa kendala pada sistem transaksinya karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem mobile berbasis android yang terintegrasi pada restfull web service agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Pelanggan akan lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi tentang produk yang ditawarkan, melakukan pemesanan, dan mengatur transaksi secara online tanpa harus mengunjungi toko. Hal ini juga dapat mempercepat proses transaksi dan mengurangi kesalahan komunikasi antara pelanggan dan toko. Penggunaan restful web service dalam aplikasi mobile juga memungkinkan integrasi dengan sistem lain, seperti sistem pembayaran yang dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan. Dengan demikian, hasil pengujian aplikasi yang dirancang bekerja dengan sesuai mekanisme perancangan sistem di awal. Aplikasi ini dapat menangani dengan baik proses menampilkan informasi produk bangunan, pengelolaan pembayaran, dan cetak laporan penjualan serta invoice.

limited, particularly in optimizing the potential of local plants available around students. This community service activity aims to implement the ecoprint pounding technique with students at Alam Leuser Middle School. The approach used included counseling, simulation, training, and evaluation. The counseling provided basic knowledge of the ecoprint method. The results showed that participants successfully implemented the pounding technique using local leaves and plants. The resulting ecoprints have the potential to become superior products. Local plants that produce the sharpest patterns include Centrosema pubescens, Carica papaya leaves, Ricinus communis L., Cosmos sulphureus, and Pinus. However, further training and intensive mentoring are still needed to improve product quality. This activity is expected to increase students' creativity in using environmental resources as learning tools. This activity introduces simple and easily marketable creative economic ideas. In addition, this activity raises students' awareness of the use of natural materials in textile arts, thereby supporting environmental conservation.

Abstrak: Ecoprint merupakan teknik pewarnaan kain ramah lingkungan yang memanfaatkan pigmen alami dari tumbuhan. Namun, pemanfaatan teknik ini sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan di sekolah masih terbatas, khususnya dalam mengoptimalkan potensi tumbuhan lokal yang tersedia di sekitar peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknik menumbuk ecoprint dengan siswa di SMP Alam Leuser. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Penyuluhan memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang metode ecoprint. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil melakukan teknik menumbuk menggunakan daun dan tumbuhan lokal. Ecoprint yang dihasilkan berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan. Tumbuhan lokal yang menghasilkan pola paling tajam antara lain Centrosema pubescens, daun Carica papaya, Ricinus communis L, Cosmos sulphureus dan Pinus. Namun, pelatihan lebih lanjut dan pendampingan intensif masih diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam menggunakan sumber daya lingkungan sebagai alat pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memperkenalkan ide-ide ekonomi kreatif yang sederhana dan mudah dipasarkan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang penggunaan bahan alami dalam seni tekstil, sehingga mendukung konservasi lingkungan.

This program uses a collaborative governance method that involves Buha Village officials, thus the surrounding community is given education and training on how to process plastic bottle waste into paving blocks, starting from collection, shredding, mixing with materials such as sand and cement, to the printing process. The results of this activity show that the paving blocks produced have strength and quality that are suitable for light construction. In addition to reducing the amount of plastic waste, this program also opens up business opportunities for the local community. The active participation of the community in this program has a positive impact on increasing environmental awareness and local economic welfare. The community will collect plastic bottle waste through a waste Automatic Teller Mechine machine which will later become the basis for calculating royalties from the sale of paving blocks. The recycling process that has been carried out from plastic waste into paving blocks is very beneficial for the community and the environment itself.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari limbah botol plastik dengan mengubahnya menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis, yaitu paving block. Limbah plastik, khususnya botol plastik, menjadi salah satu penyumbang terbesar dalam pencemaran lingkungan. Program ini menggunakan metode collaborative governance yang melibatkan perangkat Kelurahan Buha, dengan demikian masyarakat sekitar diberikan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang cara pengolahan limbah botol plastik menjadi paving block, mulai dari pengumpulan, pencacahan, pencampuran dengan bahan-bahan seperti pasir dan semen, hingga proses pencetakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa paving block yang dihasilkan memiliki kekuatan dan kualitas yang layak digunakan untuk konstruksi ringan. Selain mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik, program ini juga membuka peluang usaha bagi masyarakat setempat. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan dan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal. Masyarakat akan mengumpulkan sampah botol plastic melalui mesin Automatic Teller Mechine sampah yang nantinya menjadi dasar perhitungan royalty dari penjualan paving block. Proses daur ulang yang telah dilakukan dari sampah plastik menjadi paving block sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan.

Abstrak: Pada zaman yang semakin maju saat ini, namun dengan keterbatasan dana, menuntut masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai inovasi yang dapat mengembangkan jiwa wirasusaha guna meningkatkan ekonomi. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama 2 hari. Dimana hari pertama berisi tentang penjelasan penggunaan mesin CNC dan dasar-dasar penerapan CNC sedangkan pada hari kedua dilakukan langsung proses pencetakan karya seni yang telah di desain oleh peserta sebelumnya, dikarenakan proses pencetakan dibutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama berkisar 4 sampai 5 jam dalam pencetakkan satu desain, tergantung tingkat kesulitan desain yang ingin dicetak. Kegiatan dilakukan mulai tanggal 9-10 Desember 2021 di sekolah SMK Penerbangan dengan jumlah peserta 40 siswa. Dengan diadakan pengabdian ini diharapakan kepada siswa untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga mampu melakukan wirausaha khususnya dibidang seni akrilik. Dengan adanya pengabdian yang telah dilakukan, membuat antusias generasi muda dalam hal ini siswa SMK penerbangan dapat membuka wirausaha dibidang seni ukir dengan memanfaatkan akrilik dan mesin CNC yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dikalangan masyarakat pada umumnya dan kalangan muda pada khususnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga.

Symple Store merupakan usaha yang menjual berbagai barang kaos, pakaian jadi, dan jasa sablon. Untuk melihat produk tersebut pelanggan harus datang langsung ke Toko karena belum adanya media untuk menyampaikan informasi produk kepada pelanggan. Symple Store belum memiliki cara untuk melakukan proses pemesanan apabila pelanggan tidak memiliki waktu untuk datang ke Toko. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat sistem menggunakan E-CRM sehingga penjualan Symple Store dapat dilakukan secara online dan fitur E-CRM menjadi media yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan hubungan pihak toko dengan pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Setelah menerapkan aplikasi E-CRM pada Toko Symple Store maka dapat mempermudah pelanggan melakukan pemesanan secara online dan aplikasi E-CRM menjadi media promosi produk Symple Store dan dengan adanya fitur E-CRM seperti informasi produk, transaksi, diskon, promo, voucher, chat dapat mempertahankan hubungan pihak toko dengan pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satu Perusahaan penjamin adalah PT. Jamkrida Bangka yang mengeluarkan sertifikat surety bond sebagai perjanjian tambahan dari perjanjian pokok antara pemilik proyek dengan kontraktor. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. Sistem berbasis web dikembangkan dengan metode Object-Oriented Analysis and Design dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu, agar sistem dapat berkembang selaras dengan kebutuhan pengguna. So the researchers proposed a presence system based on Scan Id QR Code based on Restful Web Service technology with the following process: (i) Schedule 1 time in advance; (ii) attendance by scanning the QR-Code ID to a scanner; (iii) Attendance monitoring. This proposed technology can be used for multi-platform and multi-event, so that to use this presence system, each agency can list its activities and its members. And as a member, you can do attendance by just scanning the QR-Code Id you have into a scanner. The development of this system uses the web engineering method because this method is appropriate for developing this system. So that the system is deemed capable of trimming the administration of the committee and minimizing the problem of data fraud and corruption.

Salah satu dokumentasi tersebut adalah dokumentasi presensi kehadiran karena presensi kehadiran terkadang sangat sensitif karena mempengaruhi prasyarat kegiatan selanjutnya. Sedangkan hampir besar sistem presensi saat ini menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu cetak formulir presensi dan peserta mencatat di formulir tersebut. Setelah selesai acara, dicatat di penyimpanan elektronik dan lembar aslinya diarsipkan. Sedangkan universitas dan sekolah dituntut peka terhadap teknologi agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Sehingga peneliti mengusulkan sistem presensi berbasis dengan Scan Id qr-code berbasis teknologi Restful Web Service dengan proses sebagai berikut: (i) Jadwal 1 kali diawal; (ii) Presensi dengan cara scan Id qr-code ke mesin scanner; (iii) Pemantauan kehadiran. Teknologi yang diusulkan ini dapat digunakan untuk multi platform dan multi event, sehingga untuk menggunakan sistem presensi ini, setiap instansi dapat membuat daftar kegiatan dan anggotanya masing-masing. Serta sebagai anggota dapat melakukan presensi hanya melakukan scan Id qr-code yang dimiliki ke mesin scanner. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode web engineering karena metode tersebut tepat untuk mengembangkan sistem ini. Sehingga sistem tersebut dirasa mampu memangkas administrasi panitia dan memperkecil permasalahan kecurangan dan rusaknya data.
